This is one of those unassuming takeaways that keep you coming back, every time we visit family nearby. Their chicken shish wraps are highly recommended, particularly the large ones.

Very Disappointed to receive full fat coke instead of Diet Coke - it’s not difficult to substitute with cans or an alternative, I hate full fat coke but apparently had no choice to pay for it and accept it?? Waste of my money!!

They didn’t deliver my order. They called me to say it was on the way and I tracked it on the site. And it was never delivered, but they still took all the money for the order. Terrible service and money lost. Terrible service

We ordered and paid for a large chicken shish with salad we got a small one with no salad we order a donner kebab with salad we got no salad we paid for 1 pot of chilli sauce and 1 pot of garlic sauce and got neither..very disappointed

Get food from here often and it's always fresh, tasty and delivered on time. We got our usual order today, and, unfortunately only half was delivered. Spoke to the store and explained what had happened, and they couldn't apologise enough. Made the missing food fresh and quickly for us and delivered within 10 minutes of the call. They even threw in some extras as an apology. Really nice to find a place that actually cares and appreciates their customer base... something that's hard to find now days!

Terrible. Came Monday a few weeks back. Service lovely - no problem, nice staff. But the place reeked of bad oil! Reheated oil over and over again. Still I was daft enough to order. Anyway, chips were brown and tasteless. Whatever happened to nice golden white fresh chips that do not smell? Still the guy could see nothing wrong with them! Then order mixed lamb shish and donor kebab. Thinking I would get a skewer of lamb shish I was wrong. What he did was give me very tiny piece of lamb shish and covered the bread with a tonne of donor kebab! I mean bucket loads of it. It was awful. I took it back and he said he did me a favour and gave me extra meat. Donor meat, not lamb shish which was hardly any! This place is so bad, i t wasn't like this before. Came home and my jacket smelt of grease that my wife had to hang it outside - this has never happened before which shows how bad the oil was. Then their card machine is out of order! Having read a review 3 months ago saying machine out of order it looks like they only take cash! This place has DODGY written all over it. Oh, and I had a tummy ache all night. AVOID!

The portion size is way too large. I would have happily spent the same money on less content and better quality.

Poor quality meat, whilst making choices of salad, only options of NO or LESS for each item- when order arrived, actually received only the items that were selected as NO, also drink were missing from order. Called to inform/enquire and was rudely told it was my fault, whilst he muttered ‘oh my god’ under his breath, several times. Stated that they will send a new salad and drink , will be half an hour, I informed that I had spent over £25 and would like what I paid for, he put the phone down.

Sadly the lamb I had was really tough, chewy and not nice at all.

Great. Large portion size! So tasty!

We first used this place about 1/2 a year ago. The pizza was delightful and the chips was to die for. We were so happy we had found a good place. However, we went back today and got a collection thinking it would be just as good. Everything was tough and cold, everything must had been sitting around for quite sometime. The pizza was slights greasy and lack in any taste. They had changed the chips and was very lukewarm and not as good, there was suppose to be mezze with them, but nothing. Very disappointed in this meal.

The food was disgusting. I ordered the mix and lamb lamb you cannot even eat. You continue chewing it like a cow and you cannot even bite it off that much chewy not cooked properly salad. One piece of tomato and the rest is just lettuce and cabbage taste of the meat is generally disgusting, no taste as in no flavour plain Wings terrible supposed to be hot wings also just a lot of breading no taste at all as well donor kind of confused. I would expect to be a mixed donor as there were two options of land and a donor meat.

Absolutely awful, do not go here if you want to actually receive what you’ve ordered. I decided to try Lokanta and ordered a chicken Lamb mixed shish. I requested a pot of chilli sauce on the side and made it very clear not to add this to the kebab. When passing me the bag I noticed there was no pot of sauce, they discussed this amongst themselves and passed me the pot, I again said, no chilli sauce on the kebab and they confirmed. I got home and the kebab was smothered in chilli sauce, they clearly realised they’d messed up whilst I was still there and hoped I wouldn’t say anything. I called and it was blamed on being busy. The kebab consisted of loads of overcooked dry chicken and three tiny chunks of lamb. The lamb was so chewy to the point it was inedible. Most certainly won’t use them again. Stick to Kebab elite, much better quality and always get what you’ve paid for! P.s don’t think you can pay by card here as their machine is down and only take cash.

The food taste great and the delivery was early but the only downside is that they don't put the meat inside the pitta bread. having said that I would recommend them as their kebabs and burgers are good. The price is mid range and you get value for money.

Order was wrong but still really tasty

Will never order again! I will ordered 2 kebabs a wrap and chips. Wrap was supposed to have bbq sauce in but came with mayo and one of the kebabs was supposed to have mayo and came with none. I called to say the order was wrong and they apologised and said they would send out a new wrap and kebab. When the driver came back they only sent the wrap and no kebab. I called back again and they were arguing amongst themselves about who in the shop got it wrong. When I asked for a refund because the order was still wrong and the rest of the food was cold by now they said they wouldn’t refund me. All they did was say sorry so I’m left with the food cold and wrong food still

Very very late delivery which was not complete. Absolutely shocking customer services, put the phone down numerous of times. Manager very rude and refused to help with the situation. Disappointed is an understatement - food, delivery time and customer services!! Stay clear - go to kebab elite instead!!

