The buffet is well worth it would come again would recommend. But u have to be fast when busy else u don't get any and have to wait again. So maybe 1 slice pp when busy

I don’t normally leave review but on this occasion I felt that I had to, the staff were very nice and attentive, we was greeted by the manager called Johnny, very nice guy and his service was exceptional! Definitely recommend and will be coming here in the future :)

Very welcoming, friendly staff. Great selection on buffet, Donna asked what pizza I was looking for when I was looking around the buffet and asked for one to be made, a very attentive member of staff, even turned the air con down for us when she saw that I’d put my jumper on. Couldn’t fault the food, my children’s favourite place to eat!

Big thanks to Johnny - he was so very accommodating and made us all feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and all staff were good humoured, friendly, and patient. We had a fun evening!

Came for the buffet, enjoyed the buffet. The cheeseburger pizza was new to me, phenomenal! Instantly felt like a kid again when using the ice cream factory.

Charlie has been exceptional and very attentive. We’re frequent fliers and he is always welcoming. Hannah was a superb host showing us a table very quickly and was very polite. 5/5 will be retuning again!

Been here for the first time today from going in being greeted by Jane K to going out it was great . We had the full experience lunch and the pizzas salad and pasta were delicious . Plenty of choice . Also a big shout out to Jane K she was so helpful and explained every thing to us . I am disabled and she even offered to gety food for me . We will deffo go again .

I wasn't looking forward to visiting after my boy chose where we were eating but I was very pleasantly surprised. The stuff were lovely! Attentive and friendly and the food was actually really good. A significant improvement on previous visits a few years ago. I enjoyed it very much.

Terrible Pizza Hut experience, stay clear. Went in around 7:15pm and there was an abundance of empty tables. The waitress then advised it would be a 30 minute wait for a table, we agreed and waited. 2 mins later a different waitress came and asked if we were awaiting a take away order, we said no a table and she seated us right away?? (This waitress was lovely and the only positive experience from our visit). We then ordered a set meal for 2, (sides, pizza, desserts, drinks & salad bowl). When we went to get salad the majority of the stuff was empty & not refilled during our entire visit. Whilst waiting for our food we noticed a pizza come out of the kitchen & chefs buzz for a server & many servers walked past the pizza, for at least 5 minutes, and even stood at the pizza having a conversation for a few minutes. (There was approximately 5 tables in and plenty of servers doing nothing). When our food did come the sides were cold and pizza cold and tasteless. We ate the pizza regardless and then waited 20-25 minutes for our table to be cleared and desserts to come (again, little number of tables & plenty of staff). We finally gave up and asked for a refund of our desserts in which we were told ‘sorry & yes’ and ‘it would be processed in a few days’ and i had to advise our table number.. we were not even told the amount we would be refunded.. in conclusion, stay well clear of the pizza hut!

Everything was pretty good but the Coleslaw was a bit weird.

Visited today Donna, Aaron and hanna were so nice, attentive and very interactive with all customers which made our experience even better than normal. (Can't say we've had a bad experience at any time attending this pizza hut) thank you so much guys

Had a great time here! - Our waitress was lovely and really friendly. - The food came out super fast—barely had time to finish my salad (which was delicious). - Everything was tasty and the portions were just right. Plus, there were some great deals on, which was a nice bonus!

Very expensive for the rubbish they serve not one bit impressed.

We can for a buffet lunch on a Friday, constant queue for pizza. Would hate to see how long the wait is on a weekend!

Expensive, they don't seem to really need staff as everything is donut yourself. It misses that atmosphere that servers bring to the house of going out

Despite the food being fantastic and the atmosphere being great, the service is quite poor. With me being unable to get a table twice in a row, despite on the second occasion being told that I could walk in. Along with this, the service is sometimes slow.

