Burger and fried mushrooms delicious. Peri chips a bit soggy. Pepperoni pizza tasteless cheese, so a bit disappointing on that front.

Went for a kebab at 20:00 pm On Sunday 15/12/24 ,told I would have to wait 20 minutes as they was extremely busy ! Said to the assistant that ‘I was the only person in the shop ‘and they had a lot of telephone orders ‘ no problem ‘ I said and waited 10 minutes later A 60 year old guy came in and he was given the same situation (wait 20 minutes!) He then questioned as there was no in the shop why did he have to wait for telephone/on line orders ? The customer then said give me my money back as he was not waiting They basically abused him and told them if he ever came back into his shop that they would SPIT in his food ! It was at this point that after waiting for over 10 minutes myself for my food that I told them I would like my money back as well as I didn’t what they had said and if they was threatening to SPIT IN FOOD ! I would rather go elsewhere , I appreciate these places get busy but what occurred was way out of order ! Avoid this place or u may be next ! Ps The food in this pace is generally of a good standard but after this experience I wouldn’t go back even if it was FREE ! Disgruntled and shocked of m33

Normally amazing but tonight a little disappointed. Ordered a hawaian pizza with added pepperoni and a portion of donner meat and chips , food was hot and cooked to order, just a little disappointed as my pizza didn't have the pepperoni I paid extra for. Tried calling them after I got home and realised but never got through to anyone. Normally really recommended them .... hopefully this is a one off. Tried eating a slice of the pizza but its just not what i ordered and I'm a little upset

Although we ordered a few days ago this order was amazing. It arrived on time and the food was restaurant standard! My wife and I were celebrating a special occasion and we couldn’t believe the quality of the food. thank you to the lovely driver and the chefs for making our night even more memorable. I’ve already recommended them to my family and friends and would definitely be ordering again soon!

I think Alfresco is my new go to take out. The food is always fresh, tasty and hot on arrival plus I like the variety of choices on the menu and that the portions are big. Fab

Always lovely food, perfect temperature & a nice treat

My son bought some chips, he paid 2.50 pounds for a small paper bag. The chips tasted like chicken frankfurters, except chips. The question is this: Can many products be fried in a single fryer? I don't think so because a genuine product is not offered.

I order from you most weeks and most of the time the food is just as ordered. Tonight though you had put extra salad items on my kebab that I hadn't ordered and also a spicy sauce( I'd asked for no sauce) This made the pitta very soggy and the kebab too spicy. I didn't enjoy it at all. Please can you make sure your staff take the time to read order details properly. Thanks

Best pizza here in sale and Altrincham. Tried all the possible pizza places. This stands out. I usually try spicy cajun pizza.

Last time was a hiccup but was rectified straight away with sincere apologies tonight order was bang on even better than ordered so thank you alfresco’s very much appreciated

The food was really nice, the milkshake was really rich and flavourful, the delivery person was also really nice, quite decent!!

I'm disappointed as the quality of the chicken was horrendous. It also took very long for the food to be delivered even though I paid for delivery. The food arrived warm but not hot as I would have liked. I've had better experiences with this place hence, why I am disappointed with this order. :(

Food was ok - tasted like the carbonara had been made with cream instead of egg and cheese - garlic bread and piri chips were good, order was very late but customer service was excellent in the restaurant

Delivered 30 mins + after ETA Food was cold, only protected by a brown paper bag !! No olives on Tuna pizza, meatballs tasted and looked like dog food. Had better garlic bread from tescos. Overall a disgusting meal and will never use alfresco again, overpriced and third rate food.

I have ordered many times from alfresco. I always get the spicy chicken kebab on naan, with the mild spicy sauce. It is always delicious I am never disappointed. The delivery is always smooth and in good time. It is well worth a try, if you have never tired it before.

Our order wasn’t right (ordered a special kebab and got just chicken) but it didn’t detract from how lovely the food was and always is. Mistakes happen.

The driver ‘supposedly’ knocked on my door the first time ( i have a dog and would of known) and Didnt think to use the doorbell, went back to the shop saying there was no answer. I then called and asked for it to be re sent out it arrived stone cold and inedible.

Usually alfresco is good but the wrong food was delivered cold.

Order was a little late, however I was kept well informed by the restaurant, food was outstanding so the fact it was a few minutes late wasn’t really an issue especially as I was notified beforehand. Will defo be going back 👍🏼

Shocking service tonight. Ordered at 6.15 on their site,they took the money, still hadn't delivered by 7.15 so rang up to be told they were having trouble with the site. Finally at 7.55 the food arrived with no apology. If the food wasn't decent they'd have no stars. This isn't the first time we've had to wait a long time for our order so definitely won't be using again. Not good alfresco.

This place never let's us down, generous restaurant level pasta dishes and perfect fries.

Disappointed. Pizza missing mushrooms. Poor salad consisting mainly of lettuce, only 2 pieces of tomato. Average limp fries. Not used this take away for a while due to previous drop in quality. Tried them again, but won't use anymore.
