Domino's Pizza in Windsor and Maidenhead

Ordered over the phone from here, giving them my card number to pay. I ended up someone trying to charge 200€ to my card a little while later. Manager was useless. They clearly have a fraud problem but don't want to address it.

Pizza was very... very thin. Hardly any cheese and the pepperoni was very very dry/hard. Disappointed to say the least

I was looking for an affordable lunch deal and almost left empty-handed as all of the pricing was for large quantities of food and I just wanted a lunchtime deal. Staff offered me a one topping large pizza for £6.99, which was not shown anywhere on the menu, so I bought it. This promo should be advertised!

Ordered a pizza and on collection, we were advised this was given to someone else and new one had to be made. We were not offered compensation for the delay or inconvenience which as standard should be offered as a gesture of goodwill from a global company. I am a regular customer so this has swayed me from ordering again as not appreciated.

This Dominos is fine. The make pizza fast and it tastes good. Easy to order and pickup.

I watched the production of the pizzas. All I can say is that it was all done to a very high standard. Everyone worked in harmony with eachother.. Very impressed and the food hygiene was superb...

Hot tasty amazing pizza and side's with a quick fast easy online service and tracking system. The delivery lady was so ever so friendly and lovely, what a great experience to a previous one a long while ago-I'm thinking new staff, new driver's etc....what a turn around from almost a year ago, all I can say is Maidenhead domino's your back better than ever!

Every time I have ordered a delivery, always arrived at specified time, in the shop it's self all the staff our friendly and accommodating.. I highly recommend thin crust cheese burger pizza ( like the real McCoy) chicken wings a must too.. Yum yum

Ive used this place for years and always loved that trademark Domino pizza, I recently placed an order, Friday early evening, it arrived very quickly but didn't resemble any Domino pizza I have ever ordered, not sure if the conveyer was cranked up to speed things along being a Friday night but it was well under cooked and very disappointing, Sorry guys. (Update) No photo of my undercooked pizza so no refund, you wriggled out of that one didn't you.. At the time I was pretty annoyed and didn't fancy a reminder of the poor quality control I had paid good money for. Thanks for nothing Domino's! One unhappy customer.

Last time we had ordered pizzas for the office staff from Pizza Hut. This time we ordered from Domino's Pizza. The food and service was poles apart. Domino's Pizza driver delivered on time, whilst food was hot and we had no issues. We would now be regular customers.

I ordered recently a pizza which came like this. There was a piece missing and there was a fly in the box. Sorry but this is disgusting.

Relatively fast service, however the issue is in the kitchen. I don’t know if there’s a national cheese shortage that I’m not aware of, but there certainly seems to be on the pizzas I ordered last night. When going to a big chain like dominoes or Pizza Hut, you expect atleast a minimal level of quality. Please explain to me why I have a salt bay sized sprinkle of cheese for the whole of my pizza, leaving some slices without any cheese at all! Long story short your left with patches of crust all throughout the centre… go to Pizza Hut!

Don't pick up, and 45 mins after order, my pizza is "baking". Order from Windsor - Dedworth instead. These guys are ridiculous.

Slow service, did get my order wrong, but they did make up for it by giving me extras. So all in all, decent service

Pizzas are pretty good. Domino style. Actually hotter if you get them delivered. Unless you have.your own insulated bags.

Placed an order at 18:15, at 19:00 it was on ‘quality check’ and left at 19:05 out for delivery. It arrived at 19:30, 25’ later and it was cold. The delivery man said he would get a manager to give me a call which of course they never did. If I buy Domino’s again it will be via UberEats/Deliveroo because then at least there is some accountability about paying £30 for pizzas and getting them cold, an hour and fifteen minutes later. You can get a refund via them but via the Dominos app you obviously can’t. Enjoy paying commission to UberEats/Deliveroo from now on!

We had never tried Domino's pizza and didn't know what to choose. The staff were very friendly and helpful we decided on a special 2 large pizzas with small garlic pizza and potatoe wedges. The family of 4 absolutely loved it, will definitely order again.

Absolutely shocking customer service, an argument erupted over a simple refund, the person working in the dominoes on a Thursday night has an attitude that stinks and was horrible to the point where my friend was in tears, I am shocked and this branch should seriously sort themselves out. Disgusting. Never ordering from here again.

Very bad experience here the employee was very very rude to me they need to be fired quite frankly who he think he is the king of England never ever going to order from here again.

Horrible horrible service, 2 hours to deliver a pizza, only this branch of Dominos can do this. if you’re hungry absolutely avoid, if you’re happy waiting I’d still think twice. Can see why they have a 3.1 rating, doesn’t seem to phase them though, definitely consistent at being bad, have seen lemonade stands operate better than this place.

Have avoided for 2 years due to aforementioned issues. Thought we'd try again though based on deal, wish we hadn't. Whilst the pizzas are good, you're probably best off ordering the evening before as the delivery service is diabolical. Not only that, the drivers are surly and unapologetic. The app is useless too, the only payment that worked was cash. ------------------- Update to the below. Having spoken to customer service, they, to their credit, acknowledged the problem and said that measures were being put in place to improve things by increasing the number of call handlers as an example. It looks like they have as I got straight through on Friday night and the pizza was delivered quite promptly. (Avoid. Whilst the pizzas are fine, forget trying to get a pizza delivered. The management here do not know how to run the place efficiently and under-staff. They are totally unapologetic and do not know the meaning of customer service. I feel sorry for the delivery staff who are generally clueless and are at the brunt of customer complaints.)

