Quick delivery and food hot. Cookie creme eggs lovely and wedges. However the toppings on both pizzas sparse. Ordered large vegetarian and large cheeseburger. Counted sweetcorn- 5 corn for whole pizza. Hardly any toppings on slices- e.g. 1 piece of red onion on 1 slice and pepoer slice o another. Not worth it anymore. Put us off ordering again for a while. Maybe try another pizza place.

Order number 556613386 I ordered some food but when it arrived, I went outside to receive the food but the delivery driver wasn't coming out of his car and he was parked on the other side of the road, he was on his phone faffing with his mate, despite seeing me waiting , he didn't take any notice whatsoever. Last time ordering from this place

Very bad quality. Their was very less chess on pizza and over cooked as wel . Never had that bad taste

Dominos is a good go to pizza takeaway. It's a bit pricey unless you do the deals. This was just a £6.99 medium 2 toppings pizza. Very tasty pizzas and lovely staff at this branch.

Used to order from Domino’s regularly, however the prices are astronomical now, how they can warrant £23 for a pizza is a mystery, you can go to a restaurant and get two for that price

Pizza base was not fresh, like cardboard. Not very hot in temperature either. For the price and brand you'd expect a pizza that's a bit special but they've really gone downhill. I actually prefer the pizza's from the smaller takeaways these days.

Not the same as my pizza in Canada will have to report back.

The staff here are lovely and they deliver excellent customer service at the desk I'm glad to say it's my local.

My Pizza was left with another house 4 doors down and left on there bench outside!! 3 hours later was delivered by my neighbour and obviously Stone cold. I ordered again from urmston Domino's 2 months later, and this was perfect piping hot and very tasty. Super fast delivery 5 stars 🌟

I regularly order off the Dominos app, my order is always on time and food is always great and personally I’ve never received an incorrect order. Best place to go for consistent quality of pizza!

Over priced and poor quality food especially wedges

I am a regular customer at this store and am very disappointed with the food I have been receiving of late. I always pay for extra cheese, but rarely receive it or my order is wrong. On my most recent visit Tuesday 02/11, I ordered our usual in store and waited in store while it was cooked. They had not put the mushrooms on my pizza, so they decided to throw them on and try and heat them up a little at the end. I was stood in the store, they could have said, I'm sorry we've missed a topping and am doing you a new pizza now. Instead, they let me leave and then ring up and complain and wait for new pizzas to arrive. Not happy, not customer service!

Worst Dominoes in the area!!!!! Ordered texas bbq ranch, had a total of 4 green peppers and 6 peices of chicken ....wedges still raw !!! Chicken kickers not even cooked........kids margarita was fine luckily so they got fed ( cant really mess a cheese and tomato pizza up the i suppose). NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!

Rude poor service.and do not eat out off this place. As ive seenstuff that will make u think twice about eating out off this funky places ..by far the worst dominos around go chorlton better staff cleaner worth the trip oh and they sit on the prep table with the stinky bums ..nasty place

Made a £25 order for delivery, was due to be delivered at 5pm tonight, and did not turn up. The app said it's been delivered so we rang the store to say it would be there in the next 5-10 minutes, 50 minutes later, it's still not arrived. Store won't answer the phone now. Absolute joke

good food, decent lead time would be great if they didn't always undercook the wedges

I usually get the food from the flixton shop but have been delivered by the urmston shop tonight never again wedges were stone cold so was the chicken the pizza was hot which was a bonus but 40pound down the drain and me cooking my tea

I went to get some take away pizzas. I PAID for extra cheese, and I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally got the pizzas and went home. When we opened the boxes the pizzas were revealed. They were absolutely DIRE, if there was cheese on them it was carefully hidden away under the tomato because that was all that was on them. Will NOT go there again, ever, if I can help it. I paid for extra cheese and the cheese that should have been on it was conspicuous in its absence, never mind the extra cheese I paid for.

Great place ordered many times before no problems

Ordered pizza to pick up. On arrival was completely ignored by gossiping staff, another member of staff(delivery driver) also ignored me. In the end I pushed the staff door, it opened! Suddenly they acknowledged me, claiming they were just doing it but in fact the pizza was just sitting there. No apology, thanks, nothing, very rude!

Staff just standing round on there phone while the pizza said it’s ready but waiting 15 minutes

Experience is that it is expensive but good for the money could be a bit faster. Over all nice and adequate food.

Just ordered a pizza, lady on the phone was really nice and helpful. Pizza was delicious. Fresh tasty andpiping hot.

I am always a fuge fan of dominos but may be I choose wrong flavour this time and didn't enjoy my meal.. not good in taste. So please never try BBQ flavour.

