“Manager” offered to have a fight with me outside as I didn’t get my refund from 3 weeks ago ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER

They got my order wrong. Phoned up and repeatedly called ‘darling’ in a condescending manner. Wasn’t willing to help rectify their mistake. Ask to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager! I’m not your darling. You’ve lost a customer now.

Have been using this outlet for about 5 years now. The staff have been happy and friendly. In the last 6 months the front of house staff when going in to collect have got a smile on their face and are pleasant and welcoming. Occasionally use delivery (depending on deals on offer) and have had no issues. Orders (delivery and collection) are ready on time, products are to spec, and will keep using.

Pizza as a family treat and app said delivery 20-30 min! 1 hour later no pizza 😢 when the order arrived it was someone else's 😢. Called the store who asked me to keep the order to one side and await a fresh new order within 20 minutes. 30 minutes later they called to say they hadn't even started cooking it 🤣 Didn't bother collecting the other order. Hungry angry wife and kids. BEWARE I think it may be under new management and they don't know what they are doing. Don't rely on them they ruined our night. They said they wanted to put it right but did nothing to even try. They said they would be in touch but didn't bother. Been ordering since the franchise opened well over 10 years ago. My advice is don't risk it and use somewhere else more reliable. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Avoid, we ordered last night and was made out to be a liar. We ordered and asked for the driver to ring when they were outside, never received any calls. I even called the store to check on the status of the order, to be told they had left about 7 minutes ago. I was then called by a rude and frankly can only be described as a vile “manager” who stated that their driver had returned to the store with our order as we hadn’t answered the phone, I explained I had not received any calls and can prove this. We were then told the order would be re delivered but it would be the same one and would be cold, and they could not refund me, as they had evidence that the driver had tried to call me Avoid at all costs I will not be ordering from there ever again, the staffs attitude and customer service stinks

Ordered some pizzas for collection, 10-15 minutes it said on the app. An hour and a half later and the order is still in the 'prep' phase. We called to find out what is going on and they said they hadn't got our order and that it was lost. They couldn't have sounded less interested and did nothing whatsoever to try and help in the circumstances. What an absolute disgrace to the customer service industry. Avoid at all costs.

i ordered a pizza last night, it said the driver will ring you to arrange a safe 2mtr distance to hand over your pizza, the driver turned up wearing no gloves and no mask and hand delivered it to me, i then preceded to open my pizza which was folded in half like it had been dropped on the floor and then put back in the box, it was a mess and i couldn't eat it, they sell pound shop pizzas at Harrods prices, there staff are dirty the shop is dirty and i would never eat from here again its that dirty it should be closed down

Said it been delivered when it hadn’t, then it was on its way. Rang back 30mins later, still not hear. Had to way another 30mins for them to make again 2.30 hours wait for a pizza that’s only 1 mile away. Normally quick but won’t be using again

The food as always was great, but I was told that I could have 3 toppings on one pizza and one on the other for the £7.99 collection deal. When I was told the price was £15.57, I queried this therefore and was told that it, was extra for the third topping, despite being told I could subtract it from the second pizza earlier in the conversation. Decided to order online instead as on phone was told one thing then changed mind and insisted on charging more. Would put me off in future and I'd warn others that they don't mean always what they say. Other than that polite and food was good

Ordered from here this week after vowing never to do so again after being delivered a pizza with a mouldy base. This time we recieved under cooked garlic bread, under cooked wedges and pizzas that were Lukewarm at best.

Rude staff, cold food with hardly any toppings, wrong items sent. Horrible experience. Would rather eat glass than go there again.

Pizza from this dominos used to be good. Not anymore. The pizza was cold with sparse toppings and no tomato sauce. Phoned to complain and just not interested. Won’t be ordering from them again

Visit was awful. Ordered online when arriving I could see on screen our order should be ready. Stood waiting for 10 mins before someone told me that they had missed a pizza off our order, this is the second time this has happened to us. We were offered a free side or cookies which would be fine if this had not been the second time this has happened to us. While I was waiting a member of staff was throwing pizza boxes at colleges and then was sweeping the floor, picked the brush up and was play fighting with it, waving it around food. If staff have time to act like this surely our food should be ready when it’s meant to be and things shouldn’t be missed off?! When leaving I was asked to leave my email so they could send me a voucher as a way of apology. I still haven’t received this.

