Ordered takeaway to Legoland.Arrived quickly and was decent food.A good option when tired after the theme park

I really enjoyed the nice cheese burger pizza. as it had plenty of the relevant toppings. It definitely had plenty of cheese.

NEVER ORDER I ordered a delivery while I was moving house, we where tired and hungry, hence checking the tracking status frequently . One hour passed and the tracking system updated as delivered. !! I was in bit of a panic if they delivered in wrong address. I called the store and they told its on the way and “they have NO idea why the tracking system is showing as deliver ” – CAN you believe it!! I kept chasing it up the restaurant , and they kept telling me it was 10 minutes away. Finally I called to cancel the order and I was kept on hold for another 10 mins , and then the driver arrived, ( may be he called the driver then asking to deliver ! ) . after which he said he can give a voucher or cancel the order. Since I was too tired , I told not to cancel the order as the driver arrived he cut the call. SCAM – manipulating the delivery status Very bad customer service.

WILL NOT BE USING THIS PLACE AGAIN I ordered a delivery which took an hour, despite the app telling me it had been delivered half an hour before that. When I was chasing it up the restaurant kept telling me it was 10 minutes away. When it did arrive I got a call from the driver asking me to come outside to collect it from him! At this point I’ll tell you I have serious mobility issues, which I explained to the driver. He still refused. I called the restaurant, I was told I should’ve checked the terms and conditions?!! While I was trying to tell them that I’m pretty much disabled he kept interrupting me, then told me I’d get a refund and he hung up! (I can’t say that customer service has been much better) Food that was never delivered and customer service that is pretty shocking. Without a doubt my worst takeaway experience ever

I ordered my pizza from here and it was well over an hour late when it finally got here it was stone cold and got charged full price we had a very disrespectful driver definitely going to re think ordering here again I would not recommend dominos pizza 😡

Phoned to order a delivery. Super quick but both Pizzas had soggy bases and toppings sliding off. Wet and unappetising. Called the store and instead of the usual concern, apology and offer to replace the Pizza, had a man telling me I was wrong. He had sliced the pizzas himself and they were fine. If I wanted replacements I had to bring them back to the store? Arrogant, rude and disrespectful - ended up shouting at him just to be heard. An hour later replacement Pizzas, both cold and quite frankly I had concerns they wouldn’t have met Hygiene guidelines if you know what I mean. Complete lack of customer service after what should have been an easy fix. Apparently the Area Manager has addressed the issues. Hope she/he reads the reviews.

Ordered a pizza online and after an hour and the app stating the order had arrived we phoned the store to ask where our order was. The person who answered the phone didn't give me a chance to finish my sentence and just shouted that the order was on its way and then hung up- charming! When the food finally arrived, we were initially given the wrong order before receiving our correct order which was stone cold and horrible. My advice would be to not use these amateurs!

I usually order from this Domino’s and normally don’t have a problem with it except for the delivery drivers never reading the instructions I leave, and the online tracker never quite being accurately undated, but I have NEVER been treated quite so badly by whoever was working on the telephone line last night (8/4/19). I have been placing the same order for my family every once in a while for years and I have never had a problem with this, but today I had the man on the phone screaming at me for trying to place my order and honestly I felt quite upset by this, not only did I feel uncomfortable placing an order but I felt the need to completely avoid calling back and instead ordered from somewhere else. I’ve never felt this way and, to be honest, it won’t put me off of ordering from this Domino’s, however I don’t feel comfortable personally ordering over the phone anymore and it’s quite frankly just disappointing. Hopefully this won’t happen to anyone else.

Fab pizza , delivered on time and a lot tastier than the same pizza that I order at home in Birmingham , not sure why that would be but not complaining ! Driver polite and pizza delivered nice and hot and on time .

Ordered 2 large pizza and 2 sides for delivery driver knocked on door shoved it in my hands and walked off no communication at all. Texas BBQ Pizza looked a mess CHICKEN ONLY ON 4 slices smothered in green and red peppers and both pizza cold.

Get a confirmation of order, take your money, don't deliver, and then don't answer the phone during open hours. Absolutely shocking

Our family do not often have a chance to get together.We decided a pizza would be good to end the day. Five chose PapaJohns and three of us chose Domino's.Papa Johns arrived on time and was cheaper. Our pizza from this Dominos was said to have arrived by the app but had not so we phoned. We were told it had just left. Half of the order arrived 50 minutes from ordering. The delivery driver had to go back to collect the rest of the order. My daughter phoned to say we were not happy as we had not been able to eat with the rest of the family. She asked the name of the person she was speaking to and he said Ken and he was the assistent manager. After some discussion and rather rude shouting by the person called "Ken" he offered a two pound refund. My daughter was very upset because he was shouting at her,denying any wrong doing. Her partner took the phone and said he was disgusted with the behaviour and tone towards a customer. It culminated with "Ken" telling my daughter's partner to come down to the shop where he could slap him!! This was heard and witnessed by the whole family.

