Usually never had any problems. Always been quick and hot. The last two times its arrived stone cold. I wouldn’t mind reheating if I hadn’t spent a small fortune both times to feed the family. Definitely not worth the money for what tastes like last nights food. Definitely won’t be using them again

Tried a Dominos pizza after avoiding them for a while. Will be avoiding them again. Pizza was oily, tasteless and undercooked. I wanted to give my mouth a shower after eating only half the pizza. I’ve had cheese on toast with more flavour. Loads of better options out there.

Awful. I ordered a pizza and had to cancel. I literally order form these guys 2 times a week and have done so since February. I called within 5 mins to cancel as my partner had also ordered a takeaway and there was nothing they could do to help me, only offered one pizza off which was part of the deal anyway so wouldnt have saved any money. Loyalty is not rewarded these days guys just steer clear.

We booked a chicken pizza that literally had no chicken filling on it, no cheese. Cold food Definitely not buying again from this dominos

Ordered a delivery of two large pizzas and garlic bread. App showed the order out for delivery but took ages to arrive. Food was cold and very slap dash. Won’t be using again a complete waste of money

Driver took 1hr 20 mins to driver food and the food arrived was cold! Called the store and they said they would re make the order but I have to wait a further 45 minutes then the lady I spoke to laughed at me when I said no chance. Contacted head office, they have given me a £15 voucher. I went to use the voucher today and they said they don’t accept them anymore!! How can you not accept a voucher that the head office has issued??? Head office was also rude and didn’t respond to my emails, won’t use dominos again. Sandy’s need to sort there staff out. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE - they take your money and laugh down the phone

Very poor nearly cold on arrival,not carried in a heated bag,not delivered as requested.spoke to Scott,under manager!!! Not very interested said he would speak to driver would remake order if I wanted.

Best pizza you can get. Prices obviously are typically expensive but you cannot beat dominos when pizza is concerned

I really think this might be the best Dominos in the entire world! Definitely try it, can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience.

Ordered pizza and side waited for 90 mins and no sign of delivery, when I complained I was told there was only 1 member of staff and 1 driver. Very poor standards.

So I've used this store a number of times and if you collect in store. It's great. You get Fast Service and the staff seem friendly enough and you get Yummy Pizza. I ordered on the App for Delivery on Thursday Night though and it was the worst service I have ever received from a Takeaway. After getting a notification that the food was out for delivery at around 23:50 it took over an hour for the food to actually arrive. I phoned the store multiple times only to be told that it would turn up when it turned up. It only takes 5 minutes to drive from mine to the store so I wish I'd just collected it. If I hadn't of paid in advance I would have just ordered elsewhere. When the food did finally arrive the driver offered no explanation for why it took so long. The Food was cold. Regret ordering from here. For £25 you'd expect quality and there was none. Don't waste your money.

Average dominoes disappointed that offers that are available in neighbouring towns are rarely available here

This particular Dominos has never let me down and consistently delivers high quality pizza. However all Dominos are very expensive without any form of discount.

This is the third time we have ordered the exact same order and received it with the same things missing. Complained yer again. Eventually receive the missing parts to eat with our now stone cold pizza. Then there's the matter of the price . One large pizza ( essentially it's cheese on toast) two tiny sides . Over £30 ...now I'm sure I could eat out at a restaurant and have steak for the same money. Even with a deal or voucher code it's very expensive for what it is and how it arrives.

Just your typical dominoes, nothing stands out in particular (good or bad), if you've ordered from dominoes before this will pretty much be that. The issue with dominoes is the pizzas are extremely expensive but they do taste amazing.

Pizza wasn't very nice...even after I finished cooking it in the oven! I ordered a thin crust and a classic crust. Thin crust was OK but the classic crust was basically raw. Appears that the 'Quality Check' stage wasn't very effective. I think they need to leave the pizzas in the oven a little bit longer.

