Donner 24 in Bolton

Food was excellent. Even got a free garlic bread with our order. A massive thank you to the men working there who made sure I got to my car safely after noticing I felt uncomfortable by some men that had passed by. Really appreciated. :)

Just ordered donner in pitta with salad and hot chilli sauce and side order of onion rings, delivered quickly and was better than any other kebab I have had recently. I did order early in the evening so might be different after midnight but the food was very good 👍👍🙂

The worst chicken & doner naan kebab I've ever had. Chicken was reheated from fridge to oven, and was both greasy, dry & tasted off. Inedible. Kebab meat marginally better, but dont know how many days in water bath. Finally the chicken was tipped from a pizza tray onto the kebab, soaking it and the naan in grease. Fancied a kebab after watching the great British takeaway on TV, big mistake. Will never return.

Tried a kebab from here for the first time. Tasted OK but they need to work on presentation. It looked like roadkill but less attractive

What can i say its had legend status on just eat for years and rightly so. The food is very good, the staff are always polite and friendly. The only negative is sometimes they struggle to do the long distance deliveries. But if they can't do it they will phone you up and not leave you waiting for nothing to turn up. Kebabs are always my favorite

Best place in the Bolton/ Horwich area to get takeaway, especially pizza (garlic bread) . Discovered this gem through colleagues. The dough is fresh and perfectly cooked. The staff is friendly and always accomodant. Can't get pizza from another place after eating theirs. This review sounds overrated but they truly deserve it. Thanks again for maintaining the quality, see you soon.

Scraps of donner on a kebab Raw pizza in the middle burnt on the outside Soggy chicken nuggets. Tiny portion of "large" curly fries Even the coke was room temperature Genuinely the worst takeaway I have ever had no joke truly shocking

Ordered from here for the first time and paid £5 for the chicken fillet kebab that was supposed to come with chips — no chips arrived and got a half empty kebab! Rang the restaurant to let them know - said that it was because I didn’t choose chips (wasn’t an option to choose as it said it came with chips) and that they had never had a complaint about the kebab before. I asked for my money back for the food as it would’ve taken 45 mins to get chips. The restaurant told me to ring their website provider as they had taken the payment and then refused to authorise the refund! Don’t waste your time or money dealing with this takeaway!

Food there is addictive and so delicious, staff are ery friendly and make me feel welcome A definite recommendation

Pre-ordered food at half 3 on just eat for a 16:45 delivery slot which they gave me, got a text at 16:40 to say foods delayed and expected at 17:05 to then get another text at 17:20 to say they had cancelled our order...absolutely livid got 2 over hungry disappointed children... Will not be ordering from here again!!

Me and my partner ordered from here tonight 10/8/19 and we definitely will not be ordering again! Food was absolutely disgusting, pizza looked like it was thrown together and tasted disgusting, garlic bread was burnt, literally black! And chips was dry and tasted like they had been cooked over and over again. Absolute waste of money.

Best place in Horwich by far for the kebabs ... Chicken is always so soft and tasty beyond belief... tons of salad and sauces ... you wont need to eat for days!!! ... Well done to the amazing staff in there ... so friendly and welcoming... also really great prices ... cant see how anyone could be disappointed xx

Ordered from them tonight. Usually good bu tonight was absolutely terrible! 1 hair and 2 pieces of green mesh in my wife's kebab. It was also cold so had to warm it in the microwave. Phoned to complain and they told me they dont believe me and have to see the things she found. The same things she has spat out and chucked in the bin. Lost a customer tonight and will be telling others about this. On just eat their address is different but this is the same takeaway. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

the new leaflet , tempt me back, shud use my old instincts, and nnnnniotttttttttt gone. place needs strong leader, and deep clean. pity could be a little gold mine with right manager at helm.

Thought I'd try a different takeaway rather the one I always order from was very happy the chicken kebab os so good! All the food great! Fast delivery. Friendly delivery guy and cheaper than my previously preferred takeaway will be ordering from here instead from now on :)

Had a takeaway delivered which wasn't right, rang the shop and they were more than happy to replace. New pizza arrived and the delivery driver was very apologetic.

Absolutely shocking I rang up to see where the food was. They said they have not received my order. Thankfully I was paying cash and did not pay card. The attitude when I rang the 'restaurant' was disgusting. They should not be on just eat as they can not be trusted

On just eat it says all meals come with chips and drink. When selecting the chicken wrap there was no meal option so you presume it’s a meal from what it says at the top of the page and the fact there is no meal option. The chicken wrap came on it’s own and when I rang the store they told me I was wrong and it did not say that. They said they would send me the chips and drink this time. I am still waiting for my chips and drink to arrive!!!! Not great service and they should add a meal option to just eat if the state there is one at the top of the page

Well rated this before and had hoped things would maintain or even improve a litle, looks like they are back to their bad old ways, staff dont pay attention to you and you would think for the few minutes that you are in that they would be pleasent and have a little to say, if only about the weather. Money spends anywhere, and mine wont be hitting there till for some time to come.

Me and hubby got a takeaway from here, it arrived 20 minutes late and was lukewarm when it did arrive. The chips were soggy. My so-called double pepperoni pizza was tasty but the pepperoni only covered half of the pizza. Not impressed.

Huge portion sizes and very friendly staff. Our takeaway of choice when in the area.

Cheap and cheerful. Portions are usually very good. Food is great 90% of the time, fast delivery etc. Drinks are a lottery but it's been a while now since they last got it wrong so fingers crossed. Definitely worth ordering from.
