Nice pizzas and good taste . Definitely would Love to try again. Quick and nicely packaged. Myself and friends had a great time.

Great selection, can't wait to try something new next time,but I do like my pizza hot ,especially in the centre..always spotless inside.

Pizza from this Dominoes is very good cooked perfectly cooked and delivered hot. The delivery is quick with polite delivery drivers. Thank you.

Utter rubbish service! Never get a delivery from hear because it never turns up! Person who answered the phone is rude too!

Ordered. Took over 90 minutes to arrive. When it did the driver was already in the car by the time we realised that a whole large pizza was missing. Rest of food was barely warm. Tried to call and it took ten minutes for someone to answer. When they did they made some escuse and promised the missing pizza was going to be made and put at top of queue to deliver. Fast forward an hour and there is nothing. Ring again, took fifteen minutes this time to be answered and then put on hold. FInally get through to someone who doesn't speak particularly good English and after explaining to her 3 times what the problem is her solution was do you want us to send out the entire order again. Erm... NO!! Asked for a refund to be told that it will take 3-5 days to process. Somehow, I doubt it will get refunded and I'll be dealing with this later in the week.

Domino’s advertised a free pizza for NHS staff on the 20th March... surprise surprise, Burton Dominoes stated they were not participating!!! As a regular customer and a front line worker for the NHS, understandably this is extremely demoralising in the current climate, comes to something when companies do not honour there advertising campaign and you can’t even get a free pizza! Morally corrupt to capitalise on other people’s circumstances. Hope you don’t need it, but if and when you do, I really hope you appreciate the free NHS!!! Ethically disgusting!

Have had many nice pizza takeaways over the years - last Saturdays ‘treat’ simply tasteless - phoned to complain, offered a refund but told would take 5-7 days, one week later still no refund received - was told they’d need to speak to the manage later that day....still nothing two days later again - so poor pizza and customer service - will not be using Dominos again

We always use Domino’s in Burton for our pizza treat night. The delivery is always within a reasonable time and the food is always hot, delivered by friendly drivers. I love the fact that if you order through the app, you can store your favourite pizza toppings, get the benefit of deals and offers and also track the progress of your pizza from the making of it, the baking of it, right through to the delivery.

Always liked Dominos pizza, we had one every few weeks but have missed out for a while. Ordered last night and nothing.... Shown as out for delivery 15 mins after the order, still nothing... Phoned just over an hour after the order and thoroughly disinterested girl said it would arrive in 5 to 10 mins. Nope, nothing, absolute zero. Eventually after an hour and fifty minutes it still hadn’t arrived so phoned to cancel and get a refund. Abysmal service and attitude but it used to be so very good! We’ll try elsewhere in future...

I had a delivery that I never ordered, OK mistakes happen, however, I noticed a large oil stain on my drive in the position the driver had parked his car. I got nowhere with the local outlet so I contacted their office in Milton Keynes, they were sympathetic and offered to send me some vouchers, guess what, still waiting. Customer Service is ZERO and for this reason, I’m out and if I fancied Pizza it wouldn’t be on of theirs.

My son ordered a pizza, it was over 35 mins late even though we waited over an hour anyway. When it finally got here it was cold, the chicken wings were over cooked and dry. We've had better pizza from Morrison's. After ringing dominos I was put on hold for 10 mins then I spoke to a young girl who had no idea what she was doing as there was no manager there. Apparently I'm getting a full refund so let's see.

Pizza nicely done, drivers don't ask to keep the change before you even get the pizza out of the bag..

My order was accidentally incorrect and I needed a refund. I Rang the store manager and was provided with amazing customer service allowing this issue to be solved quickly. Excellent food and very good management. 10/10 customer service:)

Absolutely shocking ,mistakes and no refunds just sorry. No customer service regard whatsoever They really need some training at all levels here and the franchise needs reviewing.

Very disappointed last night,pizza wasn’t cut properly,very watery and before finishing it ended up being a pile of mush,threw most of it away.

The pizza is ok when they get the order right . Everything is to bloody expensive. The chicken is nice but for the money ! Not a place I'll be visiting soon unless they sort their pricing structure out !

