Milano in Trafford

So Tues just gone I got myself a mixed kebab and since then I've been rotten ill in bed with bad stomach vomiting 2 days of lost work never again I had food a couple of weeks ago and the same thing happened but I thought it must of been a bug but for this to happen again it's definitely no bug I've never in my life been in so much pain avoid this place

Food here is always at an excellent standard. Pizzas and calzone are top tier 👌. Kebabs are great can't fault this place on anything plus they sorted me a kebab right after they closed!

Avoid at all costs. Rude Staff and Shocking food, Customer service was awful. Customer service was non existence. Avoid!

Chicken shawarma kebab had brown meat in. I rang them about this and they were very rude and put the phone down

The delivery driver tried to overcharge by more than double the order amount. The current staff have a poor attitude towards customers in general.

Milanos used to be good under previous staff. Not sure what has happened to the place. I ordered something from the menu, paid for it.........only for the bloke who served me to approach me and say I hadn't paid enough! He asked me for another £2 saying the prices displayed are old prices and they haven't put up their new prices! I was like , what? I paid him the extra £2 , but when I got it home , they hadn't put any sauce which i asked for in my calzone. So it tasted bland , and stodgy. The staff looked depressed and bored and looked like their faces would crack if they had to smile. I have been going there for years, but I will never go again. The people working there now are about as much use as a fart in a lift

Food isn’t good enough anymore to justify the prices. Turkey ham, bright lights and big prices for simple food., I’m gonna revert to other local businesses for food. The new renovation with insanely bright lights; gingers beware, I can’t bare spending money here anymore when o know doner at Lucy’s is better, and pizza at tele pizza is better quality and value for money. This place doesn’t compete anymore for the late night crowd in any other way than they are open.

Absolutely love this place been going here for over 25 years The owner used to make my pizzas but had moved to open a new shop and the staff at the time couldn't get my order right best new his son is now there and the Apple doesn't fall far from the tree i told him about the pizza his dad used to make me and he recreated it a garlic and tomato base with chilli powder/sauce and my pizza of choice on top. his son makes it hotter than his dad did but if you like hot and spicy it's a lil extra but worth it highly recommend the food has always been great the burgers, pizzas, kebab's

Ordered "large chips" which were quite a small portion, would hate to see what a small portion looked like. Kebab was not great at all, paid 60p extra for a " naan bread" and when it arrived it came on a wrap that you'd buy from the shops in packs of 8!! Peri Peri sauce was the best thing about the lot, hence the 2nd star but even that comes ready made. Been before and burgers are OK, but it's a burger at the end of the day. Not a great experience.

Ordered food for delivery 2 days ago, without knowing it had changed owners since I last ordered from here. When the food arrived, the driver did not have the change to give me for my order, and said he would bring it back. This didn’t happen. The food was then not edible, chicken burger buns were soggy and had fallen apart, and the burger itself was a strange texture. The meat on the pizza was not as described online, and came with tandoori chicken on which was not mentioned. I phoned the store to discuss me not getting my change, and the food being not of an acceptable standard or what we expected from the menu; to be told ‘ they were busy’ and would phone me back. 2 days later no call back, so I go in to the store, to be told ‘ it was his mistake’ but nothing to rectify it, unless I brought the food back; 2 days after expecting a phone call. ( if they had phoned me back and advised me this as they were supposed to j would)

Ordered tonight 2x 14” pizza and chips the pizza’s were NOT 14” as the box was far too big for the pizza and should be 10 slices that are similar in size we had 8. They were overcooked and the pepperoni pizza had 1 to 2 pieces on each slice. They where cold when arrived and bashed against the box from being in transit as boxes where too big, the chips were under cooked and greasy and cold and most definitely not a large portion (dread to see the small portion). Bit poor that you have to request your garlic bread if spend over £15 as some people feel embarrassed by asking. Other take always do it for you and just give it you. Phoned the restaurant to the man answering the phone with “yeah” not professional at all!!! Not interested in what had to say just replied with “ I did them myself” this place is under new management and if the old owners saw this they would be horrified as they took pride and cared about there customers this place needs to book there ideas up and the quality of food and customer service! Will not be ordering from here again. It’s not exactly cheap either AVOID!!

Overcooked, overpriced and lacking flavour. Would not recommend.

Overpriced for the quantity of food we got and missed one of the items we requested. Pizza not 9” as ordered. They were brilliant when new owners took over but quality has slipped by the wayside since… Right now it’s an average take away if it’s late at night and one needs sustenance. Otherwise, needs much improvement.