Visited today and was so disappointed with the service and the food. Had to use online ordering and waited around 10 mins for food as there was no pizza out, all the trays were empty and the garlic bread only had crusts left. When the pizza did arrive it was gone within seconds as so many people were waiting for it. When we did finally get some pizza it was only lukewarm warm and the different flavours all tasted pretty much the same. The salad bar looked a mess with food all over the counter edge and there was crushed tortillas all over the floor, which wasn’t cleaned up for the duration of our stay. The drinks area was wet all over the counter top and it looked really dirty. Our table could also have done with a proper wipe down using a clean cloth. Staff could all do with customer service training - not a smile in sight and no-one checked if we were happy with our food or not! Got a cursory goodbye as we left but not even sure if this was directed at us. Will definitely not be back here unless it changes dramatically!

driver picked up wrong delivery and delivery driver asked us take a different order not our order and he has put as delivered to get paid and we never recieved it!! rang pizza hut could not deliver our order as driver would not bring correct order so I had to drive to collect!!! not happy at all . need a full refund. to compensate. Charlie at pizza hut said driver refused to deliver our order.

Customer service is very poor,staff should work on their attitude.Food was good 1 and the environment.

We visited 15/02/2025 at night the lady staff took the order was rude and unproffessional. She was inpatient and annoyed.

Booked a table , was 5 minutes late , gave our table away, was very rude, offered no help whatsoever. Wife was pregnant and spoke to with utter contempt. Will never bother going again, also on a side note - rat traps everywhere.

We came here for my son’s birthday, dropped off decorations in the morning ready for the evening. We arrived at our reservation time. No table decorations had been set up so was rather annoyed but they did quickly fetch them out once I told them. Food was lovely wasn’t waiting too long. The only issue I found was not much table service and had to wait until a member of staff came by or had to go and find someone. I think staff need to check on tables more especially those with big parties

all food was cold. it wasn't in an insulated bag and was just handed at the door. pizza had also slid around in the box as hadn't been secured anywhere

Went for a meal here Friday tea time and wasn’t impressed . First impressions greeted by someone dressed in a scruffy checked shirt that needed an iron, though he was very helpful. Saw said gent wipe around with a cloth then just throw it on the side to use later, please use a disposable wipe if you’re going to do this as the bacteria on that cloth is now breeding. Next I saw the young girl in the kitchen pick up my salad with her hand and put on the pizza I then couldn’t eat it, took it home but ended up in the bin. No one came over to ask how the meal was or if we needed anything else. It was just a very disappointing experience all round. Maybe everyone needs to do the food hygiene course. If you’re greeting people you really need to look presentable and if that is a Pizza Hut uniform I’d complain to management.

Ten minutes down the road from us but the pizza and sides still arrived cold. For the price that's not okay.

Major influx of customers at the end of the Wanderers match, so service naturally slowed up a lot.

We had to wipe crumbs, etc, off the seats on arrival. Nobody came back to take our, so we ordered online. When the food came, they literally dropped the pizzas on the table and dissappeared. We asked for additional serving plates. They were never bought over, only the side dishes. The blackcurrant juice cordial serving bottle was empty and not replaced after asking. Would we go back? No. Recommend? No. Eighty quid for nice enough food, but poor service.

Waste of money and a waste of time, Pizza was awful with hardly any cheese and sauce and cremated pepperoni, the sides were just as bad with the garlic bread only having 2 grams of cheese on each piece, the bacon loaded bits burnt to a crisp I could taste the pigs ancestors, the best things about the place was the free unlimited nachos and potato salad. Well not worth the money or time.

Service was good, food was ok. Not really worth the price to be honest. Over 3 quid for a bottle of water is ridiculous. Only went for convenience and won't be in a mad rush to go back, many better places to eat for the same prices.

The food was good quality wise but the prices are just ridiculous for a pizza for an adult but the kids deal they had on was great value. The biggest problem was that it was absolutely freezing in there. We all had to keep our coats on the whole time we were there, not comfortable to sit and eat a meal at all. Couldn't get out of there fast enough once we'd eaten. The staff were lovely though.

£60 for junk food like that, felt completely ripped off minimal toppings flavoulress and staff petrified because the manager was saying to the staff you need to be quicker, Signs outside not Pizza Hut branded crockery From the 90s, the noise From a kids party killed by the atmosphere. As no presence From manager controlling the customers behavior, this is my first and last negative review as I only leave one when I say I will never cross paths with a pizza hut ever again. 30 years as a loyal customer is over as my last 3 visits have shocked me, that there is substandard food been served at top restaurant prices. These decisions are alienating your customers.

