Food arrived late. The order included burnt wings, and when I called the restaurant to address the issue, the person on the phone was extremely rude. He didn’t allow me to explain the situation, interrupted me, and eventually hung up. He offered to send another portion of wings as a replacement for the burnt ones, but the replacement never arrived.

Always order pizza from their shop. Until today they won’t deliver at doorstep. Yesterday I ordered a pizza, and requested them to deliver inside flat. And the delivery guy wasn’t cooperative at all. We agreed to go down and collect and he agreed to come inside the same time. He followed the wrong way even though there are multiple sign posting. And behaved rudely to me and said “our flat is difficult to locate “. There are multiple delivery services available here. Most of them come and knock the door and their service is good. We ordererd their food because it is delicious and never again.

Great tasty food tried the new shawarma and it was quality and delivery was quick.

I said to the driver he could keep the spare change and he didn’t say thankyou. He just took it and then asked me to send a review. Therefore quality was poor. As he wasn’t polite

Food was great- always is. Delivery driver was early- can’t complain with that! Food was hot and tasty. Wrap and loaded fries were a great addition to menu! Chocolate pizza was also good!

I don’t usually write a review but if I do, it is either I was pleased or disappointed. Unfortunately this one was just so disappointing! My husband called as soon as they opened to order a pizza. A lady answered. My husband told her, he wanted to order a pizza (a small one). The lady replied that SHE WILL NOT TURN ON THEIR OVEN FOR A SMALL PIZZA! my husband replied “so when are you turning your oven on?” She replied “maybe in 30 minutes when there’s more orders. You can order by then if you are still hungry!” I ordered here a lot and always for collection. It is just so frustrating to be told like this. Very poor customer service! Remember the customers are important in a business! Be nice, be polite, be kind! Thank you!

We ordered on Uber eats, were told it would be between 25-45 minutes and took 90 mins. I called the restaurant a couple of times to chase, and the guy was friendly on the phone but seemed like he only took action when I called. For example, when I called after 45 minutes to ask if he got my order, he said yes and only then started to get it ready according to the app. Then when I called to ask how long it would be, again I was told the driver was on his way but the app only updated after the call and I still had to wait 25 minutes for the driver to turn up. The driver was very friendly. The food turned up cold and soggy, which we accepted. However, my partner has allergies and I asked for these items to be taken from his food but they were not so helpful couldn't eat it.

10/10 but always forgetting the dips !

Lovely delivery Driver ! Professional and pleasant. The food was hot and fresh. It was my first time ordering from caprinos.

There was a main road shut, he called as soon as he was made aware, explained the situation and made a detour with accurate timing, and still made it before the delivery calculated his expressed Arrival, 10/10

I never received my order. This has happened twice now. Once with greggs that I never got a refund for, and now with caprinos. It's becoming a joke. I'm now out by 50 Pound. This is ridiculous.

Ordered food via JustEat today, and when it arrived, the driver was rude and ignorant and wouldn't give me change. He went and got the change that he said he didn't have. I rang up Caprinos, and the person on the phone was rude and they said they don't give change. I used to love Caprinos, but since their good drivers left, the only people that are there now can barely run the business properly. The company had the audacity to ring me back and tell me the driver went to the petrol station to get change, despite the fact that the petrol station had shut at 9pm and it was delivered at 10pm. Food was not cooked properly and considering the service I've received today, I would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

Took an hour and a half for delivery when arrived chips were barely cooked hardly any meat was dreadful driver told me no one wanted to deliver as not many street lights which is ridiculous then when i requested refund they blamed traffic 🤣 avoid at all costs

Waited an over an hour and a half from order time and when the food arrived it was stone cold. In fact the garlic dips that had been sitting next to the pizzas were warmer than the pizzas themselves.

they are late everytime and the pizza is almost cold and at max we can only have 2 slices warm enough to enjoy the pizza and rest goes into the bin. Refund my money back to me. the food is cold again .
