What do you get when you get a dressed up ugly lady man as a driver, an infamous dodgy old man (as advised by a neighbour) making the actual delivery for a tasteless overpriced Asian pizza place : Bella Pizza.

I asked whether the food was halal or not, the website doesn't advertise if they are. The delivery guy was super proud that when asked he didn't lie about the food being halal, he said he could of lied. Really really odd. Terrible pizza too - pretty basic but cheap, very cheap. Usual terrible Asian/middle eastern owned pizza. Nothing like real Italian pizza.

I absolutely don't recommend. I just ordered one pizza from them , not happy at all, not the same like when they open. Very poor quality. They go just for profit. Last time I order from Bella pizza

Usually pizza is quite good however had to throw this one away as the dough felt hard to chew and felt like it ha don't been cooked

As ordering on a regular basis it's finally time to write a review, the whole of the staff at bella pizza Aylesbury are amazing at what they do, never seem to fail, food is great, always polite and friendly.

Customer service is terrible, rude owner, we had a mix up they weren’t understanding and they threatening to never send pizza to our home again.

Nothing special typical Asian pizza, slightly underdone, good prices, service was ok, run by some 12 year old, overall not bad for the price, but not the best of pizzas

Saw food get dropped on the floor and staff member quickly picked up and put in delivery box and given to other staff member for delivery, only to find out after its actually the owner that picked the food up. Disgusting behaviour should be closed down

Ordered a 3 pizza meal deal with 1.25ltr of diet coke. We were told pizza would arrive within 45 minutes and it was speedily delivered within 20 minutes. We then were tucking into one of the pizzas when my wife noticed that there was a short curly hair in the margarita pizza. I contacted the restaurant abd told them that we found a hair in the pizza and the girl who answered was telling the owner and I could here him in the background asking which pizza was it, not that it made a difference! He then said that if we could hold it so that they could come and inspect the pizza when I told them that it was thrown away and I could here him in the background saying, " why would you throw it away and could we get it out of the bin?"..... Really? My wife didn't mention it straight away in case it would have put the rest of the family off eating it. I said to the girl that I won't be ordering again from them again and I will be leaving a poor review!! I wonder what health and safety would think of this!! Very poor customer service!! They then try to bring me another pizza to make up for the poor service....TOO LATE!! I'd rather of had a partial refund but that never came!!!

Good pizza and great value. Tasted as good as Domino's but a lot less greasy/oily than their's, and a lot lot cheaper. And it's always better to support a local business than a huge corporation! Update... still great value. 👍

I cant say enough about the staff and amazing food here at Bella Pizza. Honestly I've never had such flavour and so hot when you get it and wow , portion size is fantastic. I've used these guys and gals for over 10yrs. Even used to order pizza from them for ma and lads at the recycling centre in aylesbury and they we're spot on and very polite and fast at getting the order to us no matter what the weather. . Very disappointing... Ordered a pizza and was told 45mins -1hr wait... 1hr and 10mins later no pizza..called and was told will be another 30mins wait!! And when I mentioned the original wait time. I was accused of lying. Good pizzas but customer service very disappointing... Will not be returning

Pizzas are nice occasionally but sometimes they're overcooked and sometimes undercooked so I always have to inform them of my preference. The staff that take orders are polite and helpful. And they always seem to be busy.

Order their pizza regularly but too many times delivery times have been disappointingly late with person on the phone saying it’s left every time I called.

Wasted time with us on hold, nearly 10 minutes waiting, another 5 minutes ordering and then when answered the phone said no delivery today… it would have been better to just tell me when they answered that they were not doing delivery today…. Annoying.

We ordered at 5.30 tonight, was told 45min to an hour, we waited over 1hour 55mins and called few times to ask where the pizza was, was kept on hold while clearly I could hear them say to other customers sorry give us ten more mins, then the guy comes on the phone and pretendeds he could not hear me and kept cutting me off, finally I went I drove some where else to get food, when I had left the guy showed up with no pizza in hand but knocked door and said pizza , my kids told them mum had already gone, disgusting service and attitude, was my first time and most certainly last

The pizza are delicious and the staff are kind and easy to talk to. Also I’ve ordered from this fast food many times and the food it is never late or undercooked

Really good to see you again after 10 years. I come back and first thing I do when I want a pizza is search to see if your still there. And wow thank you for being there. Amazing pizza cooked to perfection eberytime. 10 years ago was the same and that shows consistency and pride in what uou do. Highly highly recommended for all the food you do. The bbq wings had that beautiful singed edge to make u actually feel like you'll sat at a bbq . The garlic bread was just right and the chips me cheese was perfection. I've just moved in to a new place in Berryfields. I gave them instructions on how to find me and they followed those instructions. You wouldn't believe how rare that is! So kudos there. Decent pizza, delivered on time. Will try some more. Very good value on the weekday special.

Great food and very friendly staff, unfortunately today few not wearing mask just come from outside straight in the kitchen helping no mask not washing heands. The one who took my order leak his fingers to write down his receipt and count the money, then he went straight in the kitchen to cook widouth washing his heands. Unfortunately not even basic personal hygiene was fallow.

Friendly, polite to customers, food is good , walks all over domino’s n pappa johns, even delevery these boys are a 1/3 the price Cannot recommend enough!

Delicious pizza but you have to be careful how much you paying for your order and check if you really have on the pizza what you ordered. Even in not busy days they makes a lot mistakes apart from that pizza is very tasty.

Not very nice, cheese doesn't seem like proper cheese and is rubbery. The whole pizza was dry and doughy and tasteless. They used to be amazing so not sure why ☹

My go-to pizza place in Aylesbury. You get plenty of good food for a cheap price. They don’t do the highest quality toppings but the dough is fresh and tasty. It’s takeaway pizza so don’t expect your classic Italian stuff. You get so much more for your money than at a place like Dominoes and I don’t think the quality is any different. Delivery is always fast, I’ve had it in under 30 minutes before. I’d choose this place over the big pizza takeaway brands any day.

Absolutely appauling customer service started off with them answer other calls when ordering first. Then they forgot to delivery the ice cream and it took over 20mins to get it delivered again after calling them twice to chase it up. When the driver arrive he had such a bad attitude and just handed the ice cream reluctantly and left mumbling under his breath. Over all i wont be ordering from them again and i suggest others dont as well. Its not worth the hassle just to get a takeaway.

It is a hit and miss. Every other time they will get it wrong or so late and customer service is next to none. but worth mentioning whenever they got it right it is very good.

Ordered a few times from here unfortunately there pizzas are too dry. Won't be ordering from here anymore.
