Domino's Pizza in Trafford

I was served by one Dojo. She was so rude and was using her bare hands to prepare our pizza at the same time cleaning d floor and rubbing her apron. Worst experience.

I have had a bad experience at another Dominos in M/c. However, this was a completely different. There was a little and large double act! A thin man who took order and another on duty from of house. Asked for no swert corn. Was done. OK if I go and do some shopping and leave son to bring to hotel. My son is Down's. No probs and they looked after him very well. Pizza excellent. Chip tad cold but we had a walk to hotel.

May as well have being empty the fries box and cold pizza even though I collected 15 mins after I ordered. I want a refund. This was meant to be a nice hot Friday night treat… nothing but disappointment

The worst experience i have ever had with any food store. Embarrassingly awful and rude manager at the altrincham store. I called up to let her know that the pizza tasted like cardboard, the manager replied: ‘what do you expect you ordered thin base’. We accepted a wait of 3 hours for them to send a driver to pick up the order in order to get a refund (he was very respectful). My brother went to the store as she was very disrespectful to him on the phone also to give her advice as he is a fellow business owner & her way of customer service was terrible but only arrogance prevailed. Never seen someone so rude & closed minded. They only wanted to refund the price of half of the order as they said thats all that was given back, well of course we had already passed round the other half of the order & we threw it away because it was inedible so we had returned what was left. We told her it is principal and respect we do not care about the money but at least apologise & have some respect for us who have been customers for over 30 years. Would never eat there again. Awful service. Very disrespectful woman, shouldn’t be allowed to work for a day longer with her arrogance, attitude & awful customer service. Embarrassing.

Disgraceful service. The last 5 deliveries have had missing items and they couldn’t care less when you call to inform, don’t offer any solutions just start shouting down the phone at you as if your not allowed to disturb them. Refuse to ever use dominoes central again.

Terrible service, I've been there twice and they had the same attitude. Never again. It's like they don't want to serve you at all. I would suggest to take better care of customers.

We found a metal screw in our dominos pizza and only by luck didn't smash our teeth. It took 3 months, many emails & a phone call to get them to even acknowledge this, and for them to collect it to 'investigate'. We were offered a refund at some point, then they took that back - changed to a voucher, as if we'd order from there again! Turns out this isn't even the first time they dropped a screw on a pizza at a Dominos. Absolutely terrible customer service... If you're hungry, you might as well try your tool box.

Ordered the £22 family deal and actually received a half eaten pizza!!! We have always received terrible food from this Dominoes branch so will now definitely stop ordering from them

I went In and ordered a vegatrarian pizza, when i got home and opened the box it was a mighty meaty, so I went back to say it was the wrong pizza but all they did was tell me that it was what I ordered and refused to change my pizza for the one i ordered so I payed 8.99 for a pizza i couldn't eat as I am a vegatrarian.

Great tasting pizzas every time. Good selection of sides and desserts Good value with many offers Will be back.

Bored with hotel food tried dominos pizza .. never been my fav but they deliver to the hotel so saved a trip out. Ordered online and the new dominos app shows the status of the order. When near for delivery driver rang and met me in reception. Delivered hot and very tasty :) Great and fast service and definitely try it again but it's expensive compared to other local pizza outlets but the taste and quality do help counter those cheaper places

I ordered some pizzas from the Dominos website and requested delivery at 12 Noon. The pizzas were delivered within a couple of minutes of the requested time, were hot, tasty and delivered by a very polite delivered driver. Pizza's can be expensive from Dominos but they nearly always have a voucher of £20 / 40% or similar off.

Absolutely hopeless, no organisation, late deliveries, badly trained staff...pizza is pizza at the end of the day but whoever is managing this shower deserves the boot!

Me and my girlfriend get the winter surviver deal every Friday and it's a great deal, decent pizza HOWEVER delivery is just so unreliable, mega slow and my pizza has been delivered cold. I don't know if collect is any different but on weekends I would say this is a no go.

Son and friend wanted dominos against my better judgement. they know better now! Ordered 2 pizzas, 2 cookies, 1 nachos and 1 wings. that should be easy enough. no nachos, but no phone call, although they did try to claim they tried to call. wedges in their place ... no thanks. 1 pizza was a thin crust, thick crust delivered. called them, member of staff offered free nachos next time, no thanks manager came on the line, same offer, no thanks we'll do a credit. great just ruined someones meal and that it ... call that service sort this out or i'll dispute the charge with paypal Manager ... well do that then ... so I have. Let the fun begin. So many better places closeby ... Pix Pizza, Bravo Pizza, Starving Man, Alty Market, all with far better service and better food. I already knew, at least my son and his friend do as well now.

.....you will regret eating here. Slow delivery, arrives cold and toppings missing. Even on a deal it really isn't worth the risk. Two for Tuesday is still more expensive than the chippy so grab a pie and chips instead

Dominos only makes sense if you have a deal, otherwise it's insanely expensive (£17.99 for a large pizza????). But if you're in Alty, hungry, sat at home, and got a Dominos voucher, you know what to do.

Yuk, Yuk, Yuk. Cold pizza, wrong toppings, just a disaster!! Avoid at all costs. I can honestly say it's the worst pizza I have ever had !!!
