Crunchyz Chicken and Pizza in Bolton

Don't eat here bro food is horrible, Cold chips, cold chicken, Literally you'll receive your food cold, It's all just sat there waiting to be bagged up chips are already sat there for 20 minutes before you even order, Avoid unless you want a bad stomach the next morning.

first of all the service was horrible, second i ordered 2 pizzas they charged me for 3 pizzas, and for every thing they charge you more penny, for pizza was include with drinks but they charge you more , first time and last time 👎

Would give zero if I could. Ordered pizza to workplace and the incompetent delivery driver didn't bother delivering the pizza because he claimed there was no parking. If it was being delivered to a residential home they would probably not deliver it either if he can't find parking. Then the staff were acting like it was my fault the pizza wasn't delivered and redelivered the pizza and hour and a half later, cold. How about finding employees who fit the job role nland know how to do thier job, deliver!.

I ordered a chicken box and all the chicken was raw bloody and pink inside. I phoned them and they said "can't I put it in my oven for abit?"🤢🤮

manager is a legend my order was slightly wrong nothing major but I phoned told staff that it was wrong and didn't get anywhere with them. the manager phone me back apologise and sent menthe correct items personally. top guy food has always been good and I go all the time.

Fantastic food, they even put extra sauce and cheese on my pizza, gave me extra sauce tubs. Definitely recommend the food from Crunchys. You will not be disappointed at all. Will be coming again and again.

I domt recommend this place at all, chips was cold and the burger had hair in it TWICE. Made them remake the burger but they got the order wrong then pulled a face when I told them to make it again. Dry burger isn’t worth it at all.

Ordered after a local takeaway let me down and I'm not going back to the other one! Pizza is delicious with a good base, tasty tomato and slightly spicy pepperoni. Chips are okay and have paprika dusting. Ordering again right now

Never called, said the driver was waiting for 20 mins. Then they kept hanging up on the phone to us when we contacted them asking where our delivery is. Said they aren't refunding it when we never received it. Absolutely fuming, never ordering from here again, the guy on the phone was incredibly rude as well. Definitely don't recommend.

...open til late most days (1.30am ish). Good fried chicken... price is okay'ish... more than acceptable. Has couple tables if u wana eat in. Wud recommend. Has limited parking just outside (adjacent to a bus lane).

If there was lower than a 1 I would rate it that. Delivered spicy burgers which the children wouldn’t eat and then lied about it and said I was lying and the kids couldn’t handle spice …. Why I ordered the normal fillet burger! I got told to f*** off twice before I spoke to a rude ‘owner’ who once again said he gave us normal, at this point the whole spice fillet was no longer an issue. The abuse and arrogance of the staff in this place is unacceptable and they have delivered new burgers but I won’t be eating them as I overheard what I’m assuming as a member of staff shout ‘spit in it’. I’m grateful for there wasted journey back and I have never reacted so strongly over a takeaway but the cheek of the staff and how they refused to sort a simple mistake out is unprofessional and embarrassing! Fried chickens amazing though… shame

Ordered for 1pm, nothing by 1:20, they then changed the delivery time to 1.25pm, arrived at 1.30 stone cold. Usually a great service, but this was a total let down.

Burger bun was dry, crusty n hard, the wings were dry. Very disappointed, didn't enjoy food at all. The quality of the food was very poor.

Ordered chicken burger meal first burger the chicken was pink I gave it back and they gave me a new one, then the second burger was pink aswell because they only put it in the oil for 10 seconds !! Salmonella on site

New menu and prices as well as improved recipe

Ordered a pizza with only 3 toppings that I picked and they added mushrooms which I haven’t asked for. I called them to let them know and they wasn’t communicating properly with me then started ignoring my calls

Everything was horrible. The food was cold, soggy greasy the chicken, Burger was so disgusting and it was pink. It was un edible and made me sick . The bread and the burger was stale and rockhard. The chips were soggy greasy and the only best part was the can of Coke. And when I tried to call them, they did not care. I do not recommend this restaurant.

It was really bad, they forgot my food chips were really cold and the nuggets were disgusting. I would not recommend this.

I ordered wings got home it was very cold I had to warm them up? The wings was covered in grease. It also smelt nasty as well. They tasted so bad not spicy at all I also felt like I was going to vomit I’m never coming here again I would rather starve to death instead of eating at this horrendous place. They also need a food hygiene inspection. The staff are also annoying they are screaming to other employees.

I have been to this place for a few times now. Started off really well. Then standard have dropped after each vist. The first time I got a cheese burger and their dip burger both as meals. Chicken was really fresh, and cheese burger was okay (only because I like a hot chilli and mayo with mine and they only do it with mayo). Second vist was okay Pri Pri Chicken strips and cheese burger. made sure to ask for hot chilli sauce but they only do mild chilli. Pri pri chicken was okay but I wouldn't call it pri pri more like Asian spices but still okay. Also thought I'd try the pizza (not the best) dough was under cooked top over cooked. A few vists after found what I liked and would get the same things. However, each time I went in the food became poor chips to cold, staff members became rude (as I was asking for fresh chips or extra chilli don't mind paying extra), buns where soft but hard(over microwaved), customer area always felt filthy and so on. Sadly, it was one to many issues. Hence rating been 2. I sadly won't be returning anytime soon unless standards improve.

we live 2 minutes away from the pizza shop but the food was cold when it arrived we are limited mobility otherwise we would walk to the shop to collect it ourselves the food not been good the last few times we have ordered

They told me they knocked and I wasn't in despite being home then told me they phoned me despite no calls in my call history. When the food arrived after calling them and them accusing me of not being home they deliver the food stone cold. Frankly dismal and disappointing as I once ordered from here regularly.
