Really tasty pizza, although deals are lackluster compared to other pizza places within walking distance.

Pizzas from this place are CONSISTENTLY not up to domino’s standard, pepperoni is meant to be double cheese yet large parts of the pizza are like cardboard with no cheese at all…

First time we have ordered from Domino’s. Wasn’t sure what to expect because the reviews are varied. We went into the small ordering room, which was very well decorated with huge images. Atiq helped us with our order. He was happy to help. The pizzas were hot, tasty and above our expectations. We’d go back.

Never expect any form of acknowledgment. Collection order, They just want your order take your money asap, then leaving you hanging with no update, clues less staff. The staff seem to jump to see customers still waiting for their pizzas in the hell pit they call a waiting room.

The food were awful and they didn’t wanted to remake pizza or give me refund, HATE IT

Terrible service waited for 2 hours for our pizzas to be delivered did not receive our sides or cookies phone them and told them that I did not receive these they said they they would send them out and still did not receive them sent them a message that I want a refund always ordered from them never had a problem until now not using them again

Practically as soon as I bite into my pizza, I knew I HAD to review my meal tonight - the pizza is absolutely OUTSTANDING. Leaving half a medium pizza for tomorrow night - we'll see how we'll good it still is then after I've reheated it. Thank you Dominos for being sublime. Chicken wings also excellent.

Worst customer experience EVER! Ordered a pizza at 17.50pm app said it had arrived at 18.45 but we hadn't even received it. Tired calling multiple times and no answer. Managed to get through after half and hour and staff are so rude and put on hold so they don't have to talk to you. Was told the food would be with us in a few minutes this was an out right lie. Rang again and spoke to manager wanted refund at this point as it had then been 2 hours and no pizza said I would get a refund with 5 days.....we shall see.

Can't even rate the food because it's not arrived but has apparently been delivered. Absolutely shocking display, staff don't answer phones most of the time, and when they do, they put the phone down on you. it's been nearly an hour since they were finished being cooked and nothing. I thought if I gave it some time maybe they would change, but no, this is the same as before.

If I run the business, I’d answer the phone with “Hello, dominoes how can I help you?” But I got “Hi” wasn’t sure I got the right number to be honest had to ask to ask. Wasn’t really helpul on the phone. Probably the worst dominoes I’ve eaten. Jansel Square isn’t far away, best bet is to go there. Was like a party house in there when paying, 0 customer service skills. Will definitely go to another when ordering.

The past 4 deliveries have been around 2 hours, extremely late and when you call they say it will be 10mins but never is. You can’t rely on them at all anymore. It’s about to be 2 hours that I’m waying for my pizza and all I wanted was a pizza after a very long day!!!!!

Waited 1Hr 15 minutes for a cold pizza to be delivered. If I had wanted to heat up a pizza in the oven I would have bought one from the supermarket. my follow up emails were a waste of time. They honestly couldn't give a dam. Just some automated apology that quite frankly means nothing. A refund or discount would be more appropriate.

1 STAR IS GENEROUS!! Ordered twice and never again. Like many others, it took 2 hours on both occasions to arrive. When we called to chase on both occasions, the person was rude and couldn't even tell us where it was. When it did finally arrived cold, the order was wrong.

This dominos should be shut down. Took over 2 hours for the food to arrive, when it did the incorrect pizza arrived, had to wait another 2 hours for the correct pizza to arrive, which it did with toppings missing. The delivery drivers should not be customer facing. Terrible Dominos branch.

Many nice pizzas from the other domino's in the area, but omg Cambridge street is a disgrace. Firstly over an hour wait, so pizza luke warm on arrival. Then one pizza wasn't cooked. On contacting the manager, no apology, no concern very dismissive, refused refund on order, did offer a new pizza but this would have taken another hour! Once I said I would have to raise this with their head office he refused to give name, terminated phone call with a dismissive 'its with head office so I don't have to' so much for the enjoying pizza together adverts! My advice: order if it's Jansel Park, if they are closed and it diverts to Cambridge avoid as if it's going to give you food poison!

