Friendly staff good food reasonable prices

26/12/24. Ordered 2 pizzas. Took over 30mins to deliver after just eat notification of on its way.I live 7 minutes away from shop. Arrived stone cold in wet boxes and actually looked as if dropped in puddle. Phoned shop. Told they were sending replacements. 1 hour later no show. Phoned again to get answer machine. If I could leave zero stars I would. I don't understand how they are still in business. Please spend your money elsewhere. They can not even be bothered about customer's complaints.

Ordered food originally and time kept changing eait over 1.5 hrs for food and still not even prepared so cancelled and reordered at another place. Genie which was closer but even then food was cold, chips were soggy. Cake was still icy.

order late, driver sat for 15mins before calling.me to say he was outside. couldn't understand a word of english. 20mins later finally found me, told him to take it baxk

Ordered one chicken Shawarma and one chicken kebab, both are different prices … received 2 chicken shawarmas …. Silly of me to ignore the numerous reviews regarding them getting orders wrong…. Won’t order from here again, you have to be pretty dim to not know your own menu!

Didn’t put my sauce in which I payed £1 for! (Which is a bit steep really should be 50p)the food alright but for the simple fact you didn’t put the sauce in I’ll probably avoid ordering again,that sht is annoying

My order never turned up and I was given no kind of explanation. Sat around hungry for an hour and ended up ordering from somewhere else. Absolute joke

Made a £50 order this Saturday from this place having never ordered from them before God I wish I had read the reviews before hand. The delivery driver smoking a fag while handing the food to me should have been a warning sign for what was to come. The only part of the order that was some what edible was the garlic bread other than that everything was just slop thrown ontop of more slop. Should have just gone to kfc

Warning that the website will let you order, take your money etc, without the store even being open. I called asking for my money back when this happened to me and got met with just rudeness, then was fobbed off. Would really not recommend. Lucky's is nearby and is excellent food

ordered a chicken meal with 3 wings and 3 pieces of chicken and only ended up with 1 piece of chicken and 2 wings

Food was great, food was on time, but it was a long wait.

If I could leave 0 star that would be good. The driver couldn’t find our place so asked me to send the address, I did one better and send my live location which the driver still couldn’t understand? The driver wouldn’t answer calls and the restaurant was happy to cancel the order. Waited half an hour before they said they would cancel. Clearly an issue with the driver as we’ve never had an issue with deliveries before. Won’t be ordering again, and putting a review for the absolutely shocking inability to read a live map and terrible navigation skills.

I ordered in tonight and was very impressed. It arrived very rapidly, a very reasonable price , and generous portion sizes. I'm definitely ordering again!

Great Peri Burgers - always freshly grilled and they always fry fresh fries for each order

Well, got the delivery late because they were busy. But then there was items missing. They rectified the missing items after about 30 minutes after I called them twice. I order from them regularly. Great place to get food. But they are busy, be prepared to wait for you order. I would order from here again.

I ordered delivery for a meat feast and a chicken box. I was a bit nervous coz the reviews seem not too good. But after it arrived I found it’s all fine. I mean it does bit too salty, and the chicken on the feast was too much colour. But the freshness of the food is ok, and the chicken quality is fine as well. I personally like the feast just without the chicken next time haha. Anyway overall I’ll give a three stars, for an encourage to a shop keep improving. I’ll give a four:)

Pizza was ok but the quality of ingredients let it down generic cheap cheese and cubed spicy beef is a major red flag when i order pizza unfortunately will not be ordering pizza from here again

Food was ok, spicy wings were nice but my burger was soggy and the bread not edible. Delivery driver didn’t even bother getting out of his car, probably the laziest delivery guy I’ve ever come across poor customer service from him zero stars for that.

The app said it would arrive between 6:10pm-- 6:30pm. It arrived at 5:55pm. Great service.

food was cold. calzone was not nice at all. bits of everything chucked together, been buying from here for years till we moved. thought I'd go back and try again. is there new owners? oh plus a drink not delivered that was paid for. Will not go back.

I turned up in the afternoon today and it still wasn't open, I was met by 2 rude staff who told me come back in 45 minutes.