Disappoints the pizza pepperoni seemed very poor quality and the texture of it was horrible, the pizza was also inedible for me with the chicken being tandoori or something. The menu doesn’t state this, and I would not have ordered the meat feast if I aware of this

Exceptional food from milanos. The staff and management always go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Their new secret sauce is out of this world. I won't go anywhere else for treat night now.

This place never fails!! From its excellent food to its amazing friendly but professional staff, I ordered Rack of Lamb which arrived beautifully cooked and tender. The Mussels my partner ordered were piled up high on his plate, and not rubbery! We were a walk in as we had left Proost next door after cold food debacle, The atmosphere in Mulino was great and everywhere covered in red balloons to celebrate Valentine Day. Had no problems with this take away. Food always hot and on time. I even ask for any scraps of meat for my dogs and they kindly send some.Highly recomend this place

Son was severely food poisoned after consuming a undercooked doner kebab

I ordered two hours ago, after calling the restaurant 10 times (with not one successful call) to find my food never arrived. I am furious. To say the least, you could of canceled our order, never order from here, abysmal service.

What a rip-off! You can’t advertise ‘milkshakes’ for £1.50 and then send a bottle of cheap ‘Yazoo’ flavoured milk!! In any other industry this would be false advertising, don’t know how they get away with it? AVOID!

We come here regularly, always get lovely customer service from the owner. But last night a younger man served us and tried to overcharge us. When we asked why he started shouting at us and telling us to get out of the shop. The lady working there resolved the issue and was very nice but he was still swearing about us in the kitchen the whole time we were there. I’ve never been treated like that anywhere else, very shocking service, probably won’t be back in case he’s there again.

Delivery regularly takes over an hour. Guy always takes his time counting your change (or has to go back to his car) - obviously expecting you to tell him to keep the change. No.

I saw my mate in Urmston and he fed me his dead grandmother's remains and it actually tasted better than a Milano's pizza

Asked for a BBQ base on my pizza and apparently I was given one without any, I questioned this and was told it had a BBQ base, but this was false, I've had a BBQ base from these several times before and this was not Never ever ever buying from here again

I have no favor for the owner, not the so called creepy guy you delivers, he's a guy who delivers, sod all creepy about him! All I want is decent food, and all I get each time is decent food!! Food consistently takes an hour or more to arrive. The only way to get a hot meal from this place is to go and pick it up yourself. Also, on more than one occasion now have I asked for a certain amount of change back (rounding up to save fiddling with change), only to be given even LESS back as if my tip wasn't large enough? Same guy more than once - didn't even say sorry!

Never had a bad meal from here. Reccomend the donner meat calzonne, hot sauce!

Two pizzas for price if one if collecting. Under £8 for 9". Freshly made, most topping ever! I love the Texts BBQ, it's amazing! Large chicken kebab £4.50 Cooked as you wait...sauce n salad included wrapped in a large naan bread. The mild sauce is gorgeous and the naan is stuffed full of chicken. Great friendly service from the owners who always like a chat.

I've been going to milanos for years now, normally after 1 too many drinks and the thing is that 65% of the time you get one of the best pizzas you've ever had however the other 35% it can be pretty rubbish. I just wish that they could do the great pizza all the time!

if were possible, I'd be leaving 0/5 stars. 1 hour and 10 minute delivery. Delivery driver repeatedly banging on the front door like he was the police. Toppings on garlic bread instead of pizza! Then missed the kebab from 'Kebab & (soggy-cold) Chips'. So in conclusion, outstanding service all round.

Ray is a ledge! Always kicks me up a feast. Good for anything. Usually go for the kebabs or a pizza. All good stuff and one of the cheaper takeaways in Urmston.

By far the crappiest scran i have got in urmston. The guy who serve me was a just a lumber fool shouting at his assistant waiting 45 mins for burnt on the outside and undercook in the middle pizza's. I would have rather have got a pot noodle.

Made a Telephone order and for the second time in a row they said it would be 45 mins . After 1 hour 30 rang back and cancelled. Stay away from this place last time we made a telephone order food came cold and not what i ordered and it had to be thrown away. Terrible service . The only reason why they got one star is because it would not let me post with no stars

We ordered our delivery an hour and a half ago and it has taken far too long to arrive. I have rang them TWICE and both times have received a poor excuse. They claimed the restaurant was too busy, but still the food is late. The first time they did not even give an excuse. I am hungry and cross. We live on the same road as the take away yet it was still this late. Would not recommend.
