I often buy pizza from this place and normally is good, today i ordered pizza and when it turned up the pizza was burned and it was not fresh. It tasted like it was cooked the day before and was just preheated before delivery. I guess this is why it was burned. Overall not happy with my order today and i will think twice next time before order

The delivery time is unacceptable 2 hours waiting for pizzas and we only 5 minutes away.

The only place that still to this day honestly price their pizza BUT ABSOLUTELY GIGANTIC SIZE! Online and through the company website (GET THE 18" PIZZA'S), the best pizza in whole of Aylesbury! Just had to edit quickly and add that the bad reviews are by low minded individuals who believe and love the "divide and conquer" fake news, pizza arrives between 30-50 mins and don't just believe me, order online company website, create your own 18" and see the price then taste the pizza :) BEST PIZZA IN AYLESBURY!

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery turned up 1 was wrong. Got told they would redo but had to collect. Come to collect after driving 12 miles in total and that one was wrong too so now sitting and waiting for the correct one … wouldn’t mind if it was a complicated order but 1 deep pan bbq base and only chicken … how hard

I went into the shop waited and waited but no one took my order too busy answering the phones Very disappointed I was on my way back home from Bicester village

The pizza is good and it was until the price went up to £5 instead of £4. I would start going back once they move the price back down to £4 even if it doesn’t come with a drink.

The 18inch Smokey bacon with added pepperoni on a bbq base was the best tasting pizza ever! It was loaded with tasty toppings and 4 pots of complimentary Garlic dips free of charge. This is my Go-to-place for pizza!

OK so a mixed review here. Claim to be the best Pizza in Aylesbury but let's be honest it's an alright pizza, pretty decent just less expensive than most. I would say it's alright. So good value for money for sure. I am sure if you are collecting your pizza from the shop it is a 5 star service however deliveries? Just don't get a delivery unless you want to wait 1-3 hours.

Been waiting for a refund of 2 pizzas from almost 3 weeks ago. You took the money but never delivered anything. Ordered again today and now your not picking up the phoneand even cut le of 2 times in a row.. I'll be on my way down to the store shortly to collect either my money back or 3 pizzas.

Took one hour and 20 minutes for a pizza delivery service. Unfortunately the food was cold. Tasteless. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Ordered on Deliveroo, which took forever to arrive, and was met with very rude staff on the end of the phone, refusing to come into my building to deliver. Went to the car park, no one there. Kept waiting on hold for forever to be met with a man with a fag in his mouth. Half the order was missing, the rest was cold and not what I ordered.

Food never arrived. Tracker said it was delivered over an hour ago, called half an hour ago to be told it was on it’s way, still nothing. We’re way past rush hour.

Ordered here months ago screwed my my ordered forgot half of it. Then came back over hr later to leave on top my bin. Which found whrs later. Then told next order be complementary but don't ever answer phone tried for 3days now I wouldn't even bother.

Had my favourite 12" pizza, which was anchovies, salami, black olives and green peppers. The best pizza ever...straight from the oven. Thoroughly recommend Aylesbury Pizza in the High Street.

Really bad service. Illiterate people on the phone with no manners. Kept me waiting on the line for 7 minutes and once got through failed to take my order, website needs updating and pricing could be clearer!

Aylesbury pizza is one of my favourite takeaways and is a few minutes walk from my house. My favourite takeaways are, a 12' anchovy, salami, jalapeno and black olive pizza, and my very favourite meal by far is the hot and spicy, 'melt in the mouth' chicken strips which I have just eaten! The service was terrible it took 3mins at least for us to be served. We were told pizza be 10 mins it was nearly 20. Then my friend was repeatedly ignored after trying to order a second pizza.in the end we only got one. Overall service was horrific but pizza did not taste to bad.

Absolutely delicious pizzas. First time I’ve ordered from here and will definitely be back. I find more popular pizza companies provide very greasy food, however Aylesbury Pizza was perfect. Toppings are well distributed, the base isn’t too tomatoey which is a massive bonus for me. Thoroughly recommend..

Pizza arrived in a taxi today, no bag - just put in the boot, the dirty taxi boot that has had god knows what in the back, probably not cleaned in a while, Dirty buggers. Disgusting, absolute dirtbags with no hygiene standards at all.

We ordered last night with friends, 3 out of the 4 children have been throwing up all night, feel very poorly and have diarrhoea. They all ate the same food, have the same symptoms Not a coincidence in my eyes. I won't be going back!

Just ordered pizza tasted really doueyy like the crust was frozen and off forgot two toppings and the other two toppings tasted disgusting never ordering from there again you might as well pay the extra and order from papa Johnson at least the chicken wings we're okay only had one bite and through it in the bin

Heard a lot of good things about there pizza from friends and family and wanted to try it for myself so I ordered it tonight. Was delivered within 40 mins, pizza was hot and fresh and it lived up to its name. In my opinion it is one of the best pizza's I have had to date from chains within Aylesbury. As well as that the staff were completely friendly and I would definitely recommend Aylesbury pizza to anyone as not only its service and food quality is amazing so are there prices.

