Decided on using tonight after a rough day. Pizza fantastic but man behind the counter taking the order not very friendly and took order down wrong, which is fine but not much in the way of apology. Seemed surprised when I refused the one offered. Terrible manner. Might be better not having him front of desk. Sun 7th July 9.45pm/10pm. Have always recommended this branch but won't again. Service horrendous.

absolutely brilliant! love the fact I can choose the option of not having any pizza base sauce. NO other place has that option online, you have to ring up and order it. thankyou papa John's your amazing 👏

Their staff don’t seem to be able to park on the retail park where the shop is, for some reason they need four spaces for a Vauxhall and a Peugeot

Used to be , the Best Pizza and staff until my recent none delivery & waiting patiently incase unforseen circumstances had happened . But the phone call 3 hours after original order and saying it never existed after voice to voice telephone call is the issue .

A never went in. A never ordered. A never ate. Hence middle of the road score, non-promoting, non-sacrificial: although, They did have a banging on the road PJ mobile van edition who wonders which codes of post that shall visit... No photos so am I telling the truth or am I telling a lie?

Been a client for 3+years now and the quality of the food, the service and overall experience is getting worse and worse with every order. Ordered through the app for collection and paid, got confirmation email that is being processed and there was no issues. 15 mins later went to collect the order no one said anything to us so we left. The moment we got home i got a very rude phone call why i have collected without paying and i should go back and pay. First the order won’t go through them if it haven’t been paid, second even if it did why no one said anything on collection and third the order was messed up. Had the bank statement ready as they said they will have to call again and investigate?? Never again, also the pizzas have been so greasy lately, garlic bread burnt, cold sides.. The quality is not worth the prices.

I have previously placed orders with this establishment. Today, I called to inquire about the possibility of local orders, only to have the phone abruptly disconnected on me. I understand that my location falls outside of their delivery area, which prompted my call for clarification. A courteous response acknowledging the limitation would have sufficed. Unfortunately, the interaction with the staff was perceived as rude.

Ordered from here before. I called today to ask if they had any local orders only to have the phone put down on me. I know I'm out of their delivery area which is why I called to ask. A simple sorry but no would have covered the matter Rude staff.

After an hour the order still stated not processed. When I called I was told it was on the way. Then status is listed as delivered enjoy your food. But never delivered!

People leaving fake reviews saying been using it for 20+ years, it's only been open around 5 years. The buildings are 5 years old so impossible and fake. Tried a few times from here and been soggy everytime. Tastes nice but not cooked properly

The food took over 2 hours to arrive and was cold. I called them twice in that time.

Service was good no issues there food however. First time eating Papa John's and can actually say won't be going there again, we spent £40 on food and the best things there were the cookie dessert and Pepsi max drinks. Usually I write reviews always as positive as possible if true but this one isn't the case. We ordered large pepperoni pizza with a cheese bottom of which wasn't the case it was just a normal thing pepperoni pizza and the pepperoni on it was dry. Tato tots as a side wasn't cooked properly and cold inside... And garlic and cheese sticks as a side and was dry didn't taste the garlic what so ever. Were food lovers... we love pizza 🍕 ... the dessert ive no issues about it was okay. Hope others experiences to this was different think ill stick with a domino's next time.. xo

The delivery driver was the issue as oppossed to the time. Bad attitude and refused to deliver to door only security door. Would order again as food was great however delivery staff need to brush up on customer service skills.

It's occured to me I have been using this place for 20+ years and unbelievably I have NEVER ONCE had 1 problem! No wrong toppings, no wrong order, no missing items, no bad, sloppy or cold pizza. Usually amazingly quick delivery. Shame I cant say the same for any other pizza place in stafford.....and I have used them all! This place deserves 5 stars all day long as far as I'm concerened.

We ordered pizza and ch fajita papadia. Both had minimal to 0 chicken. Pizza had almost no flavour and felt like a margarita but we asked for onion and chicken with bbq drizzle and chilli pepers but it had no taste. Won't be ordering again.

Recently had a xl Philly cheese steak pizza. It was amazing, would highly recommend. Pizza tasted heavenly, it had a cheese sauce base rather than the traditional tomato sauce which made a huge difference. The ingredients tasted really fresh and I think it was superior to their competition. It was delivered quickly and the driver was polite. I would definitely recommend it, and you can get some good deals when ordering online.

