I have been here for ages. The food quality is amazing. The pizza is really nice and the pasta is stunning. The unlimited salad bar is my favourite. I love getting just the nachos. The drinks station is also perfect and the counter with bowls on it for the salad bar is clean. The booths and tables are thoroughly cleaned aswell as the whole restaurant. The ice cream bar is nice and has lots of toppings and sauces to choose from however sometimes it is broken. I would come here all of the time if I had too

Everything great service and lovely food mac n cheese was to die for. Service from Mike was fabulous friendly and helpful l.

We waited a long time for our drink and cups for drinks machine. Food is lovely but £19 for an 11 inch pizza is crazy as its £13 in my local Italian and you get bigger pizza

Way too busy - 45 min wait to return and eat. Got in the car and drove to Trafford Park - which was great!

Great food but terrible service not stop asking about taking plates and drinks and trying to take out food before finishing etc even more they didn’t say anything to us and just sat us down and left.

Pizzas were good and all enjoyed them, however we arrived at clearly an “awkward time” we arrived with only one other family dinning. We sat in the round booth as we were a party of five. Only to be dripped on consistently we mentioned this to the waitress as there was a leak in the ceiling and the weather wasn’t the best, “oh I’ll mention it” and that was the end of that. We ordered with the waitress who was working by herself and waited and waited and waited for our drinks. In fact we waited so long for our drinks by the time they arrived the pizzas followed within minutes. The food was lovely, the children wanted ice cream factory so we ordered. We then saw two other workers appear one who seemed to like to just stand at the kitchen hatch and the other who seemed to be more managerial, she had noticed this dripping and came over, put blue towels down I mentioned that we had told the waitress, and told she didn’t tell me. The building is in need of a lick of paint the atmosphere is dead, and while the staff do what they can if the building is falling apart it must feel like it’s a never ending battle The toilets are revolting such and over powering smell of urine and drains. Leaking roofs, wet slippy floors, revolting drain smell, but enjoyable pizza

Waited 5 minutes to be seated. Then another 10 to be served,there were only 6 other tables occupied BTW. Then after waiting 25 minutes for our food was delivered a pizza that was cold and missing ingredients. In the restaurant!! And only offered £15 off the pizza even though the pizza wasn't even touched. An absolute joke.

This location is our goto, great air con especially in the summer heat. We like the buffet and things get topped up quickly. They even come round clear plates as well. Can't fault the staff here. Too many pan pizza and not enough Italian base but other wise great

I cannot remember the last time I went in Pizza Hut. I had no preconceived idea about it. Went with friends and thoroughly enjoyed it. I didn't have salad. The pizza and sides were delicious, fresh and hot. The fries were amazing and ice cream was lush 😋 The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend 👌

Normally go to this Pizza Hut every few weeks but went tonight and staff just being difficult about where we were seated, wanted to sit in normal place but young staff member just being difficult so walked out. Last time we go.

Daughter is begging to go back again, she loved it so much. Food was delicious, buffet was constantly refilled and service was fantastic.

Called in just before the Buffet closed. Very welcoming greetings from the Manager. . Buffet is a selection of thick and thin Pizza bases on offer. Very tasty but be aware of any 🔥 spicy pieces. We will return soon

So nice and really easy to get to off the motorway or if you want to avoid Trafford centre and the crowds. Always loads of family’s in and a really nice atmosphere. The staff are so friendly and helpful

First time at this pizza hut definitely would not go back again it was dirty the staff was rude and the manager on shift was unprofessional and unhelpful.The manager laughed when customers was leaving due to the waiting staff refusing to wait on the them demanding they use the QR code.

A wonderful Pizza Hut, and wonderful service. This place is quieter than the location just over the other side of the M60. The staff really look after you, the kitchen is top Pizza Hut standard. A fully loaded salad bar and great cleanliness. Highly recommended.

This was our first time at this pizza hut. We found the parking easy. Disability access. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food is nice, especially ice cream. We got served quickly. The only fault I found was that the salad bar ran very low. We would definitely return.

Great value for money. With the unlimited drink option & unlimited salad bar is a great addition. Very friendly & helpful staff.

This place is filthy! We visited a nearby attraction for my sons birthday & my son chose Pizza Hut for Lunch (Had this not been the case i would have left within the first 2min) No service we was told to order on the app (this was actually easy enough tbh) BUT the place is filthy. sticking to the floors, sticking to the chairs , glasses smell like a dirty dishwasher. No more Pizza Hut for me thank you & i assume other have decided the same because the place was dead for a Sunday lunch time.

Going downhill faster than a fat kid on a bike with no brakes, we ordered a thin pizza to share and when they say thin they mean like tracing paper didn’t know whether I was about to eat or do some art. Pizza Hut the reason you will end up disappearing from our streets is the prices £70 for flour and water & apparently we ordered a deal. You are better off going to your favourite pizza takeaway than here.