Feeling peckish I dashed in for a couple of pizzas for tea. Very helpful in selection and a two-for-one offer selected, although looking later there were better offers. Freshly prepared, so a twenty minute wait but worth it. Very fresh, tasty and filling with a complimentary dip. Just as an aside, a telephone conversation was taking place with one of their drivers struggling to find an address. In full hearing of any customers and the comments after hanging up were far from professional. That's what back offices are for!

Lovely pizza.. never been a fan of pizzas but the smell on every visit to the centre finally tempted me inside.. had standard cheese and tomato and was pleasantly surprised..

Ordered a collection here and gave 1.5 hours notice. When I was waiting for my pizzas one of the staff asked which pizza needed the extra topping? She then took a boxed pizza from the collection rack, opened the box put the toppings on then closed the box. I then found out this was mine. When I complained I asked for the manager and was told none on the premises. The acting supervisor was not interested and refused to give her name. How can you run a business with a couple of young inexperienced staff with no management, putting raw food on cooked pizza. I had already paid by card so no refund available. I threw the food away and will not use again. AVOID THIS PLACE DUE TO RISK OF FOOD POISONING. SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.

Arrived in 1 hour and 30 minutes, some cold and some items over cooked. When we rang to inform we were not happy they told us to return it! Not helpful nor friendly. I haven't and won't be ordering again from here.

Awesome pizza I got for lunch meatballs with BBQ sauce and onions it was THE best pizza I've ever had! Yum

ordered on my daughters birthday and it was terrible! pizza bases like cardboard hardly any toppings and utterly tastless! better at a greasy takeaway! thanks for ruining my daughters birthday with this muck, even the dog didnt eat it!

Sé que esto es una cadena para llevar y en realidad no debería ser comida de alta calidad, pero el servicio y la comida recibida fue horrible! Primero de todo la comida tardó una hora y media en llegar y cuando no llega la comida estaba fría y el alitas de pollo que son supongo que será cubierto en salsa caliente de Anna Frank. Así fueron en seco como un hueso. La pizza que pedí no tenía coberturas y el probado poco hecha y pastoso.

Good hot fresh pizza delivered to your door. The choice of options with regards to base, cheese and contents is immense.

Realmente nos antojaba una pizza cursi, terminó con mi pizza siendo más pequeña que la grande pedí y no solo eso, sino que las coberturas no estar en cualquier lugar cerca de suficiente para llenar la pizza. Me parece muy caro Domino's a menos que tengas un vale para llevar el precio, me gustaría que reducir los vales y sólo es un buen precio.

i ordered a delivery from here few months back never agen guy on the phone said it would be 40mins they ended up taking 60 minuites to make a 14inch after 45 mins I asked where it was because i was starving they said it's on it way 15 mins later it arrived just not good enough. The place is a joke shop ran by unorganised people stay well clear of westhoughton doninos.

Just ordered a dominos and got two squashed pizza's which looked like the driver had sat on them. Then they were cold too and I didn't even get the ice cream I ordered.Called them and spoke to the manager and didn't even get an apology he just said he'd remake them and send them over then swap them for the squashed ones. Too little too late.

Recently ordered a dominos with my partner online. It came piping hot within 15 minutes, all the order was correct and was the best pizza I have had for a long time! Love it

Dominos always serves a tasty pizza. We have been having them delivered pretty regularly for about a year. The customer service is great and if they have ever made a mistake it's rectified without a problem!

I have complained about this store to dominos head office in the past. Today my pizza took over an hour to arrive so i wasn't very impressed however, on delivery i was told there was no charge which i thought was great. The pizza was lovely so i thought its only fair i write in a compliment letting them know how impressed i was even though it was a little late. My door bell rang half way through. It was the delivery driver asking for payment because he made a mistake. I am absolutley furious especially because i was unable to use the online code i was given from my last complaint. I will never be returning to this store again.

Great pizza. Friendly staff. They also have an app for the windows phone so it's even easier to make an order. Can always find a discount code.
