Pizza n chips were cold and kebab was cold and really dry I can’t even swollow it sauce just every where, it’s said it was delivered on the app but it wasn’t managed not tried to ring no answer then the rang me about 10 min later to say it was here.. but cold and dry

freezing cold burnt and not what we asked for! we ordered a bottle of drinks onions rings and extra sauce pots not included i wouldn't bother no answer when ringing

This place seriously needs shutting down. Cheese burgers pumped up with water, tastes like mush. Chicken burgers hard as fk, pre cooked left to stand. Chicken pieces either rock hard or uncooked(picture). Pizzas, pay for a meat feast get a cheese and tomato. This place needs looking into, If I could select 0 stars I would.

Question: If you buy a kebab from a restaurant, do you expect it to come with some form of bread or just some kebab meat chucked in a box?

Said order received for over an hr. Nobody answering phone. Went there. Lad didnt acknowledge me for a few mins, to busy chatting on phone, order was sat there, collected myself. Found 2 burnt pizza when i got home

Avoid this pace food is disgusting Very bad service, ignorant customer service guy he left us waiting for over five minutes before he ask us what we want he was talking to his friend while we waiting to be served I come from another city with my son to Manchester and we ordered chicken and chips with doner kebab and chicken fillet burger the food was Gold and test like been Setting from night before, my chicken fillet burger could and Test like cardboard and the bread was wet Vey Disappointed, we was very hungry as we Driving back to Leeds so we have to buy another food from different place I wish food and hygiene pop in to this place

Regular customer order 2 burgers when delivery arrived both burgers was freezing cold not even warm rang resurant who wouldnt replace food or money wont be odering from here again

Avoid! Placed the order two hours ago, called and they told me they were busy. Waited until now and struggling to get a refund through FoodHub. Will never order through them again.

This take away takes money and accepts orders and then doesn’t deliver. When you call to find out where your order is they just say it’s too far. No refund given. Disgraceful behaviour.

If this is your last resort on a night out don’t give into temptation it’s not worth it. Go home and eat a bowl of cereal u won’t end up with a bad stomach after eating what tasted like aged chicken.

cold kebabs and chips waste of 15 pound binned it didn't appreciate a guy in the back seat of the car delivering the cold food either very disappointing won't be ordering again from here being honest too

Honestly i was very disappointed with the chicken potions i was sent today, very small not worth what i paided, normally I'm very happy with what they send, the chips were also cold, the Pizza however was lovely.

Delivery was very late by around an hour. Once arrived, the pizza was pretty cold and the quality was just passable.

This place is just dirty every part of the shop is taped up zip tied and greasy I haven't been in here for about 1 year wen it closed due to a rat infestation and food hygiene rating of 1 it's re opens and still a rating of 1. Why are these places not closed down

Food is never to good but to not even be cooked properly! The meat was still pink when i asked if I could have my food swapped or money back they refused and offered me chicken at half price (that had been sat there all night), avoid at all costs

I ordered food today and when I arrived home, I saw the chicken was older than myself. I believe they cooked it in 1950 and served it today! they think its wine🍷 I try to not write bad reviews but they left me with no choice as I wanted to talk to them and I called 4 times but they didn't even pick up the phone so hope no one buys their food as it wasn't fresh so hope no one gets ill and I would never order from them again 🤮🙅‍♂️

Driver did explain why he was late and was very polite it was due to football traffic, food is always 10 out of 10 with this takeaway. obviously with the food being in the car and stuck in traffic for an hour it was freezing and had unhappy children.

I ordered a mixed kebab and it took them about 1h to deliver my food even though I live 5 minutes away and that’s not it! When the food got delivered I opened it up and started eating my mixed kebab, it tasted decent at first but then I realised they barely put any sauce the donner meat was dryer than dogs food and minutes later noticed a thick piece of hair in my kebab!🤢i stopped eating and threw it away! That’s not it… hours later I started feeling sick and my stomach was hurting, eventually I had to go to the bathroom because my stomach was in extreme pain and discomfort! Don’t order from here! What a waste of money… shut that place down !!!🤢

Food was bland and had little flavour. They got my order wrong and when the delivery driver arrived he dropped my drink bursting it and tried to cover it up and not tell me. Overall this food and service was horrible and I definitely will not be ordering from here again.