This place used to be the spot back over a decade ago, since then it's turned into a shambles. Back in the day I would come here once a week and it was honestly the best chicken burger I've eaten, hands down. Since then though the quality has gone from a 10 down to a 1. Owner being stingy, cutting chicken fillets in half to save money, soggy chicken and chips, staff that have low IQ. It's a shame, they just sell the business once they have enough

Unfortunately although the food came early the chips were very under cooked and very cold the burger was very salty and dry but the garlic bread with cheese was good

The food was yummy as usual but the seafood pizza only had tuna on it, no anchovies or prawns. It may be that you had run out, in which case i would have appreciated a phone call to be given the chance to choose alternative toppings.

Cold horrible chips, burger wasn’t good and donner kebab was small for the price

The chicken and chips was in a plastic bag that was tied closed so the food was wet from the condensation when I got it.

Ok place I bought mozzarella cheese pops and on the menu it said 15 for £3.80. I got 8 mozzarella cheese pops. Basically a scam The chips are good though

Ordered chicken kebab, instead of telling us they don’t do kebab they do shawarma, they decided to give us some absolutely awful chicken shawarma. It wasn’t even eatable. Straight to the bin. Definitely avoid this place

He didn't come to the door and proceeded to force me to come out the flat when I had buzzed him into to the building. I do not appreciate this as he was late plus did not deliver to the right address

I have had some exceptional food from genies but unfortunately the shawarma was definitely not one of them considering it was 45 minutes early it was very cold and very dry the chicken was hard and dry and stale this will be one meal I would never recommend to anyone

Food was nice as I expected but I didn’t appreciate the smell that came from the boxes and bag it was in I have no problem with people smoking and I don’t mean cigarettes but being a Muslim household I don’t appreciate having that smell coming into my home and smelling it while I’m trying to eat 🤢

Worse food pizzas hardly only filling and so thin calazone the same its like they was running out of dough did they lose the pizza cutter too as pizza pieces wasn't cut and ones that was wasn't done correctly

The food is absolutely delicious and they go above and beyond to serve the food fresh and hot and enough to feed a whole family when items finish they make sure to let you know and offer an alternative I would definitely recommend this takeaway ♥️

Bought from Genies for years but sadly this will now be my very last time. Quality on last four or five times really not the same and lost all confidence in the place. The large order I got tonight the chips were sweated and soggy, burger bun bases soggy, pizza literally looked like it was chucked together and arrived cold and kebab meat dried out round edges loads and not fresh looking. For almost £40 worth of food it was not good in fairness and didn't enjoy it. Shame it really is, used to love the place and why me and my family kept going back for so long. As loyal customers we'd expect quality each time. Sadly not happening these days so taking our business elsewhere.

The food was great but very late. I would like to also provide feedback on the delivery driver and recommend that they are not smoking a cigarette when they pass me the food at my door!

Pretty nice. The chicken has lots of flavour when u are eating the skin. But the inside where the chicken is thicker, it doesn't have much flavour. Maybe because they didn't have enough time to marinade the chicken. Would eat again.

2nd time that this restaurant has missed something off my order and promised to bring it but haven’t delivered.

Food was piping hot on arrival and we had it delivered to M20 withington. Arrived 5 minutes early, peri burger banging as always😍 seen reviews about their hygiene rating, i say ignore it, when you eat food abroad do you check their hygiene rating? No you dont. Highly recommend ordering here, will be back again soon😁

Lovely Pizza, very hot, and exceptional delivery time

Ordered 5 chicken wings and I got may be 4. I paid for 5 and did not get five. Only noticed when I reached home else would have returned it and asked the man at the counter to keep the money!!

They ought to change the shops name, I think a lot of these reviews are from the old management. We came here a couple of times since about 10 months ago, and the quality of pizza + wings has been consistently terrific. The pizza is really soft, fresh and loaded with toppings

This restaurant understood the assignment when they cooked the cheesy chips, adding lots of melted mozzarella on top and skimp out like other places. The diner kebab was of good quality and a big portion provided. Hangover officially cured

Had a double chicken burger, it was cold and dry. No napkin provided Drinks are not cold No cheese slice Guy charges £1.00 for sauce in a container. Area does not look clean

I ordered two chicken sandwich meals, Vimto and Coke. Food arrived with Vimto and Pepsi instead. Both burgers had an extremely rubbery texture, were very hard and undercooked. Worst burger I've ever had. Highly unsatisfied.

Ordered the naan bread and got pita bread and the grilled chicken was burned so it ruined the taste . Ponder meal burger was very dry. The pizza was good. Cheap prices but bad food quality.