The ladies who worked the lunch service on Monday were brill, they were really friendly and attentive! We had buffet before an airport run and they looked after us, making sure the two veggies were also well fed. Food was good and the staff were lovely

Poor salad bar, half empty and not kept clean.

Pizza was lovely, I'm more of meat guy but the veggie pizza was really nice. The Pizzas where fluffy and the tomatoe base was tasty! Lily the server was polite, efficient and cheerful.

Went out to celebrate a birthday. Great food and selection of pizza, service was quick and efficient. Order via a QR code on the table. Only feedback is the cost, over £120 for our party. Which was 2 pizzas, 4 sides and 4 desserts with bottomless drinks.

Very basic interior that doesn't have any comfort, though I liked the salad bar and bottomless drinks option. The food was tasty and went down well with our grandson. More for a young family or teens than the elderley.

The staff were very friendly, the interior was very clean and the food was very hot and didn't have to wait long. The cutlery was clean and fresh napkins were provided without having to ask.

I've had to edit my review from a few years back, as this is the first time I have come here since only to find the prices have been jacked up to double what they were a few years back, which Is a disgrace. For example, £31.99 for a 14", yes, just a 14" pizza with some onions spinach and tomatoes on. What is that? The £9.99 option for a kid is bearable, but we have decided to not order anything and grab a pizza from our local pizza shop, a 14" meat feast for £8.99, a fraction of the cost. Honestly, I thought it was some kind of joke, but it seems pizza hut want to go out of business in the UK. There is 1 other family in here, and that's it. No wonder. Greed has gone to the fat cats heads. Will never EVER return here. Disgusting rip off.

Great pizza hut nice food friendly staff

We walked in and waited nearly half an hour for someone to speak to us, by which time we had already figured out it was order by app, which didn't work. Then we're almost charged £90 for two children's meals and a salad bar.. Staff were rude and too busy watching a colleagues phone to be anything close to "staff" Absolute shambles and the worst pizza hut I've visited by far

Delivery was alright and didn’t take too long but the cookie dough was cold? Not even warm but fully cold! And the caramel sauce had a skin on it from going cold! No idea how long it was sat there?

Friendly staff but expensive for what it is. Won't be visiting Pizza Hut again anytime soon

Staff that were there very friendly and helpful . BUT , hardly any staff at all . Have to order at the table which, at the prices charged is a joke. £50 for two pizzas and 2x sides just to have to order and pay on the app. Food was also very average , wouldn’t return to any pizza hut now VERY understaffed

I have been to pizza a lot. But I didn't think the pizza was cooked properly. As I had an upset stomach the following day. Might not go as often as gone very expensive.

Asked for and paid for triple cheese. I definitely didn't get that. Cheese is missing from half the pizza!

Ordered on delivery and food came with incorrect toppings - I ordered a double pepperoni with spicy honey drizzle and received pepperoni and jalapeños - still delicious but accuracy could be be better.

Solid and nostalgic, likely better places now, still great for younger kids especially . Why close down so many, like the Parrs Wood one and before that White City

Lovely meal out with the family. Standard Pizza Hut - you can't go wrong. Friendly staff and great food. Zoe was really helpful. All I'd suggest is to get rid of having to order online. It's such a ball ache. Luckily Zoe was to hand as I felt 100 years old trying to work the online ordering. Pen and paper is so much quicker. 😁

The quality of food at Pizza Hut is not what it was. The range of pizzas on offer has been reduced and boy have they put up the prices!

The app was amazing and easy to use and everything was well presented for ease of use. Staff made our experience more enjoyable ensuring we will return.

Lets just say that Pizza Express is a better choice for cleanliness and better Pizza, and about the same price point too. I used to love Pizza Hut, but the salad bar has to be the best breeding ground for bugs and germs there is. Some people are just disgusting.

Unfriendly staff as you walked in to be seated so first impressions not great. Once seated a bubbly staff member came to help us order as its all done on their app. Food came quite quickly seen as the place was really busy. Food nice &hot with no complaints. Salad bowl area was messy after children but quickly cleaned & re stocked. Trying to get into the retail park too 20 minutes due to how busy it was & also the fact that half the carpark was been worked on.

Sorry pizza hut, I’m sure the food would have been nice when hot. I ordered for collection at this restaurant, food was ready on time and I collected, however unfortunately due to the location, it took me an hour to get out of the carpark due to the poor layout and volume of traffic. By the time I got the food what should have been a 10 min journey home, it was cold

Pizza hut has always been incredibly over priced but now it's just no financially viable for alot of people. I paid nearly £50 for a pizza that was just ok nothing special side dishes and fountain drinks the ice cream factory bowl is a complete joke as it looks like something from a doll house . If your nostalgic about pizza hut then I'd say go now whilst their still in business because it's way overpriced and under delivering. Oh and one more thing why have you cut almost all the staff you have to order via the app service is slow. Honestly if I had the chance i'd have gone anywhere else. Go to dominoes or any other pizza shop

Excellent service, good food, caring staff. You can now order and pay at your table by scanning a QR code, though if you're finding this difficult the staff are on hand to help. Couldn't really ask for better service.