The pizza was ok a bit dry from the order before and asked to put on a bit extra pizza sauce and the toppings was bad not enough. Very disappointed.

Order was a little late but not too bothered by that but the pizza base seemed a bit under cooked and chewy. Not sure this is normal for them as this was our first order? Onion rings arrived cold and batter was soft not crispy. Won't be ordering here again. Seemed like great value for money nice and cheap for size of pizza but tasted cheap aswell.

Looked to good value but the 18” has what I would consider toppings of a 12” pizza. We wanted a ham pizza without tomato base, this cost extra and to make things worse when it turned up after 1 hr 20 mins it was just a plain cheese without ham. All 3 pizzas had little flavour and will definitely not use again

So far, so good. Great phone service, fast delivery, hot fresh food arrives, tastes delicious. I recommend. Best of all its so reasonably priced.

I liked this shop but they recently started charging for delivery which is a shame because I used to order from here quite often, and also I’ve ordered online twice recently and it took such a long time to deliver.

Good food and very friendly service.

I requested that the pizza not be sliced as it irritates me so much and I feel I can cut it myself. This pizza place told me that cutting the pizza was their job. I thought it was making the pizzas the customer does the cutting. I will not count this parody of a pizzeria where they have no attention to the customer, they ignored my request and even pointed out to me that this is the way to make pizza. In Italy, the country that invented pizza, no one would dream of cutting it into slices, so as an Italian I do not take advice from someone who has a disturbed relationship with the food they are preparing since they want to serve it in pieces.

This is by far the pizza in Aylesbury. We eat out a lot but this has been by far the best pizza in the town. Beautiful dough, tasty toppings and great service. Seriously impressed by this place. 200% recommend. Pizzas are absolutely huge and very very nice. Will definitely be returning. Well done guys best meal I’ve had in ages

Ordered 3 large pizza's online at 4:30 and added a comment asked for the pizzas to arrive super hot and at 20:45 to coinside with half time when England played Scotland in the Euro 2020 match. As per the ask, the pizzas arrived exactly as ordered and bang on time! The sizes are great and the pricing is super too!

I ordered from there website last night.They took payment. I waited for my order but nothing turned up. I phoned the number provided but it was cut off. I went to the shop to find out that it's not even open. How are they allowed to take payment when the shop is closed is beyond me. Has anyone else experienced this ?

Best pizza shop in Bucks I'd say by far, these guys go above and beyond, staff and delivery drivers are awesome, friendly every single time, pizzas are amazing, I always order pizza for when I'm doing nights at the train station, they deliver on the time I ask, can't fault them, keep up the good work guys.

Pepperoni thin crust pizza from here is pretty good, other toppings not so much. Used to be quick delivery, not so much now. Nearly 1 and a half hours to deliver and nearly drop the pizza at the door step with out so much as a single word, a little weird and comes off as attitude. Not as good as it was unfortunately. :( Still probably better than anywhere else in Aylesbury though.

Worst pizza we have ever tasted, very little sauce and the susuages on the meat feast were dry and crispy. My daughter actually said the pizza was disgusting. The chicken strips and onion rings didn't even look cooked and had a soggy texture

Everything is fine until they get your order wrong. They will easily accuse the customer first and then false promise of rembursment on next order. It is a good pizza? Yes. Value for money? Yes. Customer service ? Zero.

My brother chose the pizza takeaway this time. OK pizza, cheap & cheerful. Good value for money I guess. I prefer Farmhouse Pizza though.

i am writing this review as a controversial topic for my despicable experience as being my first time ordering from this so called pizza place as im an innocent civilian visiting aylesbury as my journey was coming to an end my cousins recommended this place and i didn't know the food was going to be so revolting. nauseating. repulsive as i took my first couple bites i felt a tingling sensation as time went on i started feeling dizzy and i started feeling a gradual stomach pain UNBEARABLE PAIN! i then suffered from devastating diarrhoea as i clenched my stomach in agony praying for the pain to go away i then had a paracetamol because its main medicine priority i then starting puking everywhere completely killing the main purpose of this exciting trip i had been ecstatic about long story short i ate your pepperoni pizza and got the sicks and the diarrhoea

Just had our pizza delivered by someone not wearing a mask. Almost overlooked it until my neighbour told my there was 3 or four people also in the delivery car, smoking!

From the moment you arrive in this restaurant the personel give you a great feeling. Very courteous crew, it is a friendly place to go out with your friends or with your date. Excellent cuisine, experienced chef de cuisine, competitive pay and generous service. Warmly recommended.

- Scammers. Don't send out proper order. Don't do anything about it. Rude. Unreasonable. Very incomplete website. Doesn't take much to create a website in fact it's very easy to finish that off within a day to a high standard. Also stay away from prawns as they are rancid and way past there used by date the other it is alright
