I have been eating takeaway food from Peppermill for a long time , highly recommended, fresh delicious food and a great delivery service. Highly recommended.

Our first time with pepper mill following a leaflet through the door. We had a pizza meal for 2. The food was lovely, arrived hot enough to eat and well packaged. They also called to check our toppings before delivering. We will be back!

Ordered on the website, got my order wrong, called to explain and all they could give were unreasonable excuses. No apologies, no resolution. Almost got the blame for ordering online because they forgot to fix the website issues. Absolutely ridiculous! Wish the taste of food made up for it at least..

WOW….Amazing pizza!!! First time ordered from here and won’t be the last, so fresh and fresh ingredients. Used to order from a different pizza place. Chicken Supreme pizza was delicious. I will now be ordering from here regularly.

The donor kebab is amazing the best about , always arrives piping hot , delivery drivers always nice and friendly , will continued to order from here .

Avoid!!! Tasteless and bad attitude service!! Arrived with all the topping stuck to the lid, got told we couldn't have a replacement because its been opened.. how other way was we meant to see the topping bad customer service wouldn't replace or refund had a bad attitude wasn't there to make customers happy just wanted your money no wonder they ask for cash only 🤔 £24 for a pizza that had to scrap toppings your self

I ordered my food from here to be delivered to have my pizza stuck to the lid I called to have it replaced however they would not replace it and said it wasn't there problem will not be returning they don't deserve 1 star

I popped in few times for chips and salmon. Huge portion and so delicious. Unfortunately I haven't tried anything else yet as I always went straight for that.

Words can never describe the great work Pepper Mill does. They have been sorting us out for probably over a decade now and after recently visiting home again they reminded me exactly how good they are. Nothing back home compares to their Pizzas, Chips, Burgers and service. They are simply amazing. Great bunch of lads that are one of the gems of visiting family back home. 10/10. True heroes. Asked for the chilli sauce on the side and they put it on either side of the dish.. when I complained they said that’s when on the side ment!!! Food ruined

Takes Cash only in 2021, who carries cash in a pandemic screams of tax dodging ! No excuses a card machine can be set up on a smart phone.

this is extraordinary. bloody brilliant experience 10/10 experience. can enjoy the pizza hot or cold both so delicious honestly so versitle. i genuinely appreciate it so much it made me feel less drunk and really filled a hole. honestly so good and the service is incredible the people are so nice.

I really don't understand the reviews here. The food did come quickly to be fair, but too quickly, as both pizzas were uncooked with both bases falling apart and chips undercooked. Staff extremely rude when challenged about this to? Enough said really. Wont be ordering again.

Where to start, Service is always great whether I’m dealing with someone over the phone or I am face to face with those who work there. The food is always lovely I haven’t had a bad thing from this place so definitely one of my go to please. I am extremely fussy but they always seem to accommodate my fussiness lol. Managers are lovely and staff too. Chilli sauce from here is one of my top 3 along with their donner kebabs on pitta with garlic Mayo.

Really is a shame. This place was really great about 6 years ago, used to order nearly every week then had a few not greats and went somewhere else. Me and my partner thought for old times sake give it another go. It was rubbish. Pizza not cooked properley, no flavour, base falling apart. When we rang peppermill to explain he made it very clear if we had eaten one piece there would be no refund. How I could comment on it not eating a slice I will never know. Needless to say we will not be going there again. Dale the delivery driver was brilliant though about the only good thing going for the place What a shame Noticed a few people have commented on their attitude on the phone. I also had a similar experience when whoever I spoke to wasn't interested and was adamant that they were the best in town

Used to really love going to pepper mill... Delivery took 30 mins over the stated time. Certainly wasn’t worth the wait Not anymore kebab meat was like it was boiled, texture was really slimy and tasted days old. Garlic bread with cheese was just basically bread. Completely gone down hill and can’t believe they charge more than they used to absolute disgrace Wouldn’t waste your time going here

First time order and I don't write reviews but donner meat was average fairly greasy nana bread was poor quality and 3 chicken strips for nearly £4 robbery!

I paid 3.50 for a chicken sandwich that had no cheese, no salad with very little amount of chicken on it.

Ordered twice now off JustEat since they’re delivering during the lockdown. Arrives within the time stated and hot. Kebabs last week, burgers and garlic bread this week - all hot and very tasty. Will order from again.

