Didn’t follow clear delivery instructions,. Just passed it to a lady at reception and never let me know so now order is cold. And chips are ruined. Shame

Unfortunately the wrong meal was delivered at the time that I requested, although this did not detract from the enjoyment of the meal when a replacement was delivered.

Ordered beef burger and received bread hard like a stone. Went to report it and asked if he can make me fresh with soft bread. I only heard "No" . Didn't wash his hands after touching money I paid with and before touching my bread with his fingers. Don't like this place Food ok, no best

Visited with 4 friends. Had 3 kebabs and one burger. Took them home to eat. They were disgusting. No sauce of any kind even though we had all asked for chilli sauce etc. One large lump of Tomato no other salad. Meat was disgusting. They all went in the bin which says something as we’d all been drinking for hours and still couldn’t eat them. They must rely on very drunk trade.

I had been kind of every where to try chiken kebab But seriously 9£ for Taste less un cooked chiken with nan that you can call it nan because naver had nan like that in my whole life It's seems more like papadam then nan was that hard and thin dammn It's first time for everything They shud improve there nan skills And a costumer service aswell

Good fast food experience, not a lot of space to eat in. Would recommend for a quick one or two person meal, not for more people, and only take out.

So I ordered a Diet Coke and they brought me a Pepsi bottle but I have diabetes so I told them I needed a drink with no sugar. They said they would bring over some Diet Coke. Which they said they didn’t have before hand and then showed up to my house with some Diet Coke. I tasted the Diet Coke and felt ill and faint and passed out. I woke up and looked at the label and it was 8 months off . Honestly selling Diet Coke with an expiry date off 31/12/21 to a customer is something I couldn’t imagine would be done. I then went for a bath and threw up in the bath. When I rang to complain about this matter, the man on the phone simply said ‘we didn’t have any other diet Coke’s’ This selling of an out of date beverage is an illegal activity and so is extremely disappointing to receive and will be considering legal action should my health deteriorate further Will hope this is addressed in due course

This was one of the best pizza we have ever had. Full of flavour and plenty of toppingS. Chicken pinapple x2 red onion, peppers with garlic mayo.

Usually pretty reliable, tonight's takeout exceeded expectations - thick, juicy patties that were piping hot and chips just the right thickness. You could find something cheaper, but I wouldn't want to - worth every penny

After finally arriving 1hr 7mins after expected the food was cold, and the kebabs were dire with a dribble of sauce on one an the other completely dry no salad no nothing. Best part of the order were the canned drinks

Driver didn’t know where my house was I had to go out to the top of the road to collect my food . There wasn’t much meat on the Nan for the actual price I paid plus £3.50 for delivery from hale to bowdon not happy at all with the service .

Was almost deleting Just eat after the last few deliveries were so bad and constantly waiting hours for cold deliveries , I decided to risk one more attempt . And WOW ! It came within half an hour , food all piping hot and really tasty ! The delivery man was very nice , even drove back ten minutes later as he had forgotten to leave a kids drink , most delivery places I’ve used wouldn’t bother . 100% will be using it regularly.

Ordered on JustEat and paid online, which helps to take away some of the consternation about paying in an independent joint! Burgers sublime as usual, although the tomato ketchup they use doesn't seem quite as good as what I'd use at home. Chips ok but the burgers are what make it - decent size, piping hot. Pretty good value overall.

Not only is the food peng but I was once stuck in Hale on a busy night after dark and in the cold, and these guys let me sit with them until I could go home and gave me some water <3

Ordered from here whilst staying at a hotel near the airport, delivery was great! The pizzas were lovely, really hot and cooked perfectly. Loved the popcorn chicken too. Highly recommend this place!

Well worth the short delay of delivery. Consistently, the food is of great standard, always hot, well cooked and always friendly delivery driver.

Neither of the fries had any seasoning at all and where greasy. The burger was of a high standard. The delivery driver stood for ten minutes counting out my change, and still managed to short change me. This is after paying £1.50 for delivery and £0.50p service charge. And then the driver told me to write a review. All in all, not for me.

Well known takeaway in the area, the burger patties are absolutely sublime. The rest is a bit less so - chips are a bit soggy and not as warm as they could be. Prices reasonable and certainly cheaper than some local restaurants offering a similar product but as a sit down meal.

I am yet to receive my order over an hour late.. I have called the restaurant to see where my order is and I was told "we are very busy, what can I do" the phone was the put down on me! I am really unsatisfied, after having only ordered 2 items and waiting nearly 2 hours. Customer service has been shocking. I will not be using Just Eat again!!!!!!!!

As always delicious food beautifully presented burgers which haven't 'fallen apart' on delivery. Kind and courteous delivery driver who is always cheerful and friendly. Not the closest to home but, always choose burgers from here as they are the best. Food always nice and hot on arrival too. Thank you.

The food arrived in good time, before the ETA. We ordered pizza/ chicken burger/ hot dog with sides. Everything arrived well packaged and hot. The delivery guy was really friendly too. This is our new 'go to' delivery food. I highly recommend.

Delivered plain fries when paid more for peri fries and chicken wraps literally only had chicken on. After ringing them it seems you are expected to fill in the notes online to say you want lettuce etc but this wasn’t clear when ordering.

The food from here is consistently good WHEN they get the order right. My order wasn’t hard. A double steak burger with cheese meal (sweet corn relish, gherkins and onions selected as garnishes) and a portion of Donner meat (hot chilli sauce, yoghurt sauce, onions and tomatoes as the four selected garnishes). Garnishes are selected in the pop up window so you have to specifically skip them to opt out. When my meal arrived the burger was missing the sweet corn relish and the Donner meat had NO garnishes at all. Very disappointing and not worth the money this time around.

Calzone was good but burger was so greasy I could taste the oil rather than patty, disappointed

Chicken kebab was good but only 1/2 a meatball on a whole meatball calzone, not good at all.

The food was excellent and service quicker than expected so very happy and will use again.

Delivery time was fantastic, a lot earlier than expected however I ordered a kebab and they forgot half of the stuff off the kebab, no sauce on it making it extremely dry. Disappointing.

This takeaway needs to be shutdown, the takeaway is extremely unhygienic. I went in this evening as a treat as I had been working late at the hospital all week. I noticed one of the workers pick meat up of the floor and put it back on the grill, I also noticed a staff member bring a toasted pita bread out and it was left on the side then served. When I mentioned this to a staff member, they threatened me with violence. Unacceptable, won’t be going here again.

The meat tasted very off this time around and its usually been very nice, the delivery was 30 minutes early the driver was very pleasant.
