Domino's Pizza in Belfast

Horrific completely avoid at all costs, ordered a family meal, a large pizza without cheese, arrived over an hour later with cheese, rang the restaurant and 9 times they hung up on me , keep saying sorry to busy call back later, asked for the manager he was extremely rude and hung up the phone, binned the pizza, called into the shop the next evening, showed explained what happened, showed the call list, to make matters worse all this took place in the back of an ambulance trying to make sure the kids were feed while I attended the hospital emergency with my mum, was issued a refund and told another manager would contact me, they never did, the order total was £55 and over the last few years countless amounts spent in this business, terrible customer service no words!

Amazing service, quality food and honestly really wholesome staff members. Food was taking a bit longer than extra, guy cam up and was really apologetic, even offered a few drinks free of charge for the wait. 100%reccomend to any families lookin for a nice break from cooking.

Disgusting, I have never had a pizza as bad as this £25 for something I could get in Asda or Tesco for a fiver.. the guy that delivered it looked embarrassed because he knew how rubbish this was never again will I order a dominos pizza total rip off.

Another amazing experience by using the app. I have never been able to find any fault with Doninoes as the service and the quality of the pizza is amazing! The only criticism I would say is that it is expensive but you certainly do get what you pay for!

When i went to pick up my pizza there was a driver an he had an insixd staff by the throat i was so scared ans also got my food cold

We live in the area and generally order from domino's as a family treat for the kids but every delivery now is an uncooked doughy pizza base with half melted cheese and terrible toppings. Complain time after time about the same rubbish uncooked pizzas but tonight was the final domino's continue 2 not listen to their customers. Even the kids are sick of it they don't even want it ordered anymore.

Absolutely disgusting service. The staff was busy chit chatting among themselves rather than serving customers. I was the only customer, It was an online order, all I had to do was to pick up my order but it took seven minutes for someone to greet me. I would rather prefer to go to Shirley rather than the Belfast branch.

Had a late night pizza from here because hotel restaurant was closed and we were able to have it sent to hotel, the pizza was alright but nothing to write home about. Driver was friendly enough.

Domino's is like any other fast-food restaurant. You know what you get, no surprises. This domino is the same, good quality but no gourmet style. Service was Good do wil use it again if I'm near.

I visited this Dominos recently, and the food was great. The staff were great, but there was a delay in having my food handed to me, so that is something that Dominos can work on. Great food, and i recommend it to anyone.

Don't know what everyone is whinging about. This dominos is fantastic. Large pizza for £8.99 yes that's right unlike Bangor where they charge up to £11.99. The restaurant is clean. The pizzas are YUMMY the service is excellent. If you want to go to other rip off franchises then go and good luck bur we think that Domino's Glengomely offers fantastic value for money pizzas and quality.

As a loyal customer I called today to order my usual dough balls and double decadence Base to be told BOTH are no longer available! I then realised every other store in Belfast still offers these optional options however refused to deliver to my address! To get my order I would have to take a taxi to the other side of the city and back! I'm very upset and it pains me to say I will not be back as they were not very accommodating at all!

I ordered a personal garlic bread pizza, half way through eating it I noticed an unusual texture and spat it out, there was pepperoni stuck to the base, being a veggie I was horrified!! I brought the garlic bread back to the shop and asked calmly why this happened? The guy incharge was did not have a clue how to speak yet alone handle a customer complaint, all he said was "what do you want me to do about it" maybe better customer service and complaints handling is required!! I was told the area manager would phone me after 4pm yesterday- and never bothered!!!! I was sick to my stomach after discovering the pepperoni on my pizza but the service is shocking, Will never be back!!!.

Running a special for 2 mediums pies. Only needed one but what the heck. Delivery was timely and pizza was hot. Hamburger and onion was skimpy on the toppings. Sausage and pepperoni was much better. Americans beware, sausage in the U.K. Is not what you are expecting. It is thinly cut slices of link sausage. First look it seems to be all pepperoni, but it's not. That being said, the sausage / pepperoni was quite tasty. Overall was satisfied. Stayed at the Hilton and had them give us the local dominos number. They know the best dominos location to order from.

I'm not even sure where to start, but this is my local store. After about 1am they deliberately avoid the telephone (ringing in the store). I know this because multiple times I have walked over to find the phone ringing and nobody picking up. Their managerial staff are terrible, their delivery times are awful and their customer service is non existent. Avoid at all costs.

This shop advertises that it is open until 5am. We phoned for 1 hour and a half up til 5am to try and order a pizza and not one person answered a phone. This was an absolute disgrace and ruined a good night. To be honest, you just shouldn't bother. You really need to learn to have actual real times on your website instead of disappointing customers. We most definitely will not be back. Ps. Doesn't even deserve 1 star

Ordered a buy one get one free large veggie pizzas yesterday. Came quick and fir four hungry folk fed us well. Gr8 deal, price, delivery and taste!!

I am absolutely appalled, robbed me of my money and didn't even bring the food I ordered, I was left starved. 1:15 am last night I paid over the phone and never received my order! The delivery man brought me the wrong order first (after I told them on the phone they got my order wrong) and they still brought a completely different order, the delivery man came around 2:15am and told me he was going to bring me my correct order, 3am passed no one showed, 4am passed no one showed, you point blank robbed me off my money and I'm going to sue

Visited antrim rd Dominos &floor; flithy with dirty rag on floor.messy workstation &no; hands washed in between handling pepperomi &then; handling cheese!!!5 guys standing around ICudnt believe how untidy/dirty it was.then overcooked nearly burnt &dried; up pizza . At this price nearly £11.00 it was disgusting.this place needs closed whilst it cleans up. Lisburn is spotless counters frequently wiped down &hands; washed &pizzas; perfect.obviously different owner franchise.wont b bk at Antrim rd branch again.

I have got domino's pizza in different locations this domino's just made me soooo sad. Never again....

Lovely meal and didn't have to wait to long. From the woman who took my order to the guy who delivered our meal. First class and very tasty, would recommend dominoes pizza Antrim Road Belfast.

Got this delivery to my house and the food was like cardboard and burnt, I may as well ate some burnt powder was terrible will not order again. I have had better frozen pizzas for 1£, I would give less than one star if I could

I too ordered a pizza from Dominos Antrim Road last week and had exactly the same experience. The pizza toppings were so burnt they were unrecognisable. It cost £13 but was totally inedible and went in the bin. Never again will I order anything from Dominos.

Love Domino's ... Consistently good throughout the branches. Also love the chicken wings. Wish they would open one closer to Holywood.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza from here on last week online that was the was the easy part. What arrived was something resembling a burnt offering of biblical proportions. It was inedible and at 12 quid was not worth the money. Avoid this place at all costs.

Always get my order wrong. Sometimes they forget the dip, give me the wrong side order or leave out one of my toppings. Lisburn road Domino is better, haven't had a wrong order ever there