Another family night in Burton, with superb pizza from Domino’s. Delivery was spot on, with the food arriving quickly and it was hot and tasty.

Do not give these people your card details, they have stolen £51 from my account this week whilst we were away, when I spoke with their regional manager today he couldn’t care less I’ve reported them to Staffordshire police card fraud team.

Order arrived without dips. An hour later still waiting and we only 10 minutes from them. Called twice still no dips and now pizza cold. So cross. Rubbish service!!

awful... first time I ordered it took two and a half hours second time 3 hours. Driver kept getting lost on both occasions, and both times order was either wrong or cold. Promised a refund. Never happened

We have used Domino's many times before and the food delivered and service has been very good.

Ordered a takeaway at 7:30 to be delivered at 8:15 and it never turned up. Spoke to the store 5 times and they just kept telling lies. Will be ringing there head office Monday! Never use this store!

Our order was placed online at 19.50pm the order took over an hour to arrive and when it did we found we were one pizza missing. The rest of the food that was received was barely like warm!

We decided that to try and not be pigs we would get small pizzas for the children and medium pizzas for my wife and I. In the end this turned out much more expensive than getting two large pizzas and arguing over the toppings.

Llamamos para comida para llevar, 3 pizzas, uno estaba equivocado. Al principio sonó para quejarme y una señorita hablaba nos pusieron a un director, Él escuchó nuestra queja luego colgó. Sonó de nuevo la misma señora respondió y dijo que nos pusieron a otro gerente, nuevo teléfono era poner, de nuevo hablamos señora que dijo que enviaría una pizza gratis y coca cola. 30 segundos más tarde nos trajeron dos más pizzas, 25 minutos más tarde 2 más pizzas entregado con coca cola.

Good takeaway food, reasonably fast delivery. You can order online and it tells you the progress of your food :-)

The food is very nice and always warm, the staff are friendly. The downside is the price, it can be expensive even when you make use of the deals

I have ordered from this Domino's plenty of times and have always been okay with the delivery service and the quality of the food.

I ordered a meal two weeks ago and I have never experienced such incompetency and a lack of customer service in my life. I'm a regular customer, I've never had any problems prior to this, always great food and service but on this occasion the driver firstly underpaid us in our change and once he realised he then overpaid us which we didn't realise until after he'd left. He came back aggressively banging down the door, verbally abusing us, bombarding us with text messages and calls and also trying the door handle to walk into our home! We were too scared to go to the door and have all of this on CCTV footage and I was still being called a liar. I offered to drive the remaining payment to dominos which we were then told to forget about it and the incident would be passed on to the manager. "Customer Services" then emailed me stating "the driver has been spoken to" and "what is it you were expecting the outcome to be?" I'm at a loss for words with the disgusting level of customer services. Horrible experience.

Nice pizza but don't deliver to some local areas which is a pain. Quite expensive for a pizza but you expect that from dominos

Ordered a pizza at 7:20 for delivery at 8:00 there was no sign of the delivery. ordered again at 8:20 for delivery at 9:00 , still no delivery at 9:20 . Rang up at 9:30 to see where the pizzas were. I was told that after all the conformation pages and emails, my pizzas should of atleast been ordered properly. I was told that they had no recalection of my order on their system. A rubbish end to a perfect night . It is poor value for money. The whole idea of a takeout delivery is you get it delivered on the same day.It should be excellence simply delivered like DHL. And they should get it right first time.

Placed order at 11-00 for delivery at 12-30. Telephoned them at 12-50 when order had not arrived. Were told it was on it's way! Telephoned again at 13-30 and were told again it was on it's way and that we would receive some free puddings as compensation. Finally arrived at 14-00. Half of order was missing! Telephoned again and was told that they would bring the rest of the order and the free puddings in an hour (15-00). It is now 16-45 and the rest of the order has still not arrived, no free puddings and we are all very disappointed. This was a once a year get together and Dominoes did not deliver!!!

On pick up it's buy one get one free. Amazing value and so fresh and fast. Nice selection, BBQ my fave!
