Not even worth one star. Order on app to go and collect to be told when it showed up ready that it had to be made again. Rude and obstructive staff that hadn’t got a clue what each other were doing and wouldn’t even refund there and then don’t even bother

I'm ordering domino's pizza if I'm busy and don't have time to cook and I've never been disappointed. Pizza arrives always in 30 minutes, hot and delicious. It's always made from fresh ingredients. My 4 years old son loves it and domino's its his favourite restaurant. We're usually ordering margerita and meatball marinara pizzas and some sides like potato wedges and chicken strips also delicious warm cookies. Well done all staff working there, must be very difficult make pizza and deliver it in half and hour! Thank you very much!

I ordered on the app at 6.00 for some pizzas at 8.30. When I went to collect just after 8.30 they hadn’t been made. I eventually got them at 9.05! The place needs a manger badly to take charge. Ordering on the app was a waste of time.

Terrible service, waited over a hour for our food and when it did arrive it was wrong, then waited over an hour for the order I originally wanted and when it did arrive it was cold. Domino's is very overrated and overpriced. Asked if my order was even cooking the second time and the answer was it should be. Who ever is managing that place needs sacking

Awful experience. In fact honestly quite a lot of consistent awful experiences. Getting orders wrong. Staff being rude when they’re busy contradicting what the App tells you. So when it says your pizza is ready it’s still another 45mins until it is. We live in Kendal but will now be avoiding Dominos completely unless go elsewhere. An embarrassment to the company. I will just add on the most recent visit head office were contacted and they said they would get back to us but never did.

Our order never changed from preparing, when we called the store over an hour later to ask where our order was we received no apology and no food! Awful!

Ordered four pizzas through the app, we collected so used the buy one get one free deal. Such a good bargain, the pizzas where huge. We drove home and ate them (20 mins) and the pizzas where still hot. Great value for money and really yummy

I get Domino's fairly regularly, and like the previous reviewer, cannot believe the difference in service. After ordering 4 large pizzas , we also had a disagreement regarding sauce on 2 of them We genuinely thought a mistake had been made and the sauce had been missed , as both pizzas tasted nothing like they usually do . Domino's did agree to exchange them - even though my husband did say he'd eaten 4 slices already . The pizzas were replaced and were an improvement . Five minutes later I received a call from an aggressive woman who said that I was being blacklisted because I was a lied and I had eaten half a pizza ! I won't go into the discussion that followed but we will never order there again. I felt the need to post as I was very upset and it wasn't until I saw the other bad reviews that I felt reassured. I work in customer service and the staff members in question should not be allowed to communicate directly with customers, until they receive basic training in customer service and social skills . If they had been dealing with more vulnerable customers, they could have caused serious distress and damage .

I cannot believe what has just happened, I get dominos on a regular bases and most of the time I have to ask for a small portion of tomato purée because of how much they put on the garlic breads. It’s called garlic bread not tomato bread and now I have been banned because apparently I’m abusive towards staff because a woman told me that they cannot change how much tomato purée they put on. Pls see pictures

Don’t go, just don’t order from here, absolutely appalling service, pizzas not ready after 40 minutes, speak with one manager, told they’re just in the oven, 20 minutes later and they’re still not ready, told wait 5 minutes. 20 minutes later and still not arrived, been re made 3 times, what is the point. Shocking, be warned, it’s dreadful, just don’t bother.

Lovely food as always however, unfortunately we were very disappointed with the customer service....

Ordered garlic pizza and small cheese one. Ordered at 13.15. Watched on line to see how long it would take. Told half to three quarters of a hour. At 14.15 called to be told only had one driver..got it at 14.50, The garlic must have been on its hols. s there was none on our pizzas. Altogether very disappointing.