Ordered online and came in about 20 minutes or so was really looking forward to it but I'm afraid it's awful! Undercooked and doughy and the toppings just kept falling off everytime I picked it up to take a bite and there was virtually no cheese on the base of my pizza just sauce and it just tasted awful really got to be the worst pizza I've ever had and the prices are a joke only got it today as they have a cheaper deal on but it wasn't even worth that! Don't bother coming here go else where!

Good service right prices great pizza

I went to dominos tonight because they where not answering there phone. We got there at 11:10 and I saw a member of staff and they said they are closed and open till 12 for orders. We said we did try to order but no one was answering the phone. We saw another member of staff and he said the same thing he said he will go talk to his manager and his manager said that they are closed. And he will not answer the phone for dilvery. Despite it now being half an hour before they close. I feel like dominos should hire staff that do there job rather than bunk of because they want to go home Early.

Thank you for actually accepting the order ❤️ For real though this branch is my absolute favourite and everyone who works there is always so lovely and doesn’t shame me for buying an obscene amount of food and the pizza is always hot and delicious (I’ve tried a few other dominos when I’ve been in different areas before and they were a LET DOWN, nowhere near as good as these pizza angels in urmston 😇)

Time is not a concept to these guys, somebody should teach them to use a 24 hour clock. It may seem like a strange and foreign concepts to the Urmston cartel, when I select a time for an order (I don't mind if it's 10-20 mins out either way) I'd expect it to be within at least an hour. All in all they should have gone to Specsavers.

Really disappointed Pizza arrived with no cheese on it that much tomato paste it was dripping off tasted awful definitely would not order from them again Asda's own brand are more generous with toppings quite sad really would have given 0 stars

We normally order pizza from Domino's but tonight has got to be the worst pizza we've ever had. Overcooked and quite dry with sparse ingredients dribbled over the top. Not impressed and for the price that was paid for a large Texas BBQ it was definitely not worth the month. 3 slices eaten and the rest thrown in the bin.

AWFUL. Used to be just like all other Domino's branches, but has recently gone downhill in terms of food preparation, presentation, and most importantly HYGIENE. The last pizza I ordered from this branch gave me food poisoning, and not just the kind that only makes your stomach hurt - this pizza had me up all night blowing chunks into the toilet (front and back in case you were wondering), and carried on well into the day after! Avoid this place like the plague, unless of course you want to catch the plague then by all means - go ahead.

I ordered the big night in from the menu, the service was good and delivery arrived quickly. The pizza wasn't great with not much it in terms of toppings and also the chicken wings were very fatty.

I went here for tea after going out for the day as we are stAying at a hotel close by and the staff are so lovely and welcoming and they make you laugh whilst you are waiting for your order! It's the first time we have been here but I loved there friendly ness and the order was made within 15 minutes and it was absolutely delicious the best ever pizza I have eaten! I come from a place where we. Don't have dominoes but it is so worth travelling to our local one back home

Ordered a Pizza on the web site at 7:08pm and it arrived at my door at 7:27pm...... under 20 mins for a top notch pizza! You've certainly got the hang of your online ordering system folks.

We love pizza but I think the chef here had become so tight that he actually forgets to put the toppings on the pizza, we have often put extra on when we have received them. They arrive Luke Warm and we need to heat them again. Not all Dominos are like this but I think the staff need a kick up the bum here.

The delivery time was quick as per usual, they are quite happy to deal with awkward requests, like no pizza sauce base, my only issue at the moment is that they haven't had the full range of bases mentioned on the menu for a few weeks now

Awful experience, Not only did I not receive my pizza, but didn't get my money back either. I ordered by phone and opted to give my debit details over the phone as the form of payment two hours before closing time, an hour an a half later I hadn't received my pizza, more alarmingly I didn't receive a phone call as to tell me why my pizza had not been delivered or was late, which is usually the case should they have trouble finding your property and is just good practice to inform the customer as to why it has taken well over an hour and a half to deliver a pizza. I *tried* to phone the branch twenty minutes to closing time and they repeatedly put the phone down! Numerous calls later, to be exact I'd say around fifteen times, someone picked up the phone. It was obvious that with twenty minutes to go they weren't looking to take any more orders. How disgusting that a business can be run like this, if you have a problem they would like to remain blissfully unaware and put the phone down on you. Someone eventually did pick up the phone, and to my utter amazement they said that the order had been delivered...I was lost for words. But only briefly. They had delivered my pizza to someone with a similar sounding street, regardless of taking MY postcode. The level of incompetence was astounding. Needless to say I wanted my money back. And this is the kicker. They were unable to comply. They can take my money, not deliver my pizza, but they are unable to refund me immediately. Doesn't make sense, and during the phone call in which I spoke to the manager, Paul, there were zero attempts to make any amends for this, except saying sorry. I'm serious. No coupons, no pizza, no money, no nothing. Sorry, doesn't put a pizza on my plate or money back in my bank account. Pizza Hut/ Local takeaways it is...