I used to be a frequent Dominos pizza costumer when I lived in Winchester. Since i moved to Aylesbury i could not find the same type of pizza. Although still Dominos and still the same ingredientes, it seemed that here the pizza had much less cheese (even when I would pay for extra cheese) and the pizza was so thin in the middle (sometimes i wondered if the right amount of dough was being used) that ended up being too crusty and too dry. The pizza was so dry, that i gave up going for Dominos and started having regularly other pizzas who would make a cheesier pizza. Last time I went there because my little one asked me and I realised there was different staff and the pizza was far far better. It had a fair amount of cheese to start with, and it hadn't been stretched so much, keeping a softer and moisten centre. If next time I go there I find the pizza to have the same good quality I will be back to Dominos. 👍

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered pizzas at 8pm. It’s 9:45 right now. No pizza in sight. Called at 8:45 to be told it’s on its way. Called at 9:40 and was told another 17 mins (we live 10 mins away!) which means the pizza hasn’t even left the place!! Asked them that means the pizzas hasn’t left their place and this guy proceeds to say yes we’ve been very busy. We had guests at home, it was so embarrassing! I asked them then why didn’t they say this when I called at 8:45 and he says nothing. I asked are you sure I’m going to get my pizza when this is what they’ve been saying the 3 times we called before, and he says they’re traffic on wend over road. I said I know as our guests have just come from there and he is said proceeds to say then why didn’t you just pick it up!!!!! Asked him his name to complain, he said it was Mr Khan!! Honestly never had such a bad experience in life!!!!!

Ordered 2 Large pizzas and after 2 hours still been waiting, i've contacted the manager and he said i should receive them in 2-3 minutes, Delivery came after another 30 mins with wrong order and cold pizzas .. Absolutely appalling service. Waited 1hr 30mins for a pizza that never arrived, tried calling the shop 5times but no answer so I had to drive in to get some answers. Wanted a refund so was told it would take 5 working days, never got it so I contacted customer support with still no resolution after promising I would get contacted within 5 working days. In the end I had to use PayPal to get my refund after 2weeks of waiting! Will never order from dominoes again!!!!

We don’t go Dominos usually, we are More Pizza Hut customers but after a long time, we thought we will try here and shouldn’t have bothered. I got there on time and saw on the screen that my order was ready, I wasn’t seen to in 10 minutes and it wasn’t exactly busy either and after waiting, I saw that my name went off the screen and I was wondering why when I hadn’t collected yet? After I was seen to, I said my name and a different order under a different name was given to me. After I said this isn’t my order, they had to go back 2 times to get it which I found shocking. I ordered online with the meal which includes a 500ml Normal Coke which I paid 15p extra. They handed me a Coke Zero and I said I ordered a normal Coke in which they told me they don’t have Classic Coke in stock. I asked why is it showing in stock then and having the option to add it. They didn’t apologise and just said we have a Coke Zero and Diet Coke, which I don’t drink. I took the Coke Zero and no option of gesture of goodwill for the mix up. Absolutely shocking customer service and the pizza was not the best either. I will stick to Pizza Hut thanks.

A huge number of times have ordered pizza's from this place to receiving the wrong pizza's, and rearranging the orders for pizza's to arrive at 12pm when the pizza was ordered at 7pm to still have the incorrect pizza. Have gave them a number of chances and now ive had enough. Decided to go in store today to try an make their lifes easier and order in person, to still get the wrong size and ingredients of pizza, returned to the store to be told I cannot have a refund. I will be going to head office in Milton Keynes directly and speaking to head management about this! Absolutely atrocious.

He then had a breakdown as he couldnt find where the next delivery was rather than finding mine and left. I called the branch who said they messed up the order and would resend. I said it was too late as I had two hungry, tired and dissapointed kids and wanted a refund. The manager was rude and refused a refund for 5 mins until he eventually said he would in 4 to 5 days. 20 mins later the food arrived at my door after I had gone and bought another dinner and said we wouldnt get a refund and left. Needless to say this is outrageous behaviour and I am disgusted as a customer. I will never be using dominoes again and expect my refund seeing as we didnt want or eat the pizza delivered

The only time I’ve ever had a banging pizza from this place, is when I have rang up and spoken personally to a guy called Newman (not sure of the spelling). Every other time, my order is wrong and they are the most skimpiest pizza place with cheese that I have ever ordered from.

Tried this on Friday night after recently moving to Aylesbury. Best pizza ever by Domino's. The sauce was spread generously. Even lay out of toppings. Hot pizza. We're happy!

If you like cold pizza with the occasional hair tenderly baked in then this dominos is the place for you. Once you've selected the pizza you want to be poorly made, you can expect an unexciting 2hr wait for it to arrive, don't bother calling the store for an update as you'll be told ‘It's with the driver and should be there momentarily” which is, 90% of the time, completely untrue. This is from my experience via multiple orders from this store. If you do want to order from here, I suggest collecting, at least your pizza will be warm. order for delivery at your own risk and make sure you have your oven pre heated.