Not happy i ordered max but they gave me regular Pepsi. Food just ok nothing great.

Absolutely appalling for Pizza Hut, all of the food was stone cold, the pizza melts was like eating cardboard and got mushrooms and spinach on the pizza when I asked for them not to be put on. Will not be ordering again.

Will never go there again they have gone far to expensive £60 for 3 pizzas eating in with a couple of side salads and drinks when all said and done its just a pizza. used to really enjoy it there but sorry not anymore will be telling friends and family not to go there as far too expensive now

I have never had such a terrible pizza. Would have got a better one frozen. What as happened???? It was dried up and little cheese on it. How could you charge so much. There's so many nice pizza places now. Can't believe keep going back and got four stars 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

I've 2 aurtistic kids and they love eating at pizza hut quite and the food is what they like if I cook garlic bread they won't touch it but pizza hut he eats loads which is what it's about

The staff were very attentive and friendly. The childrens food came out first which is a good thing. Although we didn't have to wait long for adult meals as they came out straight afterwards. It was clean and will definitely go back.

Was here for my grandsons birthday he had a great time the staff spoilt him they even brought out his birthday cake and played and sung happy birthday..

Ordered a stuff crust but there was no cheese in the crust it was empty.

We were given excellent service from Harvey he made sure we our drinks were served promptly. He did a great job making sure we had everything we wanted. I think the manager came to my assistance when the drinks machine stopped operating se was very curtious and got my dronk sorted. Great meal great service thanks to your staff.

Excellent pizza, pasta, salad and ice cream on the lunch time deals menu. Unfortunately I spilt a drink which took a while to be cleared up and the ice cream machine seemed to take a while to refill and work again but all in all wouldn't hesitate to recommend - the kids especially love it!

Went there for the buffet offer on weekdays with my colleague, it was 9.99 for a buffet with unlimited pizza, sides and pasta. this was the first time for me to be in the pizza hut in UK and my previous experience from India want that good as I preferred Dominos over pizza hut. but I was amazed that it was wonderful and tasty as it was a buffet I had couple of different types of pizza which I dont recollect the names of each but I can assure you that it was worth the money and I enjoyed every bit of it. All the staffs were extremally nice and polite I really loved it. definitely going to come back with my family again soon. Note that the buffet is closed after 3 pm and the price differs in weekend and weekdays.

Received crispy bites instead of chicken wings, which I can’t eat as not gluten free

The corn on the cob was absolutely disgusting and the box was dripping in water. It was massively over cooked and not edible.

Had a great time here, there was 16 of us as it was my nephews birthday, we had 12 11 year old boys with us, so it wasn't an easy task, but the lady serving us was amazing she was on the ball and really helped with the lads. Food was hot and fresh and came out in good time too, Salad bar was full and appetising. Just a fantastic visit overall.

Ideal location with ample parking. Service is excellent. Food, well it's Pizza hut, it is going to be fresh , piping hot and delicious with unlimited salad. If you haven't tried yet, then go for hot cookie dough. Best cookie dough I had in ages. My only advice is to reserve your table or you will have to wait for at least 45-60mins.

The buffet very little choice expensive for what you get.

Buyer beware! Walk in over the counter purchases misleading. £12.99 for an individual Hawian pizza. Turned out to be a small 6 piece. Yet order online you get an 8 piece for £9.99. Pizza Hut have their priorities and pricing wrong, not all of us can get online to make a purchase. Yet the customer who walks into the store and orders gets a poor deal. Not to mention they don't accept cash, it's card only. So if I'm forced to pay by card at the instore counter, why don't I get the same deal as those who pay by card ordering online? My advice is go to your local high street pizza shop to get a better deal and save yourself the dissapointment at Pizza Hut.

I haven't been to many pizza huts in the recent years and wasn't expecting to be wowed. However, this restaurant is decidedly average. Having to order food via an opposed to having waitress service made it feel even more like a drive-thru dining experience. The food is okay

Staff were polite not a huge selection of pizza on the buffet, and waiting time for food to be brought out was a little long to replenish the buffet

The pizza was not cooked ,and it was very cold on delivery, will not be ordering again .

Used to be good value, but now it's overly expensive. Won't take cash. Make you order via your phone unless you want to wait "a while". Site asks you for a tip before you've even received your food. Might as well be replaced with a pizza vending machine. Shame, because the food is actually tasty.