Ordered online and no pizza turned up. App said that the pizza had been delivered but that’s a lie. They couldn’t even reach the driver when we called. Cancelled and asked for refund. Let’s see if that turns up.

Food took over an hour to come, then it was cold. Staff were in helpful try Pizza Hut yup the road a far better pizza

I am a big dominos fan and sink way more money than I should into delivery... however this time was just pants. The food arrived much later than the app described (it said the food had arrived- it hadn’t) we called the store and were advised the app was inaccurate (not their fault?) however when the food arrived the garlic pizza bread had very little cheese and upon biting into two different slices my boyfriend and I found there was a generous helping of hair that definitely didn’t belong to us. Kinda grossed out at the point no biggie and they got my drink right however when I went for the pizza I saw there was no dip?!!?!?!??? Devastated isn’t the word. I’m heartbroken.

Después de estropear mi pedido dos veces en el rebote, he eliminado la aplicación y no los usaré de nuevo. No solo por el hecho de que su servicio es tan pobre (por ejemplo, el conductor de la entrega apareció temprano cuando todavía estábamos afuera, cuando volví corriendo las cajas estaban aplastadas y una de las pizzas era como papilla), pero estropearon cualquier intento de salvar la situación siendo grosera e insoportable. La ironía es que cuando me puse en contacto con la oficina central y confirmé que no volvería a utilizarlos, recibí un mensaje que decía que me ofrecerían un cupón para utilizarlo en una futura compra: ¡escuchar claramente al consumidor! !

So it's my mums birthday today and we got a well it's supposed to be a pizza what we received was pepperoni on cold bread smothered in BBQ sauce just wondering WHERES MY CHEESE!!! Considering your a pizza shop you must be on a very low budget to not have cheese and when I pay as much as I did I'd rather have my pizza hot not freezing cold & when I opened my cookies there was a hair in them so we called them up to see if they could resolve this and they were extreamly rude!

Pedimos un 'dos desde una pizza de Dominos Martes 'Windsor. Lo entregaron en el vestíbulo del hotel sin problemas. Normalmente en casa me encuentro con que tienes que poner la pizza de Dominos en horno bajo a fin de mantenerlos calientes/pero estos fueron bien caliente y bien preparado. £20 para alimentar a 3 personas con hambre era mucho más barato que comer en el complejo!

Realmente no esperaba mucho de un trozo de pizza ... pero por lo menos a escuchar lo que nosotros queríamos. 2 pequeña pasión de pepperoni and 1 small hot n picante ... Me dieron 1 pepperoni pasión 1 caliente n picante. tanto grande y por encima justo en el centro, con un montón de pan corteza /. . £18 + 2 pizzas que demonios ...

in love with the cheese filled crust (not a fan of the frankfurter crust) and the mighty meaty is delicious as are their nachos

Staff are friendly and food is as expected from a chain. However be warned that they do mess up orders regularly - they will be friendly and offer free coca-cola or if you ring up and complain to the manager he will eventually offer to replace the food - but they seem to avoid offering refunds. If you order garlic bread via the online website follow up with a call otherwise you have a minimum 75% chance of them forgetting it until you turn up and then your main pizza goes lukewarm under a heat lamp whilst they scurry around making the garlic bread.

Its only a take away pizza but the quality is consistent and there are always 'deals' available. My once a month treats after a few beers with the lads, excellent.

Decir que Su pizza qué más puedo! Su deliciosa y también muy agradable. Se tarda un tiempo, pero si quieres algo bueno te xx gotta_nus de esperar

Como un producto comercial es comparable al ruido. Mejor buscar un horno a leña y una base más delgada en mi punto de vista. Lo usamos como último recurso. que no te gustaba pero no es emocionante. Hay mejores.

Fab fast delivery, lovely pizza every time . Food always piping hot and substitutions always correct. A great branch of Domino's.

Muito gostosa a pizza, apesar de não ter comido no espaço físico da pizzaria. Mas aprovo a entrega é rápida e prático. Sabores deliciosos.

A pizza é boa e relativamente barata. Ainda é possível encontrar cupons de desconto na internet, pra uma economia maior.
