Name brand with quality pizza in cheap price always look out if any deals going on. Takes about 15 mins to get served from the time you place your order.

Zack was so helpful at the hove branch and really paid attention to our complex order! 5* customer service! Will deffo be paying a visit soon

Orders are always and i mean ALWAYS messed up in one way or another. Garlic is NEVER EVER added to pizza's despite ALWAYS requesting it. Pizza is NEVER properly cut and boxes are NEVER properly sealed. Takes them over an hour to deliver to a location which is less than half a mile away. Just trash service in every aspect. Such simple jobs, if you cant be bothered then apply elsewhere. Honestly how do you fools get away with messing up every order. Something as simple as garlic on pizza which is never done. Complained about this before, happy to evidence in case you try suggest its a one off.

Really lovely food. Friendly staff and much better than the Pizza Hut restaurant. The prices are good as well. Big New Yorker is my favourite.

Very good customer service after an error on an order placed. The person on the phone was very helpful and I would order form here again.

My pulled beef pizza with BBQ sauce had five pieces of meat and that, apparently, included the extra meat I had ordered. Not cheap at £19.50 🫢 Pizza Express have increased their prices and reduced the amount of topping they put in their pizza.

Placed order via their app, selected to have their NEW vegan cheese. Not 5 minutes after placing my order I had a phone call from their branch in Hove telling me they were out of vegan cheese and they could make my order without cheese!!? Not offering me anything else in place of it, so paying full price still but missing this key ingredient out…. Then I was told that the app would still allow the order and PAYMENT to go through even if they didn’t have the items for sale! I was then offered a refund if I wanted to chase customer services in my own time! I asked after a manager and was told he wasn’t there and to search for the branches number as the employee didn’t had a clue what his stores own number was! I then questioned who the mobile number belonged to he was calling me from? It was his own personal mobile phone that he now has my phone number on…. GDPR!!! I suggest if someone from Pizza Hut customer service or head office sees this they contact me ASAP Order number #6662654574

Place was well kept, was a quick and easy collection process on getting the pizza and staff were decent and kind as well and easy to talk to

Ordered 6 pizzas on line and various sides. Only half the order arrived. I hung on for half an hour. No answer on the phone. In the end I had to go there myself to complain. Eventually they remade the full order and I delivered it to the party but the party was spoilt as everyone was waiting 1hr and 30mins Absolutely disorganised in the shop. AVOID

Dreadful service. Dreadful food. Need I say any more? 😂😰😂 The entire restaurant is geared but to supply takeaways for the various home delivery companies. They come 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Restaurant customers just wait and wait and wait. ps Don’t forget you were warned! 😂🤢😰

Ordered at 6.10 pm was told 30-45 mins arrived at7.40 pizza was stone cold and burnt very disappointed after such a long wait won’t be using again.

Terrible food. Could not even finish one slice of pizza where it tasted so foul, and the one piece I did manage to consume made me and my husband extremely ill. Chicken was definitely not right as it had an awful smell to it as well. Contacted Pizza Hut direct to advise them of the issue and was completely fobbed off. Complete waste of money as I had to throw the whole lot away, and their food isn't exactly cheap!!! Will not use again.

Tommys nice. 10 stars!!! Pizzas were round (not to mention the pepperonis), and it's good. Would shop there again. I'm no fool : pizza huts cool! 10 stars!!

Ordered online and was told to collect in twenty minutes. Waited in the shop for a further 30 mins. Staff were lovely but something is clearly wrong with the managing of this shop.

Been a couple of times, no real atmosphere basically its a cheap place to drink away the hours. Personally I'd rather spend more for drinks at a place that has a decent ambience and where people aren't just there to drink. Each to his / her own I guess.

Waited 90 minutes for our order only to be served Cold Soggy Pizza phoned up to complain and was told we will re do your order. Waited yet another 60 minutes and phoned again was lied to by guy on phone was told he had left 15 minutes ago i said it was rediculous to have to wait 2 1/2 hours for a hot pizza and was gonna contact their head office and he replied "" Ok Right " and hung up. Another ten minutes later at 21 40 the delivery arrived the guy said it was not true he had left 15 minutes ago he was still in the store at 21.30. The replacement order was as bad as the first but with some cold wedges and garlic bread thrown in as apology. !!!!!

Ordered vegetable supreme pizza waited ages, then was told only be couple of minutes but box was so hot burnt my hands carrying it ( only live next block) got it home and was burnt round edges and all over cooked

Well after ordering 2 pizzas and wedges as a treat for my family i waited over an hour and 15 minutes for it to be delivered,phoning twice to ask where my pizza was it finally arrived 30minutes after leaving the shop ( I live 5mins away by car!!!) the delivery driver very polite but asked me to read the receipt as he’d forgotten his glasses!!! Maybe that’s why it took him 30 mins to get to my house which should have taken 5minutes - very disappointing and expensive, the pizzas were cold and congealed, wedges were terrible, phoned up a third time to complain no replacement but was offered a code to get £10 off my next pizza - but have to use it within 3 weeks!. I really don’t think I’m going to fancy pizza for a very long time. I certainly wouldn’t recommend using this franchise.

Dreadful service; order a pizza for delivery, waited over an hour before calling the restaurant to be advised that it had been delivered to another address but that they could have a replacement out in 5 minutes which led me to believe they had forgotten. I declined; Glad I was planning to pay by cash as the only thing I had missed out on was an hour. Avoid.

Cant go wrong with a pizza,this place has loads on the menu and plenty of sides to choose from,delivery is a wait and the price for what you get is expensive.

Gluten free pizza and other gf diet needs met,very happy with Pizza express as can eat with family and friends ,Sainsbury needs to update and move with times

Así que hoy mi esposa y yo decidimos coger una pizza de aquí en vez de dominó, qué decepción! Después de esperar 1 horas y 15 minutos (Vivo a 10 minutos andando. La comida llegó) Pizza caliente, sin salsas, Luke cuñas de roca dura y brownies que debió de haber sido llamado burnties! No me sirve la comida a los presos condenados a muerte! Espantoso!

Good pizza helpful staff, busy average prices and also in a good location. Bus stop is about 2 mints away, the city citycentre mall is about 5 mints away.

Hemos dado a este lugar el beneficio de la duda varias veces. Caso patético. Franquicia de desastres. Nunca el orden justo. Cuando rectificar, por el tiempo que llega no se molestó. Se requiere 3 cosas - take away, pizza, entrega. Para qué preocuparse si no lograr 2 de 3. Servicio pésima.

Atendimento rápido com um bom ambiente para ir com amigos ou família, a pizza é boa, mas não melhor que a nossa do Brasil

Sorry to have to report disappointing meal from this hut which I had used regularly. My pizza was undercooked and soggy. When the manager eventually responded to my e.mail complaint I was offered a meal voucher but I am put off using them again as it was so horrible and ended up in my bin! I have instead requested a refund via PayPal.

Whenever we fancy a pizza, this is the place we always order from. It's quick and easy to order off their website, and is delivered within 30 minutes. Always arrives hot and always tastes delicious.This is one of our favourite takeaways and we love that...

Whenever I feel like a pizza this is the only place for me. The kids will only eat Pizzas from here and the staff are always very efficient and friendly.