Great food but why do you never remember to put your "tomato and herb dips in" when the product literally states- Garlic Sticks with Four Cheeses Signature mozzarella topped with real Italian cheeses and Italian seasoning. Served with special garlic and tomato & herb dips

The nicest papa John's I have tried probably because it was a collection. On 2 occasions and ate the pizza there and then in my car... Had delivery from other papa John's in Stoke area no where near as nice

Food was bland and cold, terrible customer service food was late so phoned up asking and got shouted at and was called a liar. When food got here order was cold the 4 cheese tots were mushy, the bbq chicken pizza felt like cardboard and tasted like a microwave pizza Would not order again absolutely terrible

Terrible attitude the manager has, demonstrated ZERO customer service skills and wasn't helpful in the slightest. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I should have gone to Domino's. Pizza was unremarkable flavour wise, and the chocolate cinnamon rolls tasted neither of chocolate, nor cinnamon.

Booked online through their own app, received confirmation of order .Turned up at the shop and they couldn't find my order After 15 minutes, much arguing and showing them the confirmation they begrudgingly prepared the order. Realised afterwards that no staff preparing food wore mask's or hair nets . Won't bother again .

Got there just before 11pm and saw they were packing up and i thought i would test me luck and see if they would make me a pizza and they did. I just want to say this was the best customer service i had as if i went somewhere else they wouldnt have done that so i want to say a massive thankyou.

Here you'll get a standard pizza at a slightly higher price compared to pizza hut or dominoes. Delivery is generally fast albeit having some orders missing items. I usually chose not to eat here.

This is the first time we have ever ordered from Papa John’s and it will not be the last. We had one of the special meal deals and it arrived on time and was nice and hot. Extremely impressed with pizza which had a nice soft base just as we like it, the dips and side orders were delicious .... will definitely be visiting again soon.....

Disgusting, bacon and cheese wedges were uncooked and tasted like dog, tandoori poppers (if u can call them that) had no tandoori taste or any red colour to them, total waste of money will never order from there again

Just placed an order with Papa Johns in Stafford and was really impressed with it. The service from start to finish was fantastic, from the very helpful person who took my order to the extremely prompt delivery of piping hot pizza that was delicious. Will definately be using again as our go to pizza delivery place.

Good food and the best tasting pizza in town

Don’t get me wrong the pizza is lovely but having being so far away I need a delivery and that took over an hour which I’m not impressed by so by the time o got to eat my pizza it was cold

This place has never extended delivery time that is something I really dislike about take away places when you order from home. Going in to order there are several chairs and a glass front window. The waiting time is minimal and staff quick and usually give you a smile. Happy to go back, the bread base for pizza has to be my favorite around.

They're usually pretty quick to get it to me once ordered, but I guess I do live less than a mile away. Not a great selection of styles of pizza to have and the bases are pretty unimaginative compared to say dominos. They try for a more traditional feel I guess but they taste pretty good and the chicken is really great. The special garlic dip is great but basically is melted butter haha. Real generous dessert sizes too.

Not too bad, I've had worse, but dominoes do far better pizzas. Wouldn't rush back if I'm completely honest.

I use Nando's over dominoes every time. The ingredients are far better and more options in my opinion. Sometimes though there hit n miss, a good hot tasty pizza lots of cheese and other times luke warm average pizza. Expensive but the best pizzas in town from a takeaway.

The service from here is great, the staff are very friendly and always cater to customization of your order. The selection of sides is incredible, you have to try the garlic knots and the pizza sauce it comes with for dipping, perfect. The pizzas from here are the best I've had, they put so much cheese and toppings on the pizza you really get your monies worth, plenty of offers on their website as well.

Not the most enjoyable Pizza, Tomato Puree was very sweet, but thats just my opinion.

Never bring dips when you pay for them. Always use same excuse "we've been busy will give you free one next order" no i wanted it this order. I won't be going back there.

Great Pizza and they even delivered to Stone. Friendly and helpful staff as ever. Costs more than your local kebab shop pizza but tastes so much better and at least you can be assured that your food is prepared in a clean and hygienic kitchen unlike some of your local Kebab shops with dead flies in the windows and probably worse!

Awful Service .Took 2 hours to come. Waited one hour ,rang to see where it was.Told it was on the road.Waited fuether 45 mins rang again and asked where it was.I was told just been sent out.When it finally came it was cold and mushy. Never again.