Waited 2 hours for our takeaway last night. Ordered at 7.40pm finally arrived at 9.40pm and that was after 2 phone calls asking where the food was. Stated 45-60 mins wait when ordering. Claimed they were busy because of the football. (City away from home...match finished 5.30pm). Food arrived cold, chips and wedges were dried out, calzone burnt, kebab had the wrong combination of meat on it, chicken wings were dry and hard. Phoned to complain. Was told I had been given a free 9” garlic bread. I said that wasn’t free it was because I hadn’t got my 10% online discount he had already offered to give me that. I asked for a refund but was refused. Would never order from here again.

Just had a delivery of 3 kebabs it was stone cold even though they said 1 hour it came within half an hour they were all mostly salad and doner meat 1 price of chicken in each was told it will be 23.40 and then said it was 26 pound absolute joke never again will I order from them

After a hectic Christmas Day i decided to order pizza for my family and my guests, got a good offer with the pizza if you ring up, they were delivered and still nice and hot, everyone enjoyed them

The crust is thick, the toppings are fully loaded. It's not diet food. If you want dirty pizza - this is the place. The buy one get next for x is a nice deal that you don't get via the popular app.

Wouldn't give this place any stars but it wouldn't let me comment other wise. 1st and last time we order from here! Waited way over an hour for food, when it finally arrived, 3 out of 4 meals came. The chicken strips didn't taste like chicken, the fries were swimming in Greece and when we rang back to tell them they missed a meal out we were told they would bring it in 10 mins, we waited over half an hour. Not impressed at All!

We always order from here and you simply can't beat the food. Best tasting pizzas and burgers. I am vegetarian but friends have ordered donor meat calzone and kebabs all loved it. There delivery is quick and food is piping hot. 👍🏾

So after waiting an hour and a half we rang up to be told our food hadn't even been started yet and would be half an hour. Just over 2 hours after placing our order it arrived....... stone cold and every single persons order was wrong. When we rang up to complain they proceeded to tell us that we must have took salad off our food and that's why it's cold! What? Never heard so much rubbish, and the guy we spoke to was so rude about it and put the phone down. We always order from here and have never had a problem untill tonight. DEFINATLY not ordering again!!!!!!

We tried the pizzas from here for the first time last night. We got a margarita that was lovely and a vegetarian pizza too which was also tasty. The stuffed crust was nice on one we requested and the chips were good too. Our order was prepared quickly. It was £15.60 for 2 X 12 inch pizzas & a portion of chips. Not dear. They do a selection of burgers too.

Having won a free pizza with a peppermill scratch card last time I placed an orde, I tried to redeem it with my current order but was told I couldnt have it because i went through justeat. As I explained to the manager I went through the peppermill website and pressed order online which took me directly through just eat , there was no other option ??? Feel very letdown and wont order from them again !! Like they say if it sounds too good to be true it usually is - what a con !!!!!!

We always order our Kebabs from The Pepper Mill, they never fail, their delivery people are also very friendly, but the food is very nice!

The pizza here is as if it has been prepared by the Roman gods themselves. True authentic Italian taste, spectacular value for money, punctuality beyond that of a computer. This place is a legend among those Pizza enthusiasts in the know, so I had to try it, and was not disappointed. If I could give this place a 15/5, I would.

My first trip to Pepper Mill must have been around 5 years ago, and I can honestly it's the best fast food takeaway I've ever been to. It is home to the best meat pizza in the land, and their donner kebabs are to die for. The value is quite frankly remarkable and their service is outstanding. After a night out with the lads the pepper mill acts as a beacon of light on Marsland road, and has saved me from hunger on countless occasions.

This takeaway do not honour their offers if ordered via just eat , I didn't realize this and am a customer who shops here 3/4 tines a week . I decided to order via just eat as phone was engaged. Mentionef the offer in the notes however upon speaking to manager he says I get no offer because I'd used just eat . His couldn't care less attitude to a regular customer who spends at least £100 a week in his store has now lost my custom. If he doesn't like just eat he shudnt use it !!! Shame as food is delicious.

Penne Pasta dish extremely bland, no chicken, think they used mushrooms from my order of garlic mushrooms in the dish.. Garlic mushrooms no garlic flavour just mushrooms floating in own juice... overall nasty!!!!

Really enjoyed our meal, the chicken was excellent, and my husband really enjoyed the seafood pizza.

Menu was misleading as the mexican burger had a vegeterian sign next too it, food was decent

Pizza was lovely. Just right amount of topping and was nice and hot when delivered.

Terrible customer service, I am allergic to cheese, and both times I have found cheese on my burger that I did not order. This place is run by monkeys with a brainchild between then all.

If you are looking for an honest review then carry on reading... The food i have just received has gone straight in the bin, Chips were soggy the chicken on the kebab was rubbery and to top that they forgot a few items on the order! When i phoned to complain i was informed that they had been busy!! Never again!
