Price is ok, and my delivery man really friendly. Pizza was mid, and chips were cold. Dr Pepper was tasty

Appalling service. Took one hour and 45 minutes to arrive and was cold. The two dips were also split open and were leaking onto the pizza. I threw the lot in the bin. A complete waste of money. Really not happy!

My pizza was due between 7.05 - 7.25 it was marked as delivered at 7.25 we called to say it hadn't been delivered and was told it will be 5 mins 20 minutes later it actually arrived at 7.45. the pizza was burnt and mozzarella sticks had burst open. overall really poor food and delivery.

On time, hot and soo yummy! only thing i can say, is I'd have liked more chilli sauce. ONLY got one and 6 Garlic and herb and one BBQ. give 2 off each please best pizza tho

i ordered for collection at 9.30, i recieved a text at 9.16 saying g the food was ready for collection, by the time i picked it up and got home, 5 minute journey. the food was stone cold.

I often buy pizza from this place and normally is good, today i ordered pizza and when it turned up the pizza was burned and it was not fresh. It tasted like it was cooked the day before and was just preheated before delivery. I guess this is why it was burned. Overall not happy with my order today and i will think twice next time before order

The only place that still to this day honestly price their pizza BUT ABSOLUTELY GIGANTIC SIZE! Online and through the company website (GET THE 18" PIZZA'S), the best pizza in whole of Aylesbury! Just had to edit quickly and add that the bad reviews are by low minded individuals who believe and love the "divide and conquer" fake news, pizza arrives between 30-50 mins and don't just believe me, order online company website, create your own 18" and see the price then taste the pizza :) BEST PIZZA IN AYLESBURY!

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery turned up 1 was wrong. Got told they would redo but had to collect. Come to collect after driving 12 miles in total and that one was wrong too so now sitting and waiting for the correct one … wouldn’t mind if it was a complicated order but 1 deep pan bbq base and only chicken … how hard

We have ordered this pizza before so we were looking forward to our meal. We were really disappointed to eat our food, as it’s didn’t have any flavour, the dough was not fresh and tasted just like a frozen pizza. For the money we paid, we do not accept this type of quality. We will not be ordering from Aylesbury pizza again.

Rubbery dough, onion cold and soggy

I didn’t really like any of what I bought to be honest, despite buying these things multiple times before from here. The chicken strips were very dried, as if all the moisture was evaporated. And the garlic bread just tasted like regular bread with minimal garlic flavouring.

I went into the shop waited and waited but no one took my order too busy answering the phones Very disappointed I was on my way back home from Bicester village

I was not happy with my experience, as the driver did not show up to my door and then had the audacity to be extremely rude over the phone. Very unprofessional service. Also food was cold and I did not receive everything I ordered spending around £50.

pizza is good as usual however I would suggest to offer 1 ketchup and 1 garlic sauce instead of 2 garlic sauces

Never ate a pizza as salty as this one.

We ordered two 18" pizzas. Massive. However it was really salty, bit odd. Such a large amount of pizza but couldn't eat it as the flavour was seriously not right. Hate food waste but the pizza met its end in the food bin.

Still waiting rang the restaurant and they said it’s out for delivery. Still waiting over an hour. They haven’t even replied to my text message

My create your own pizza was missing sweetcorn and the red onion was dry and burnt and hardly and on the pizza.

Didn’t turn up what a waste of time trying to order twice and calling them up they came out with total rubbish about a delivery previously in my same area since when did you pay a driver cash and then they come back and bring your pizza they don’t know how to do business and I certainly won’t be using them again what a joke of a pizza company

Food arrived on time, was reasonably hot and tasted good.

The 18inch Smokey bacon with added pepperoni on a bbq base was the best tasting pizza ever! It was loaded with tasty toppings and 4 pots of complimentary Garlic dips free of charge. This is my Go-to-place for pizza!

OK so a mixed review here. Claim to be the best Pizza in Aylesbury but let's be honest it's an alright pizza, pretty decent just less expensive than most. I would say it's alright. So good value for money for sure. I am sure if you are collecting your pizza from the shop it is a 5 star service however deliveries? Just don't get a delivery unless you want to wait 1-3 hours.

Over 2 hours late! Never had this problem with Aylesbury Pizza before which is a shame as they are best Pizza in Aylesbury ;(

Been waiting for a refund of 2 pizzas from almost 3 weeks ago. You took the money but never delivered anything. Ordered again today and now your not picking up the phoneand even cut le of 2 times in a row.. I'll be on my way down to the store shortly to collect either my money back or 3 pizzas.

Order was showing ‘on its way’ then changed to ‘delivered’. However, food had not arrived. Called and was told it’s in the oven….90 mins after ordering! I called back 40 mins after that call to be told it’ll be on the way shortly. It didn’t arrive. I called back again to be told it’ll be with me in 10 mins, still nothing…food eventually arrived over 2 hours since ordering and the pizza was cold! Not sure what happened here tonight!

Ordered on Deliveroo, which took forever to arrive, and was met with very rude staff on the end of the phone, refusing to come into my building to deliver. Went to the car park, no one there. Kept waiting on hold for forever to be met with a man with a fag in his mouth. Half the order was missing, the rest was cold and not what I ordered.

Order never turned up! Even though just eat said it had. I eventually got through on the phone to be told at 7.55pm order is on its way. As of yet no order and.hungry children to find something else for them to eat. Not good enough

I ordered 9 items and only 3 of them arrived correct. The rest were all things I hadn’t ordered and things I didn’t like. The restaurant didn’t answer the phone when I repeatedly tried to phone so I had to throw them all away. I am hoping for a refund as this order was a disaster

Ordered here months ago screwed my my ordered forgot half of it. Then came back over hr later to leave on top my bin. Which found whrs later. Then told next order be complementary but don't ever answer phone tried for 3days now I wouldn't even bother.

Food never arrived. Tracker said it was delivered over an hour ago, called half an hour ago to be told it was on it’s way, still nothing. We’re way past rush hour.

My daughter doesn't like cheese and many times I've tried to order a meatfeast pizza that has the meat feast on both sides but only cheese on 1 half. They used to get this correct but the last few times it's not been made correctly. This time the replacement pizza took nearly 2 hours to arrive (I was told around 45 mins on the phone) so my son was very late to bed. After many years of using them the service has really gone downhill and the prices have got more unfortunately.

Pizza alright but usually late. Wouldn’t mind so much but the restaurant had noted just eat status is automated so it just tells you pizza is on its way but it’s not. Then come the eta it says enjoy your food and you haven’t received anything. FYI just eat - There’s 0 value in status if it doesn’t make sense. You then have to call restaurant etc. todays example was eta 7.20-7.40 received at 8.30pm with status ‘enjoy food’ at 7.40z I will prob order again but just some feedback to consider guys.

Ordered one deep pan and one thin crust, but bases were the same. Ordered double tune but only had single tuna, ordered double overpowering but only had single pepperoni. All good was cold and 20 minutes late.
