Farmhouse Pizza in Aylesbury Vale

Took over an hour longer than advertised to deliver and food arrived cold and soggy. Pizzas had very limited topping on them and were flavourless with soggy bases. Dont think we'll be back any time soon.

Absolutely disgusting. Food arrived over an hour later. I ordered 2 13 inch pizzas and when arrived food was cold and both pizzas looked like they had been through 12 rounds with Anthony Joshua.

The pizza had barely any tomato sauce and was sliced into uneven pieces. I asked for extra cheese but there were parts on the pizza where there was no cheese at all. The dough was bad quality. I wouldn't recommend to order this.

This was hands-down the best pizza I've ever had! The crust had the perfect balance of crispiness on the outside and softness inside. The toppings were incredibly fresh, with just the right amount of cheese and sauce to make every bite flavorful. Ordering online was so easy, and the delivery was faster than expected. They even included extra condiments as requested. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again💖

Farmhouse Pizza is hands down one of the best spots in town for a delicious. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza, and it was loaded with tender chicken, smoky BBQ sauce, and a touch of sweetness that balanced everything perfectly. The most tasty pizza I have ever eaten in my life it was pure flavour in the box. The staff in the shop were very welcoming and gave me a tone of recommendation to me. This has become my new favourite spot in Aylesbury.

I ordered pizza and it arrived one hour after ringing 2 calls and pizza arrived super cold and without any taste. Not recommended at all it was too chewy , cold and tasteless

I ordered 2 margarita 18" pizza but j received only one pizza that was small one pizza also I get late delivery and food was cold. I paid 37 £ for my food.

I love the food from Farmhouse Pizza. It's really tasty, never late to my house and always still hot when it gets to me. Their drivers are always really nice - the guy that delivered to me today was great enough to fix the shop's error where they gave him the wrong drink with my order. My only complaint is that the last couple of pizzas are missing the stand that sits in the middle to stop the cardboard top from touching the pizza. So the last couple of deliveries I've had to scrape the topping from the lid because they've missed adding the little plastic stand. Hopefully they'll remember to add this in future 😉

I just wanted to express that your team is doing an rock solid job with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE... I ordered food - and it turns out their ordering system with JustEat wasn't working properly - so to say the least my order was delayed and I was worried my food wasn't going to turn up and I'd wasted money.... I called the restaurant, thinking I'd be fobbed off. But thankfully I was wrong. The fella tracked my order, apologised for the delay in my delivery (as it was almost an hour late) - and he threw in a free ice cream tub as courtesy for my long wait.... Not only have you guys earned my trust and respect for conducting yourself in such an accountable and honest fashion - You've not scared me away from ordering again from you - Please be assured I will order again in future and I will recommend you guys without hesitation. Please encourage your staff to not take it hard if they made an honest mistake. Mistakes happen. But your attitude and the way you treat your customers is truly how you are remembered. Job well done and thank you for the lovely food :D

It was the worst food I’ve had in years and was cold and tasteless.

As usual, my order was delivered on time. When I started unpacking - my food was still hot. I tried the BBQ chicken wings and they absolutely delicious. I will order from Farmhouse Pizza again & I won't hesitate to recommend Farmhouse Pizza to my friends and family.

They cannot tell the difference between THIN CRUST and deep pan. Same mistake happened when ordered online and over the phone. I spoke to the manager the first time on the phone and he sent me a fresh pizza. Tired of getting a pizza with the wrong base.

During my stay in Aylesbury I was craving for pizza - my local friend suggested me this place so we ordered pizza online. By the time we reached outlet - the order was ready for take away. This was only take away facility - no dine in option was there. We carried two large pizza and two garlic breads - all the items were delicious - even children liked them. Nice place to try pizza once.

Excellent food as always. I often get pizzas from Farmhouse because I've found them to make an awesome meal and my boys enjoy their style of cooking.

Ordered a half n half pizza. margarita with pepperoni, green peppers and black olives and on the other side Hawaiian. Ended up with margarita one side and all the topping on the Hawaiian side. It was such a disappointment. Requested refund as we couldn’t eat it. But on a plus side. The starter of 10” garlic bread was delicious.

It says on my just eat app my order has been delivered however nothings been delivered to my address and I have been waiting outside for my order this is really inconvenient and would appreciate this to be sorted out .

The pizza was a bit squashed on arrival.

Had a Kebab pizza from here and when i arrived home to eat I realised there was no meat on it and travelling back for a replacement was not a option at the time and to be told on the phone they can not do anything unless I returned.

I’ve left a 2/6 as this wasn’t totally inedible, but I paid for extra cheese which I didn’t get and the toppings were incredibly sparse! The curly fries came cold and soggy… can’t believe I’m saying this but for the price I should have got a dominos!! Save your money people, it’s not worth it.

Ordered 3 pizzas only received 2 had to ring the restaurant as the driver wasn't interested and walked off. 45 minutes later I finally had the 3rd pizza arrive

I ordered last night at 12.00 not today at lunchtime so sent away. They took my money.

It was unenjoyably worse than lukewarm. And soggy

Waited for order that said confirmed. However did not deliver but said they delivered on the app. Never got order but took my money.

Got my order completely wrong and didn’t mention anything other than one half of a pizza missing anchovies. Rude in the restaurant, suggested I go next door to the shop for anchovies. Short charged me and the pizza quality itself was poor. Chicken wings still pink inside. Wil never be ordering again

Although delivered late the pizza was still hot. Quality wise they are quite good, i can only real fault the delivery time, which unfortunatly seems to be an issue that affects most restaurants in Aylesbury.

We always have gone to Farmhouse for pizzas for 3 years and have enjoyed everytime, however this time my partner found a small metal piece inside his slice. We called the restaurant to let them know just so this wouldn’t happen in future and they didn’t seem to care. I wouldn’t write a review normally but I wouldn’t want anyone to be caught out in the future.

Food was good but not quite warm enough

I've been getting farmhouse pizza for the last month or so after getting a bit bored of Dominos/Pizza Hut. You get great pizza and value which is 5 stars in itself really. However, yesterday I was really impressed with the customer service too. Farmhouse is usually always fast delivery, but on this occasion they were fast but gave us the wrong pizza. They recognised this as they delivered it and told me that I could keep it and my actual order was still coming. That's incredible service and rarely does that kind of thing happen without a customer having to complain about it and then be told the orders coming. Really impressive and of course, will keep coming back.

I haven’t received any items from this restaurant and I would like a refund

Ordered nice and early as going out. Estimated delivery time of 17:50 - 18:10. No sign of order, no contact from restaurant. Called them up to ask what was going on to be told driver dropped the delivery so it all had to be recooked and was told at 18:20 that the order was on its way and it would be max 10 minutes. Finally delivered at 18:45/50, food was luke warm. A real shame as we have never had issues before. Very disappointed.