We ordered a takeaway with lokanta tonight and the service we received was appalling, the woman on the phone put the phone down on us 3 times due to us questioning the amount of time the food has taken to get to us, the fact that when we did finally receive the food an hour and 45 minutes later, it was cold and items were missing, we asked for a refund fully in our rights and received an argumentative employee and boss, then which ended with the phone being put down on us mid-conversation.

Very good Turkish grill style food. The kebab wraps are excellent, and *lots* of it, so a healthy portion. Ordering is very slow, and don't take card on premises - best to order online, but then don't trust the timings of when it will be ready.

Twice this week same experience . Late I have called the restaurant tonight and was told on way be 10 minutes. Still no show call again to say just leaving Shocking service.

Rubbish. Was an hour and 45 mins delivery time and the food was cold. The pitta was rock solid. Couldn’t eat it, went in the bin. Waste of time and money.

I cant believe I waited 1 hour 35 minutes for just a chicken shish wrap absolutely ridiculous!!. The lady said they open the shop from 14:00 but still doesn't take that long to make a wrap shocking service !!!

Placed an order for a pizza and received a phone call 25mins later to inform me that they didn’t have 1 of the toppings and would I like a replacement, I then received another phone call a further 25mins later to inform me that they also didn’t have one of the other topping. In total it took 50 minutes to be told this and when asked why it wasn’t said in the first phone call they blamed not having enough drivers when challenged and n this they then said there was only 2 in the restaurant, therefore had to cancel the order and seek an alternative. It’s a shame as have used these multiple times before

I called them back to ask about the meal and they said they would deliver it seperately so I’m total for that 1 meal we waited 1 hour 50 minutes. When I called to ask about my order after 50 minutes of waiting I was told my food will be with me any minute however waited another 20 minutes and called back to be told that the driver was on his way however he had 2 other deliveries to make before he delivered mine. Extremely unhappy with this service especially when my neighbour had the same issues yesterday and ended up cancelling his order. This is a real big shame as I have used LOCANTA a few times prior to this and didn’t have an issue. Providing we waited a considerably long time for our food to come and then missing 1 meal I was not offered any compensation and the lady on the phone was not helpful at all. I had also spent a lot of money on this order and was not happy at all. I would never order for delivery again.

Not sure why there are negative reviews here, I have not used them before, but everything was great, food was hot and delicious, everything i ordered was there and was on time...

First time with them. The food was tasty, the best donor I've had in ages good portions, and the delivery came early.

Over 40 mins late for delivery. Called the restaurant for an update and girl who answered the phone was very dismissive. Was stone cold when it arrived.

Really annoyed had a sick baby and I’m a single mum so not like I could go grab a take away quickly cause my cooker playing up so I placed a order and they accepted it left it 20 mins and then decided to call me and say sorry we can take your order 🤨

Missing half the order, didn’t realise until after I had paid and tipped the delivery driver that I paid £35 + £3 tip for one meal that was under par to say the least.

A straight up kebab takeaway... Amazingly well cooked food the chicken has a great char barking to the meat, expertly cooked.....salad excellent as well as fresh bread great chili sauce too Have been coming here for the last 18 months and it is always perfect.... never had a even mediocre one...

Fantastic selection. Whatever you're feeling they've got an option for, so if you're like my partner and me, fancying pizza and burger separately, it's all freshly cooked on the spot and tasting great! Their delivery options are a lot less online than in store however, so for a full menu you'll have to look them up and call directly to store, or just drop in!

Been using them for a few years now! Love the Kebabs! Can't fault them, food is always hot, friendly driver, great taste. Definitely recommend them!

Great to see a restaurant doing a variety of flavoured CALZONES. The variety of WRAPS are DELICIOUS TOO & less messy to eat!! The LAMB DONER WRAP, The HALLOUMI WRAP, MIXED SHISH WRAP & The FALAFEL & HUMMUS WRAP are ALL YUMMY too & GARLIC BREAD AND CHEESE 👌😋😋 as for the CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE ... well ... 30 SECS in the microwave then eat with a spoon! 😁 GENEROUS PORTION SIZES TOO. Paid on FOOD HUB ONLINE ... VERY QUICK DELIVERY.. I always have trouble paying with my card but 1 phone call to the restaurant and they just send me a payment Link to my phone ... sorted!!! I ordered a mix kebab combo but it came more lamb and chicken kebab. There were only 1 kofta and 4 pieces of lamb shish. I was a bit disappointed.

We ordered two wraps and the were soooo good!! I could only eat half and save the other half for lunch the next day, and it was still just as good! Generous with the filling!

The order came slightly early, which is always a bonus. The food was hot, and clearly it had been freshly cooked. The portion sizes were massive, and it was tasty comfort food

This Resturant was honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. We had a friends baby shower here and the staff was amazing. I Would like to say a big thank you to Tanya and Apple for all of their help! I highly recommend going for a visit to enjoy amazing food and great service. :)