Pedimos una pizza y un kebab. La pizza estaba bien. El kebab era principalmente cebolla y salsa de chile apenas carne. Además, le proporcioné nuestro número de habitación de donde nos alojamos. Me llamaron y me dijeron que debería haber dado todos los detalles de dónde estamos. Lo hice. La dirección, número de habitación y código postal. Qué más necesitan. Nos alojamos en el Premier Inn. También tenía mi número de móvil. Es grosero, sin razón alguna. Nunca más. Ojalá hubiera leído las otras reseñas. No lo habría pedido desde aquí si lo hubiera hecho. No hay razón para ser así con nadie en absoluto.

I wish I could give zero stars, the service at this place is terrible. Claiming the card machine doesnt work so that they can tell you a rounded figure and keep your change. For 2 years theres been a sign that says prices may vary from whats on the board now it seems they just charge what they want however this only seems to be the case for women. It is the customers choice to give you change not your right to just take it. I have felt disrespected on a few occasions and have continued to go there more fool me, no more.

Never been to this place and I will never go back again absolutely disgusting it turned up late for a starter food was freezing and paid £21 for it so basically paid that for a can of coke because that was the only thing I finished chicken was like rubber and I asked for sauce got a big dollop but right in the middle not even all over it a joke of a takeaway would not recommend to anyone

Usually very nice food , only really order pizzas, good pizza. But ordered 2 burger meals through just eat. How hard is it to put the correct sauce on it. Although one burger had mayo on, the other was requested with tomato sauce. And as soon as much was put on, the person it was for cant eat it. Whole meal wasted. Some may say i should of mentioned an allergy but the burger was not ordered with mayonnaise! It shouldn’t have been an issue. The mayo was on chicken burger but who puts mayo on a beef burger anyways Chips are cold also and no salt, used to be so much better food , unsure why its going downhill Also when we put in notes to call when outside, PLEASE CALL. Knocking can wake the sleeping baby and also may not hear the knock. It isnt put on notes for no reason, please follow it. We’re paying for our food and services please do them correctly

Food was vile. Kebabs had been smothered in mint yogurt for some reason and the chips were freezing .

Worst Customer Service Going ! The food was horrible and they got my order wrong 3 times, the guy who served me was so arrogant, disagreeable and over all disrespectful, I will never be going back. The hygiene standards were much to be desired too !

Bright a large kebab from here it arrived cold and it was more of a medium than a large very little donner meat and the pitte bread was really hard

Ordered from just eat at about 3.30 in the morning after a night of drinking , meal arrived promptly to the hotel after about 15 mins which was great , chicken and doner meat kebab and wings , wings where ok , kebab was ok , what you’d expect from a delivery at that time . Food cold, bad salad and missing what requested, tasted like it'd been made in bad oil, could not eat. Just Eat need to be taking responsibility for their vendors at this point. Happening too many times, these half rate takeaways taking money and delivering dirt.

They often don't have the meal I want, but everything I've tried and seen served in there was cooked, and that's the main criteria for me. Not posh, meaty and wholesome.

Ordered 2 piece Chicken Dinner Meal×2 Chips were hard and cold ,inedible. Chicken pieces were I piece of Hard Chicken Drumstick other piece was Chicken Wing covered in Chilli flakes. Couldn't eat as can't eat Chilli and was over it all.Coleslaw was missing . Terrible meal.,went straight in bin.

I've heard people slate this place. But in the years of getting pizza from here, I've never had a bad pizza. I fact, the pizzas are tasty, and crispy. Can't fault them. The staff could smile though.

Ordered on just eat they brought the wrong pizza so I rang up the cheeky fooker said don't call again wtaf never again will I be ordering from this place again. Next time I see that prick when I walk past he'll be getting piece of my mind. Stay well clear of this takeaway. Ps the delivery guy needs to quit that takeaway and go to another place

I am fully ware that this order was placed at a late time (2am). I have ordered from here 4 or 5 times before. the food has never been outstanding but it has always done the job for the price and time i have placed the orders. After 12am there is not much option of open takeaways so not had much choice, However on this occasion i did cash on delivery and didn't pay through just eat only placed the order. The food arrived late, freezing cold and tasted very strange, like an off taste. I complaint through just eat but as it was cash on delivery i didn't get a response. I rang peter pizzas the next day and wasn't going to boycott the restaurant just wanted to tell them about the order before i ordered again on another occasion and the response of the staff was disgusting, no apology, no offer to make it right just made out they didn't have a clue and not bothered one bit. They say you get what you pay for, cheap food rubbish quality and now bad customer service.