This Maidenhead got worse and worse, every time I say I will try it again then I regret it.. today their garlic bread taste rotten, thanks I did taste it before getting my kids having it .. never again .. complete failure!!

Ordered a portion of barbecue wings, that was all I wanted, restaurant was literally empty, but it still took half an hour to give me my food, which once I got home I found out wasn’t what I ordered at all. They instead gave me 12 chicken kickers. Not only did it take half an hour in an empty restaurant to give me the wrong food, but they gave me less than I should’ve had anyway. Not a good end to a stressful day

Very poor delivery service if you are ordering home delivery. They take more than two hours to even deliver within two miles..

Sometimes they mess it up but make up good for it.

Another order, another failure. This is the worst Domino's I've ever offered from. Guy wasn't listening as I ordered, so order turned up wrong. Wasn't listening when I phoned to complain either. Let's see if they really send the right food now. I'm not confident.

Terrible service in the maidenhead store, takes ages for delivery, Pizzas are cold, staff are unhelpful and untrained in customer service, and everything has an excuse! Also the tracking system they use is terrible, ended up waiting 45 minutes in store and by this time my order had come and gone (even though they said it was ready) and it actually turns out they never made it! I like dominos but I would avoid this one

Absolutely appalling they let me order for delivery,took my money and then called me and said that they can't deliver because of the snow which is melted. Also called slough dominoes to see if they were delivering and they said they are. I now can't afford to eat as I won't get my refund for 3 days. If you are unable to deliver then don't give me the option.

There minds were else where when ordering in the shop. And the deliverys are always late I mean like 2 hours late and never pick up the phone. They need the staff replacing as they don't care for the job and customers.

Late, late, late... Ordered a pizza at 7pm and got a cold one at 10! However they have a shortage of drivers so although am not saying it is their fault, the delivery time quoted of 30 mins was so far out this should be a minus review! The pizzas are good if a little pricey and the sides are not worth having.

waited for near enough 2 hours earlier tonight for my order only for them to then deliver the wrong dessert (sent cinnamon dippers instead of the chocolate pizza) then when I tried ringing them, nobody answered the phone so they have seriously annoyed me considering that the dippers are a cheaper option

Over 40 minutes waiting and the app still says 'preparing'. Finally got through to dominos (after over ten minutes), and the guy says another 25 minutes and it will be here. Some sort of rubbish about the order machine breaking. Not going to risk a Friday night order from here again as they obviously can't cope (let's hope the food tastes ok after waiting over and hour and a half)!

Waited far too long for my pizza this Friday evening, about 1 hour and it was disappointigly cold on arrival. I think this is a weekend issue because the midweek orders seem fine. The business should try and cater for greater demand at the weekend.

Tasty food but they really struggle to get orders correct

First order in 6 months after a series of bad experiences. Turns out pizza took 1hr20 minutes and was " delivered" 15 minutes before we got it makes sense as it was cold and undercooked. Plenty of good alternatives in the area. Pizza Della mamma is the one we have bee using . Probably go back there now. It's a shame .always had great service from dominos outside of Maidenhead.

It's a Domino's pizza. Fast on quiet night, can take 90 minutes on busy night!

Best avoided, competitors deal with the obvious busier times better in the area. They don’t use the tracking tool they have accurately, 30 minutes after the tracking said our food was ‘out for delivery’ it was still on the shelf. With a combination of ‘busy’, ‘on its way’ and ‘driver had a failed radiator’ our food made the 4minute car journey after 1hr 40 mins. The food was remarkably fresh for a pizza that had been sat in the car for so long 🤔 Being busy is not the problem, failing to manage it properly and set the correct expectations really is - it isn’t hard. We’ll go elsewhere in future for our Pizza, sHUT the door on this shambles.

Amazing food as you would expect from a Dominos but a bit lacking in customer service

Well you excelled yourselves last night and covered yourselves in glory...NOT. Not only did the food we ordered not arrive for and hour and a half....when it did eventually arrive, you had only sent half the order and it was tepid. We tried calling the store after 45 mins had passed and the phone just rang until it cut off. We tried again a few mins later .... and the same thing happened. The delivery driver arrived and presented the food (well half the order) he was embarrassed and tried so hard to help, but even when he called the store, again, no-one answered. He said that we might get a free pizza the next time we ordered, but obviously he couldn't confirm that. I dont want another pizza, i want my money back for the food that was never delivered. He gave us names to ask for, so we tried calling again ..... again without any success. IF YOU ARE HUNGRY, DON'T BOTHER WITH DOMINOS' MAIDENHEAD, YOU'LL PROBABLY STARVE TO DEATH WAITING FOR YOUR DELIVERY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING, FOOD WAS LUKE-WARM, YOUR ONLY SAVING GRACE WAS THE DELIVERY DRIVER.....

Pizza was mediocre but great value for money

We ordered food through the website. It took over an hour to arrive and when it did there was one item missing and another item was the wrong thing... at least 1 out of 3 was right! When we asked the driver he said “I’m only a driver, you have to ring the store to sort it out”... we tried phoning the store over 10 times and couldn’t get through... it’s a basic level of poor customer service!

2 hours later, no food, despite the app saying that it had been delivered 30mins ago. No one answering the phone so can’t even ask what’s going on. Sadly this is the 3rd time this has happened to us. Use PizzaHut delivery instead!!!!

We have been waiting nearly 2 hours, still no pizza and no one is answering the phone!

As always with Dominos they messed up our order and kept me waiting 30 mins. Plenty of other customers there suffering the same experience. But even given their terrible customer service we always go back don't we!! Can't beat a Dominos!
