I got the £7 mini meal deal which came with a chicken burger, wings, 1 piece of chicken, fries and a drink. The burger was alright however the chicken and wings were raw. Fries were well seasoned and crispy

Ordered a pizza online via the website. As soon as order confirmation I realised I had ordered from the wrong Freddy's. I contacted the store immediately to apologise and cancel my order. The phone was answered by an gentleman who showed no understanding towards my mistake and claimed that my pizza had already been made and was being cooked. Considering it was a minute or so after ordering, I found this incredibly hard to believe. Again I explained that I had mistakenly selected the wrong store, but before I could go any further, I was told off and by the man on the phone who had now become quite aggressive. I attempted to explain again, but again to no avail. The man on the phone was being rude and aggressive and almost 'threatening' I began to tell him that his attitude wasn't great, but he cut me off and told me he would get his manager to call me, then it sounded like he called me a stupid woman before hanging up on me. Still no call from the owner......

Went here got a chicken burger, chips drink,2 wings and one big one. The chicken from the wings were raw and the big one. There was water ooozing out of it and was too oily. I would recommend not going there. There are many takeaways near there that are far better. When I went there were understaffed.

I went there today with my friend, the place was nice, the staff was alright, tried Kebab too, it was good as well and when I bought Oreo milkshake, it didn’t come with whipped cream like the picture, so I will overall rate this place 8/10

Staff need some experience.. Speaking to much loudly. Gossip each other very loud.

Burger n wrap was nice but chips arrived cold which is a shame because when they r hot from here they r lovely would order again but not as a meal

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at freddys . Their pizza is undeniably delicious, with a great base and tasty sauce. My only minor gripe is that I felt the cheese portion was a bit scant. Nevertheless, the overall taste was delightful, and I would definitely return for another bite. 😋

Took over 2 hours to get any food and was cold when it arrived. Do not recommend

not bad but there was nothing mega about the burger , needs to be bigger , but it tasted good , good service aswell just nedds to make the quality better , garlic bread is just cheese on toast no garlic what so ever

Half my order was missing and the half that turned up was hard and freezing with no sauce - clearly warmed up from the night before.

All the food,service, and atmosphere were amazing. Whenever I go, I always get the pizza because it is so delicious, and the staff are so nice and helpful.

This was the worst place 😪 I've ever been to. The cashier was being racist. The guy thought we were dumb. He put chapattis under the pizza. Do Not Come here . I would give this a 0 stars if I could but I couldn't. The chips 🍟 had expired oil and he took 2x the money as he swiped the card twice. He was racist to us as he gave us bad food since I was black and he gave everybody else beautiful food. He called us sewer water drinkers . I will never come to these restaurant again. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS Racist and Rubbish. They were absolute robbers.I'M not a Karen hope you understand

The chicken n chips were not nice in taste, the oil they use in frying had a rather odd taste. I have ordered from other Freddy's in other areas and it was nice. This particular branch didn't meet up to the expectations n its really sad.

Absolutely vile. Burger was definitely frozen ones and same with the chicken. All burnt hard and vile. We asked for spicy burger and got a dash of some spicy sauce instead..never again

Pizza was luke warm and soggy chips, no drinks came even though they were on my order. No acknowledgement of note.

I ordered Sunday night n it was very busy took over n hour n 50 minutes to come but u may wonder why am giving 5 star for this as of the time it took to come personally I find it hard to find a good takeaway in Bolton but the food here is amazing no doubt about it I’d go back to this place again n a big thanks to Ali the man who delivered my food gave me an apology n even gave me a free 14 inch calzone the following day what an absolute legend never met such a friendly customer service in my life usually u get ur food n the driver goes even when it’s later but not this one sorted the problem their n then n when I got the free one n it was just as good as last time I will 100% be a regular customer when ordering food again thanks Ali for all the help n sorting everything out for me

Good taste like rubber chicken wasn’t cooked proper and tables and floor was filthy won’t be eating here again

Ordered a supreme burger, popcorn chicken, original piece and doughnuts. Unfortunately the burger came with mayo when it isn't mentioned, so I couldn't have it. The other chicken was great though! It's a shame about the burger. Big disappointment with the chocolate doughnuts though, They completely melted and lost the chocolate top as they had been placed on top of the hot food. Over all is a let down, but the chicken IS good

Nice food, cooked fresh, only a bit bland here and there but perfect for a little snack or maybe even dinner or lunch! Amazing customer service and brilliant in-store atmosphere. Just hope the bin gets cleaned.

This ma c**d needs to be taken out! Food was raw. Chicken stinks . When called was given abuse hence the abuse im posting here! The owner of the main Freddy's needs to take this cnuts franchise away it needs to be renamed it gives the original Freddy's in Blackburn and Accrington a bad name! Disgusting food had to bin it just-eat have been notified and hope they stop doing business with this lul! £20 down the drain.

Bottom of the pizza was moldy, didn't realise untill there were 2 slices left I saw abit of mold so I told her to check hers and the bottom was green with mold idk how many we ate without realising but me and my mate got food poisoning off it

Ordered a pizza and it was so badly made, I mean it wasn't cooked properly the contents weren't spread as it should have been. Customer service was rubbish. Very abusive language used when complaint.

Busy to the point they put the phone down on you.so don't bother. We won't be again.

hot tasty food... Best pizza i have eaten in Bolton for a while! Dough so fresh! Burgers are also up there as one of the best i have tasted! Now it will become our new favourite place to order from!