Pensamos en orden y han entregado una pizza de dominos para un cambio! Gran error. Dos veces el costo de nuestro lugar habitual y una hora para la entrega. Cuando abrimos la caja que parecía la pizza habían puesto y hacía muchísimo frío. Llamé dominos Stafford y me dijeron que me podría enviar otro que tome una hora pero nos tendría que dar la pizza. Ya muy tarde y no apetece una pizza cutre, así que no te molestes. Nunca se pide de nuevo aquí y nunca lo recomendaría. £24 libras por una pizza grande! ! Absoluta estafado! !

Our order was wrong , late , cold and really not very nice to eat. The staff weren't too interested when I tried to politely complain.This shocked me as the staff here are generally quite polite.God knows what went wrong on this particular night. I've only used this place about a dozen times over the last 3 years but think it's time to give up on it.As a family we have take aways once every week & very occasionally twice but will concentrate elsewhere. I'm not a great fan of your main competitors in Stafford & it seems to be a choice of who gives the slightly less bad service. Why are Pizza places so poor in Stafford , I don't get these problems in other towns.

Used to use about once or twice per month. Deals were great and usually worked out less than £10 each (great when feeding 4/5 people).Not been at all this year as everytime we look they are getting towards £20 per pizza with no decent special offers.Never had a problem with the food but the prices are insane.Many other cheaper alternatives available without sacrificing quality.

One evening we had a new menu put through our door and saw a stuffed crust we fancied. We never normally use Domino's but because of the stuffed crust we wanted we thought we would give them a go. When the pizza turned up it was the right topping but not the crust we wanted. So we rang up to complain and got told we would have another pizza sent out but we thought what was the point having two pizza's so asked for our money back and the person on the phone said yeah that was fine. When the delivery driver turned up he asked for the pizza back. Not once were we told that to get our money back they would need the pizza back whole. So after another phone call and this time we spoke to the manager and she said that we could have the refund and once again the delivery driver came out and gave us our money back. Dont think we will be using this take out pizza company in the near future

Simply dominos pizza is the best. Delivery time is great. Always manage to forget the extra sauces and that. And prices really suck. Seriously harsh on prices.

Service is good but the pizza was extremely greasy with poor flavour. The base seemed tough & overcooked. Really disappointed.

Once a month or even less I order a pizza from dominoes when I visit my sisters home, never disappointed arrives on the delivery time stated, food is always freshly cooked and never cold always piping hot on arrival! Brilliant dominoes. Only downside is the prices are a little expensive! But with the deals and promotions on you can always get discount!

After a long day we decided that take out is better than cooking. Our food was delivered very quickly and it was lovely and hot and cooked perfectly.

I've only titled this review rubbish as I can't miss spell carp. Dominos in stafford us an embarrassment to to both the pizza industry and the food industry as a whole. Delivery drivers don't know there way around the town they live in, the perpetration staff can't read menus. We use to call it pizza roulette, hours of fun waiting to see if the order would arrive and what the weeks mystery ingredient would be. Don't do dominos stafford unless you have humour and patience to spare.

Love Domino's pizza, always get some for the afternoons with the good lady. Quite a fan!Usually the waiting time for delivery isn't too bad, about half an hour? but if you live closer by, go and pick it up! They do special deals for collection which makes it cheaper. Because as we all know Domino's is quite expensive.

Dominoes has a pretty good set up but I'm afraid mr sandy and his family are trying to con us. Some of the pizzas on specials are not the same when you go on a Tuesday or bogof. Stop trying to rip us off and give us what we paid for. I bought a pizza on the 9.99 deal once got it home and the pizza was wrong. I (yes) I had to go back and pick one up because they refused to deliver the correct one

This dominos seems to often send out cold pizzas that look unappetising. You order extra mozzarella and often don't get it. When pizza arrives that is on a thin and crispy base which is cold it's really annoying. I have always given it an extra "go" because I love dominos usually but each time there is some sort of mistake or negative which is bad because it is so expensive for pizza. The staff always seem polite enough.