Pizza is great when you manage to get it. Absolutely dreadful delivery service. On the pizza tracker it shows delivered in under 30 minutes but pizza still not here after an hour. This is not the first time this happened but unfortunately the convenience of ordering on the app makes me come back every now and again. There should be a minus rating system as these guys deserve a minus 5 not 1 star

Great pizzas, delivery times do seem to be longer then other places. We had an issue but was resolved with free pizzas for our troubles so overall good still. Their collection deals are very good.

So 3 hour wait on our pizza delivery from @Dominos_UK tonight we had to collect it in the end and was promised a refund and they refused so I will not be going to dominos every again !!!!!!

You can order food from here and it might arrive… it might not. You’d be lucky if they even pick up the phone. If you do get a pizza it’s more than likely cold. Just under 2 hours I’ve been waiting for food and past 30 minutes it’s been saying delivered when it hasn’t. Avoid at all costs and if you really want pizza just use Pizza Hut. Edit: Pizza arrived 2 and a half hours later, both were cold as well the sides. My pizza was solid and I was sick 6 hours after having a slice. My other half’s pizza was fine but cold. Avoid this store at all costs.

AT ANY COST AVOID THIS! if I had a choice I would have given 0 star. I had my daughter's party yesterday and I ordered pizza for collection an hour before party time. When I went to collect my pizza I was told that they are short staff and have not taken the order in kitchen yet. All staff were poker faced so they had no sympathy or guilt of this either. Manager was missing and spoke to manager. He agreed to refund me the cost and give me voucher of same amount over phone. Since I spoke to manager he's missing, I have called couple of times asking him to give me call to arrange refund, but no calls being returned. I now have to go through customer services route to go through grilling refund process. Party is ruined as a result and that obviously comes with embarrassment!

Took 5 hours!! Ordered at 6.40 arrived at 11.20. Rang 45 times to no answer. Never would believe takeaways could be this bad unless they are deliberately taking the mickey. Took 2 hours 2 weeks ago, complained. Gave them the benefit of the doubt as an off night. These guys should give up the franchise and find another career as they clearly are useless at running a takeaway. Avoid at all costs.

I have ordered at 9:15 and I am still waiting for it this is not a joke and I got kids and family to and them not happy I am not happy to and them still waiting for a drive to my place and if I got a car I would go and pick it up myself that does not take 4 hours

Erm, why can’t I give them a big fat zero?! The worst of the worst. Just go to the supermarket, buy a pizza and cook it at home! In fact you could fly to Italy buy a pizza, fly home and it would be quicker. 5 hours we waited, yes, 5 hours!! After 2 hours we tried to call, they don’t answer/screen their calls . Ordered at 18:04, took 2 hours to arrive. Driver blamed driver shortage on late arrival, to which I said this has been a problem since October at least. His response was to suggest I get a job as a delivery driver. So to ensure future pizza orders arrive I need to seek employment with Dominos? Madness.

Orders two pizzas and it took over an hour to deliver. I saw the driver park in the driveway and he stayed in his car chatting on the phone for five more minutes! Obviously pizzas were cold and delivery guy didn't even apologize. Usually they deliver on time but that day service was terrible.

Tried all the pizzas out there and I always come back to Dominos - it's the one that stands out the crowd ! 😉 ... Service varying from store to store as these are franchises and have different management but all following Dominos Standards, ingredients are fresh not frozen and defrost, the taste is unique and the Garlic Dip Unmatched in flavour. Used both Online Service which is very good and phone order which can go a little bit slow as staff is changing frequently ( it's understandable for this type of business ) and don't always have the experience and knowledge of products and operating system. Delivery can take a while in weekends but that's because everyone wants a slice of pizza from Dominos 😄 - I prefer to collect mine, much faster. All in all Best Pizza in Town 8 years ago when I first tried it and Still Best Pizza in Town after many other Experiences (Papa John's comes second in taste and quality - the rest are nowhere near it).

Appalling service Ordered Pizzas for the kids as a treat as it was one of those days. App stated that the pizzas had been delivered at 4:55pm but no pizzas were evident. Rank at 5:05pm to be told (after calling the driver) that he was 5 minutes off. At 5:20pm still no pizza so called again, same story, he was 5 minutes off. At 5:40pm, still not there but this time they could not get a hold of the driver. At 6:00pm I rang again to be told by someone new that the driver had just left, and they could not call them as that would be illegal since he was driving. Asked why it was possible to call before and not now and the person intimated that the others had been lying. When the driver arrived, he confirmed that he had just left. So an hour full of lies. On arrival the pizzas were warm and not cold backing up the fact that the driver had just left and that the pizzas have been recently made. Side orders were cold though. Pizzas were fine, service appalling, constant lying all over the place. Just do not bother with this particular franchise.
