Me and some friends came for a meal before we went to watch the new movie Willy wonder. We first walked in the door and was greeted by a very unhappy server. She asked if we had any allergies. I have a severe nut allergy so we let her know. We all sat down and she gave us the allergy folder and left us to it. All the staff seemed unbothered and could care less about our experience. Our food came out cold and some items were missing. We informed the staff about the missing items and it took a while longer to come out. We wasn’t very impressed at all I could cook better Italian dishes in my own kitchen! We paid through our phones and we’re surprised to find a £5 extra service charge! What service may I ask?

Very nice, the food was worth every penny, not expensive either, we had an amazing time, served by staff whom were smiley and attentive to what ever we needed, Tuesday lunch staff were amazing and made our visit a place we will be returning in the future.

Roll up for cold, cheaply made pizza served by unsmiling staff. They'll pizzas sat in sight for 10 minutes at least after they came out of the oven. To be fair they made fresh ones when we complained, although there was no apology at any point. The final straw was when the grim faced manageress who has said they'd remake them, handed us a terminal which didn't seem to have any option but to give a tip. We'd avoid this place like the plague.

We visited Zizzi in Stafford on a Saturday evening, pre-booking just an hour or so in advance Upon arrival we were seated immediately - our food and drink order was taken soon afterwards. We were served by a gentleman who I believe was a manager as he wasn't wearing a uniform I ordered the Signature Beef & Chianti Ragu and my partner ordered the Rustica Pure Pepperoni pizza. Through Zizzi's perks app (Zillionaire's Club) we also ordered a free garlic bread. The manager advised that we could have the cheesy garlic bread for free through the Club perks - we were very pleased about this! The food did take a little while to come out but it was worth it. The pasta dish was lovely, however it wasn't the warmest and I did think the portion size could have been a little better. The pizza was very tasty and filling. The garlic bread was amazing, I could have eaten more! When our bill came the manager explained that the cheesy garlic bread wasn't eligible for the Club promotion, however he wiped this off our bill which we appreciated Overall, I really enjoyed my visit to Zizzi and would come back here again

Staff were very friendly and the service was great, but the food was frankly bang average and not worth the expense. For £40+ for two people, I would have expected better quality food. The food was no better than that you would find in Weatherspoons only with a higher price tag. I will not be returning and would not recomend. Maybe I would if they kept the front of house folks and replaced the Chef!

Ordered a take away last night, spaghetti bolo and garlic bread, it was absolutely disgusting and was nothing better than a pot noodle with the garlic bread like a house brick. Stay clear of this place, it’s a disgrace and robbery! You’ve been warned!

I’d like to say how above and beyond Luke was in helping us download our voucher details, the sea bass was outstanding compliments to the chef and team.

My second review on this restaurant. Again it was excellent. King prawn starter outstanding. All good fresh and hot. Service was great. Friendly, interactive, nothing too much trouble. We shall be back soon

Well where too start, we went hear last year and it was lovely so decided for our anniversary we would return, we booked a table before hand and was seated as soon as we walked in, then the joy begins, so we had a waitress which just didn’t want to be there she was uninterested in anything, we had to wait 15 minutes to be offered a drink then they were wrong so had to go back, the starters came we asked for two small plates as we were sharing a few starters between two of us it looked like we’d slapped her in the face by asking this she marched off but did get them, now for mains we were pigs and asked for two mains the meatballs and the Ragu garlic bread and loaded fries, garlic bread was cold and the ragu was freezing and I mean freezing so we asked her if she could put it in the microwave she didn’t apologise but did go and warm it up for us the rest was ok but tasteless really compared to what we had before it was all gross, and I don’t no why staff are allowed to wear PJs to work but she was in some baggy denim pjs that we all agreed ( the tables next to us) was not really work attire, don’t go it’s a waste of money and not a high standard for the high price

Just popped in here for something to eat as i fancied some pasta and I wasn’t disappointed. Greeted by a friendly team member. Served quickly by lovely friendly staff. Food was delicious. Highly recommend.

I have eaten at this restaurant many many times and the food and decor are pretty good. However I have a few complaints. Food not being available from the menu. Ordering extra topping which aren’t cheap and getting very few of them. Multiple times not having the wine I wanted on the menu and only once out of about 8 visits have they ever had the large 660ml Peroni. When asked if I can have 2 x 330ml bottle for the same price as large told no! This last visit the app to order food isn’t working either which was quite appealing as it seems to work well when it’s functional.

Visited zizzi Stafford with my husband today and had another lovely lunch. The staff, Chloe T and Callum were so helpful and friendly. Totally recommend it such a warm and friendly atmosphere and the food was delicious too.

The food wasn't great, the place was cold and the customer service was horrendous - might as well get a delivery from pizza hut! Wasn't expecting much but just simple manners might be a start! The lad serving us just could not be bothered. I would highly recommend additional training in customer service
