Domino's Pizza in Belfast

Absolutely disgusting how my delivery went tonight the sauce was falling off the pizza. I had ordered a half and half large one half tandoori house other half onions,herbs,chicken and tandoori chicken when I received my pizza there was bqq sauce everywhere pepperoni on evey slice even thought one half wasn’t even meant to have any pepperoni im very very disappointed with dominos tonight how hard is it to get a order right like are use that simple mined you can’t read the ingredients on the screen 🤬 absolute twits

While staying in Belfast for a few days we ordered £72 worth of food for our family to be delivered to our hotel in the middle of town. The food was delicious as always from domino’s we all enjoyed it. The delivery was quick and everything was there we had ordered I’d definitely order again from here if I’m in Belfast.

I got back from a weekend at my partner's house and as a treat, I ordered a meal for one (small pizza, "garlic bread" and a can for £9.99). I ordered it at about 7pm and requested for it to be delivered at 8 The order did not arrive until 8.40pm. The pizza and bread were barely warm, and there was no garlic in the garlic bread. I've tried ringing to complain and no one will answer the phone. Take your business elsewhere.

After a long day of a dance competition me and my freinds we’re starving so ordered dominos. 2 hours go bye no sign of the food. We get a parent to call to see if it was on the way then they say after 5 calls that they cancelled it because we can’t pay in cash?? So my ma n friends ma had to get the receptionist to drive a bus with jus them two to all the way up to dominos and give out. Honestly such a bad experience and very rude and unprofessional! With no discount or anything complementary

I ordered from here during a night in Belfast. While Dominos is a chain restaurant it was still tasty and easy to order from if you are in a pinch. Although, the herbs on the pizza caused me to have terrible heartburn.

I wish I could give this less than one star. My fiancé and I ordered our pizza at 1am for delivery at 3.15am as we were staying up to watch Game of Thrones, at 25 past 3 we tried to call the store and this just rang out 8 times!! My fiancé is now standing at the shop being shouted at by an extremely rude member of staff saying that the order was cancelled which it wasn’t. He then told my partner that the driver called the number provided which they didn’t. I am extremely disappointed at the extreme lack of customer care. My partner isn’t the only person that went to the store, another man drove to the store and got the same attitude. In the end up it turns out that the staff cancelled the order themselves because there were so many orders! Ridiculous!

Ordered a pizza from the Lurgan store for delivery! 45 minutes later I finally got my pizza even though it’s 10 minutes out the road! The driver was angry and moody! Terrible customer service! By the time I got the pizza it was just about warm and the box is covered in grease to the point I couldn’t actually finish my pizza! I’m absolutely disgusted and I’ll not be visiting domino’s any time soon!!!🤬

They don‘t deliver our order because we are a large group and they think we won‘t pay for it We also phoned with them but they won‘t deliver our order!

We--a group of 35 musicians--wanted to order a stack of pizza for the whole band. After an impolite telephone we were told that they do not trust us with the large amount of pizzas. How sad to leave everybody so hungry and to lose such a good opportunity to make money!

We ordered about 18 pizza for a large group of people. After a long time a call came from the dominos that our order is being refused because they don't trust us that we'd pay and called us liars. Really bad tempered guys working there.

Andrew was very friendly and couldn’t do more to help us!!! We rang late at night twice to change the order and he accommodated both times

We ordered two large pizzas and received one medium and one large. The manager was very understanding of the miscommunication and assured us that a new pizza was on its way while we could also keep the original order! When the new pizza arrived it came with a little box of cookies too! The service we received for one order was first class! Will be repeat customer's to this store! 😄

TWO times I have ordered a domino's delivery to be met with a hair in my pizza. You would think after the first hair complaint they would ensure that it wouldn't happen again but clearly not. When complaining about the second hairy pizza we were told that the order had to be returned for them to process the refund. So we then had to wait 30 minutes for the delivery driver to return to collect the food. AVOID

Convenient to many on a night out or for students, stays open till 5am and has a good customer service from a female member of staff

Nos estamos recuperando de una dosis grave de intoxicación alimentaria de este lugar! No sé por qué pedí de ellos, normalmente las pizzas apareció quemado y no mucho en absoluto. Una vez que apareció y abastecerse totalmente. se deslizaba Pero oh dios mi pareja y hemos tenido una barriga llena literalmente. . . . No hay punto en contacto con ellos para decirles, pero ten cuidado. Putrid. :

Así pedimos pizza a 9. 50 última noche en comer solo que esperar casi 2 horas pensando nuestra pizza. Entonces tratamos de llamar a la tienda para conseguir varias veces sin respuesta! Así llamamos dominos west belfast y nos dijeron que dominó el sur cierran a las diez de la noche y que no había nada que o podíamos hacer. Pagamos por este con tarjeta y dice transferido y aún no conseguí comida o incluso un mensaje a decir que no podían conseguir nuestras pizzas! Desastres bloody! Eso es algo de servicio al cliente!

Todo mal cuando llamamos última noche! Pedidos deshecha completamente olvidado uno de nuestro grupo, y el tipo que tenía una actitud terrible. Él muy groseramente me dijo otro cliente de hablar a su amigo, porque él estaba tomando una llamada, vergonzoso ella delante de todo el mundo presentes. Era un extraño juego - también había 2 mujeres haciendo todo el trabajo por hacer todas las pizzas, luego unos 8 chicos parado en la vuelta charlando entre sí, y el chico grosero en la cajas. Estuvimos allí durante casi una hora en total. No tire en algunas galletas gratis como una disculpa por la espera y líos, pero no volvería allí de nuevo! La comida fría en el momento en que a todos nos sirve. . .

I love dominos!! It's my favourite pizza in the whole world, the service here was very good, actually got the order right and the woman who served me was very friendly! However... I felt like I didn't get enough toppings on my pizza, I ordered a Hawaiian and I'm not a fan of just cheese and the pizza sauce on its own, it had to have stuff on it and I just thought there wasn't loads on it, I know maybe ur trying to save money but it lets the thing down, other than that I still love dominos and will still to all the other ones !

Have ordered from west Belfast store and got order wrong every time! Will not be ordering again and so expensive place is a joke would not recommend at all !!

Pizza realmente media, no vale la pena el desorbitado precio. Preferiría más hacer una masa fresca en casa y tener un poco de diversión que es con los niños. Hay muchos mucho mejor, más saludables y más baratas opciones locales alrededor de la ciudad. Realmente decepcionante para ver un clásico italiano dada la preposterously caro y aburrido tratamiento de comida de cadena. Hora de salida cualquier Little Wing o Greens Pizza establecimientos si buscas algo real.

No sé qué toda la agitación, coberturas muy luminosa y tarta masa media, ahórrate un 10 libras y conseguir una congeladas!

Pide el invierno oferta de supervivencia para ser entregado y queríamos la media de pizza y media. Pedimos coberturas completamente diferentes por ambos lados, pero cuando la pizza llegó, ambas partes habían ambas coberturas, algunas de las cuales ninguno de nosotros nos gustó. También en la oferta decía que venía con donuts, y nos dieron las galletas. En general bastante decepcionado

Pizza excelente siempre. La comida es normalmente siempre caliente y el pan de pizza de ajo es delicioso. Normalmente entregar en el 30-40 minutos. Es un poco caro, pero puedes conseguir en línea los códigos de descuento.

Pizza at its best. Nice and hot, fresh and tasty. Thats it in a nut shell. Try some and you won't be disappointed.

Delivery is, for the most part, within thirty minutes. The food is, for the most part, hot on delivery, though on the odd occasion it is almost cold.Delivery staff are normally very helpful, especially the foreign people who work for the company.
