The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

I have been ordering deliveries from PJ's for quite a few years but last week the PJ's app would not let me order and this week 23 March I put my order through using some of my £84 worth of dough points only to be notified 10 minutes later that my order was being cancelled, apparently the app is not letting people order!!! You get these rewards for spending money there but how are you supposed to use them, it would be nice if they gave me the £84 so I could use them at Domino's.

Disgusting muck; avoid avoid avoid; after managing to eat three slices I left the rest in the fridge overnight; the fridge smelled like rotting flesh in the morning. If I could give it minus points I would. Horrific.

Awful customer service. Delivered the incorrect pizza but would not accept responsibility. The customer service guy just shouted on the phone and thought the best way to deal with my query was to shout louder. Awful!

Nice pizzas and good taste . Definitely would Love to try again. Quick and nicely packaged. Myself and friends had a great time.

ordered two of the same pizza, one with vegan cheese, NEITHER got marked as the one with vegan cheese, there was no differentiation between the two at all. Had to drive to the shop to pick up another pizza, the reason we couldn’t tell the difference between the first two is because they both obviously have normal cheese on them. Good thing we didn’t take the risk. Very disappointing.

Si eres dueño de esta compañía. Deberías considerar entrar en ella. Tal como está - Ha sido corrido en el suelo. Yo no le daría la “comida” aquí a una persona sin hogar hambrienta. No creo que pudiera vivir con la vergüenza de ello. Tienen que empezar a permitir menos en las calificaciones. ¡Lmao! Este lugar es hilarante.

I placed a order on a Saturday night for collection, bit of a wait as it was busy however, I think he is the shift manager with glasses, blonde short hair? Was absolutely fantastic, very nice lad.. he was very friendly even though I could see he was stressed due to workload. Whoever you are, our superman for the kids during this wet weather!

Usually never had any problems. Always been quick and hot. The last two times its arrived stone cold. I wouldn’t mind reheating if I hadn’t spent a small fortune both times to feed the family. Definitely not worth the money for what tastes like last nights food. Definitely won’t be using them again

We ordered a pizza for a Sunday evening and was excited when seeing 5minutes after ordering online it was on its way, or so we thought... 15minutes later we were left wondering where our food was, knowing it would likely be cold. We called them only to be told Call back in five minutes. Another 25minutes had passed and Calling them again was told to wait even further. Eventually 10minutes more out neighbour knocked on out door to say they were handed a delivery at our entry door. To our Frustration we checked the food only to have our fears become reality, the Food was cold and NOT fit for human consumption The horror was that this was a MEAT pizza and Chicken bites and the temperature was far below the safe levels. After contacting to request a Refund we was told that the manager was not there and to call back after 5minutes. Calling again we were told they needed to contact the driver first to hear what they had to say. Getting the run around at this point It was clear because it was my wife on the phone they were taking liberty thinking she would get bored and not bother chasing further. When we called again to repeat the request for a refund, we was told the manager had yet again left the premises and was unavailable please call again in 5minutes. ABSOLUTELY fuming at this point I expressed how poor the service was, epressed how unprofessional the manager was for leaving the premises without the ability to refund complaints. I wonder if the franchisee knows how poor this looks on Their business. The last communication I had I was told I would get a call in 5minutes, THIS has not happened I will continue to write poor reviews and recommend NO ONE uses them again, absolutely disgusting service.

Acabo de visitar Domino’s con mi hija ( 9 ) que estaba muy emocionada de pedir para sí misma, a veces puede ser un poco tímida! Lamento decir que no recibí el nombre del señor que nos sirvió, pero sí dijo que había estado trabajando allí durante muchos años y que era fantástico. Él fue más allá por el pedido, y tenemos una chica muy satisfecha con su comida! Todo estaba delicioso, un ambiente tan agradable mientras estábamos esperando, y el servicio era honestamente insuperable. We got pizza delivery as we have had many times. The pizza tonight was dry with hardly any topping which was only in the centre of the pizza. Will not get delivery again. Better to go and collect then do your own quality check!

Ordered on a Saturday at 6.30 at 6.50 said was out for delivery checked after about 10 mi utes and driver was on way to Windermere, so called the store they said was error with address and would send fresh order, the order arrived at 7.25 and was lukewarm, no way had they sent a fresh order, wedges were hard garlic bread stodgy, very disappointed the fact they told us would send fresh and no way they did, will not be suing again!