Gourmet pizza, always on time, warm, it's a pity it's so expensive. If they reduced their prices a little or more, I would order much more often

Everytime we order the garlic bread we ask for less tomato sauce for the most part the dominos workers will do my request but one of them «  Leanne » is very rude and tells me it’s not possible for less tomato sauce and puts the phone down on me when I ring and then my garlic bread comes like thisDominos isn’t cheap and do not think that this type of horrible attitude and food is not at all acceptable... all crust n tomato sauce hmmm yum. I’ve held of for a few weeks but she is still there and my food still comes like this

Ordered online to collect at time notified it would be ready. Was informed order hadn’t gone through so they would have to cook. Waited another 25 minutes and noticed on screen my name was on there twice - my original order and the replacement. Was offered the original food but as it had been sitting there for 20 minutes declined. Given freshly cooked order and realised not all there. Went back and was given missing items. Arrived back at holiday home to realise wrong pizza had been given to us. It was a 20 minute drive so didn’t go back and luckily the children ate it. A little disorganised to say the least. Apart from wrong pizza the food was good.

Quick impromptu lunch stop here. First time visit to pizza express. Could be an expensive meal so would class as a treat. Fresh food, and tasty. Friendly staff. Only one criticism, if paying by card i was asked if i would like to leave gratuities. Could be embarrassing as waiter/waitress watching if you decide you can't afford it on the day. Otherwise good.

Great night in with friends and made even better with fresh hot pizza. Will be ordering again as the nicest pizza I've had in years.

Pedimos un gran pedido y la comida fue genial ...Por desgracia no se puede decir lo mismo sobre la 2 entrega los conductores que entramos por encima de mi padre que había caído discapacitado y rechazadas y fingir no han visto ya que estaba tratando de ayudar a él! No estoy seguro si alguna bondad humana básica es mucho esperar.El personal era fantástico, aunque por dentro, especialmente Connor que era excelente y muy servicial. Lejos el mejor miembro del personal. Gracias ☺

Friendly staff with good service, tasty food and good value offers on, delivery did take a while but a lot of roadworks in Kendal at the moment.

It's sad really- Staveley only has one takeaway and I wasn't prepared to try a new one - I kind of wish I had after this!!Unfortunately for dominos, we have no address listed on their database, and this is our rental house in the lakes so we are not here often. Any ways so I booked saw that there was no address for us, put in a one just three doors up and put on the delivery note to ring me before delivering and also if they ring and can't get through (Staveley is known for bad signal) to whatsapp me or text me, did they do this? Did they hell! An hour later I'm sat there with a hungry/ angry boyfriend wondering what the hell is going on no texts or calls or whatsapp messages. So I ring the dominos store directly to hear a very sarcastic and bored sounding young man who clearly would rather shoot himself than work on a Saturday evening - who would blame him?, so he told me that the driver was on his way back as he had tried to ring me but couldn't get through. So I walked outside in the beautiful cold and dark Lancashire rain, to see one missed called from a number!! One!!! I then rang him back for him to say I'll meet you at a spot I know as I can't find your address which I thought was FairPlay and that he would be FIVE minutes. So there I am again sat waiting wondering who he could be, a car pulls up 15 minutes later, and old man gets out bless his heart and asks if I'm waiting for a delivery to which I say yes and he walks back to his car, I decide to get out - barefoot? Obviously lack of food is lack of brain for a lady- the poor man drops my extra sauce I ordered and the pavement is caked in it, I grab the rest off him, pay my balance and head off. Think this is the last time I'll order dominos in the Lake District :)

Regular user, the service and quality of the food is always spot on, feed five for five is value for money and no loss in quality.

I've always like the pizza here it and great that they do gluten free pizza too. I've always found the service fast.

I was a loose end for a meal the other week and made a huge mistake by going here for a pizza. I have had better pizza from island supermarket !

We order from our local Domino's quite a lot and we seem to have our fair share of issues with them, this evening we received a pizza with a rock hard burnt base and as for the nachos I may as well have eaten coal covered in rubber - vile. Yes the ordering and delivery was very fast but if the results are disgusting why bother?! Last time we ordered we had wedges which were cooked with the plastic still in the box so they were practically laminated! Also half of the time they give us any excuse possible to not let us use promotional codes. Rubbish.

Went to order and collect a takeaway. Loads of choice on the menu - took me a while to look at all the different options. Service was reasonably quick and staff were polite. Plenty of parking outside.
