Awful, don’t bother ordering from these you’ll get treated terribly. Delivery drivers will through abuse at you, Gone downhill. Go to roosters much better place and staff

Absolutely the best Kebab House in Stone!

Pizza was excellent, kebab meat and chips discusting,stone cold with red juice and lots of it. £9.00 wasted. Shocked as normaly very good. £20 order worth £0. Flames next time I doubt.

I'm really conflicted about writing this review as I have used them many times and the majority of the time it's not bad. However the last time I rang in an order I was told it would take an hour for delivery which would have been just after 8pm, i left it 20/30 mins before phoning I was told 15 mins. however it did not arrive till 10pm, a whole 3 hours after I'd ordered it... at which point my four year old boy had fallen asleep after hysterics over not having his 'stay up takeaway' with Mummy Really disappointed with the service. The food was ok, not mega hot for the amount of time if waited for it. The only compensation offered was 'it will be free next time' I have yet to test that theory, they were however adamant they would not refund.

Ordered at around 7.10pm and food hadn’t arrived until 8:40pm delivery time was between 7.55 -8.15 the tracking was then updated to 8.30 after I had contacted the restaurant via the app and still didn’t arrive on time

I am not sure if they have changed managers as used them many times before & always enjoyed Ordered a delivery as usual but when it arrived it was all cold & so most went in the bin I ordered chicken shish as always with all salad, it was hard to find the chicken with all the cabbage & onion & then with the cooked chicken it had cooked mushrooms which I have never had before but then the cooked onion was basically the onion skin fried? Well although I rated highly previously it has now put me off ordering from them anymore

Cold and didn’t even get salad

I used to live on church street till Dec 2021 and this was my go-to kebab House, booked a taxi next door and went for food, chicken kebab meet isn't kebab meat, was deep fried chicken pieces, chips were awful, soggy mess. Ate the chicken because that's the pricey but, left both portions of chips.

£12 for a large kebab ive had a small kebab bigger than this will stick to valley's in future shocking pure rob dogs

Chicken meat is not nice everything else was fine

Haven't been here in awhile but was working around the corner last week so had to nip in onway home. Curly fries and donner meat with lemon juice n mayo is up there with the best. Pizza nice too.

Food was OK taste wise ,have been here a few times normally ok this time food was 1hour and 15 mins the guy priced me 27 pound something 32 pound came out my bank was to worried give or take then food came wrong I asked for 4 pound worth of cheese on my chips wasn't on them, when I rang bk up they had no problem bringing it to me when it got here there was a pounds worth of cheese rang then bk up they woodnt have it and started shouting at me saying I was wrong started being really funny with me then put the phone down, thanks stone kebab u ripped me off

Absolutely disgusting 😤 we waited over an hour for our food I had to call them and they hadn't even cooked it. And said I wanted to cancel it . I had to ring again to see where my money is as still not received . 🤬😡 and he said he would send around tonight but then rings back to say it be the bank in 3 to 5 days . NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN !!!!

I've used this place a few times, today will be the last time. I've had problems with the orders being incorrect in the past.Today it took over an hour to arrive the 2pc chicken snack box had disgustingly cold chicken and donner meat also the chips were hard and cold. Ended up wasting money, going hungry. I'll be avoiding this shop now.

WORST TAKEAWAY SERVICE!!! Don’t give your banking details over the phone, they take your money, notification out of your bank, money gone and then say you haven’t paid!!!! Rude service, manager and money lost!!

Would not deliver due to roadworks and there being a diversion, no help to getting a refund and poor customer service on the phone. Definitely would NOT recommend ordering for this place

We have been ordering from Stone Kebab House for many years. Unfortunately after last nights meal we will not be ordering again. The burger bun was hard and the chips had been reheated.

Food in our opinion was too salty Chicken was dry and not much meat in it

There was some weird brown paste on the donner meat, it smelt and tasted like it had genuinely gone off, had one bite, disgusting honestly

Food was very late, had to ring three times began to become rude on the phone in the end. Chips were dry and chicken kebab had no salad like it was advertised and selected. Would like a full refund please!

They have not given me my food and are refusing to deliver it to the gate. They have stated they tried to ring me but I have proof that the number on the notes I gave them they have not rang once.

Orderd 1 donner kebab and 1 donner wrap. Two donner kebabs delivered. Quality of food good but scored down as order wrong.

They had a busy Friday night I rang at 7 30 and was told the food was only just being made. The food was nice but kids were starving and miserable which caused arguments at home. Shame as there normally good

Actually pretty decent omelette if you fancy a change. Chips overcooked and delivery far too slow but food was hot so perhaps just a bit busy tonight. Not a bad meal.

The best takeaway in stone, it's always my go to place to order from delivery is fast and the food is always consistently amazing. The staff are brilliant and will change anything on your order no matter how weird, if I could give it more stars I would. :)

Chips were terribly overcooked and dry. Curry sauce was like paste and Donor meat was like cardboard. All food was cold.

By far the best kebab take away here in stone. Its very very rare i have a bad experience. Food always comes warm and is always nice. My number 1 go to when I don't fancy cooking after work!

Shocking service, rang the company said I should accept that it a Friday night food would be late, explain that if they had stated the time correctly wouldn't of ordered food as my daughter would be asleep by then and that I have work early in the morning. Just to be told the management says you so accept it on a Friday night, very polite lady on phone shocking what she is told too say