The service was great our server came over took are order and didn’t take long atall to get here and it’s a nice relaxing atmosphere I overall had a pleasant experience

I always love a Pizza Hut, always good food and this branch delivered with that BUT the service was not great - we had a voucher we wanted to use and the waiter said they would come back and apply it when we ordered but it took quite a while for them to come back so we just ordered online because we were heading to a movie afterwards and the deals they had were about the same as if we used the voucher anyways. Then the only other time anyone came to our table was to bring our meal, we were in quite a far corner of the restaurant to be fair but there were about 3 other people in there so it wasn’t like you wouldn’t notice us or have time to visit the table. We spent a lot of time waiting for someone to even come into the section of the restaurant we were in to be able to call them over for things, I ended up having to go find someone which isn’t the end of the world but it’s nice to have at table service and not have to go looking to service. Anyways long story short we were late for our movie but my husband got a free dessert out of it because they messed one up so that’s nice.

Food was good but the experience wasn't, had to order online which was a nightmare then all food was at different times and had to go ask for dessert and spoons, service was not great but one guy did try and help.

I've not visited a Pizza Hut since I was a child.. However, I visited with my Mrs today. Food is good, service was excellent and the prices are reasonable.. Never thought a Pizza Hut would be on my radar as an adult.. but we'll be back P.S. you can still fill up a 'salad bowl' with bacon bits and nobody judges you.

Been going pizza hut for years. Usually for the buffet. I like the unlimited pizza and pasta. Pasta in particular the veg one is amazing and makes me come back each time just for the pasta. After paying for buffet for the 3 of us costing just short of 52 quid we then found out the pasta thing was broke so couldn't put any out. Even when asked if they could bring some to the table, the manager refused and they can't do that. Surely should get money knocked off or I would have been happy to have some served to the table as it isn't cheap. Never leave reviews but as a manager myself I thought it was appalling that they couldn't accommodate a paying customer this time when not sure why they can't serve some pasta to the table. Poor customer service, poor manager, poor pizza hut branch who needs to give there head a wobble! What a shame

Went to Pizza Hut on 14th September 2024 with my partner to celebrate our 4month anniversary. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, my Partner told them that I have sensory issues and Autism and they were very happy to help. They seated us in a quieter area and they also made sure to accommodate around my sensory triggers (chairs scraping on the floor, Ect.) The atmosphere was relaxed and there was a buzz of happiness in the air, making the whole experience extremely enjoyable. Definitely will be back to this one again.

It had been years since going to pizza hut so I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. Pizzas were very good, we had fries and onion rings too plus some wings, tasty! The place was so quiet as kids had gone back to school but that's not their fault. I would gladly recommend based on our experience.

Great dining experience, food and service excellent, would recommend We went at a quiet time which is better for my mum with her mobility and hearing issues, didn't feel rushed and everyone was very approachable if we needed help

The place was absolutely filthy! The seats were ripped, I ran a wet wipe over the table and it came out black. The prices were extortionate (£25 for a pizza?!?!) and after waiting for 25 minutes to have our order taken, we got up and happily left. Never ever again

The place was half empty but a very rude waiter told us we’d have to wait at least 35 minutes. Sounded like he didn’t even want us to wait and was trying to get rid of us! Really bad first impression and poor customer service. Would avoid

The quietness of the restaurant when we went, with two autistic children they loved that they could get their own drinks and sort their own ice creams. They even went and got the salad whilst I figured out the ordering on the app.

Plenty of parking outside. No waiting for a seat inside. Cleanliness of tables OK. Plenty of variety of pizzas and salad bar. Just a shame the price of the drinks is so high.

The girls chose to go here as they love it, especially making their own icecream. Don't like the having to order everything through your phone, was much better when they did it in person as it took ages. The thin pizza was ridiculous overcooked and like cardboard, so make sure you get deep pan. As for the garlic bread? I think it was shown the garlic butter but again, was so hard that neither my girls or us wanted to eat it. The salad bar is good but everything else on the menu is so expensive now.....£5.95 for a handful of fries that probably cost about 20p?? I'm not in a rush to go back.....rather have Dominos pizza

Its a good deal up to 3pm £20 for adults eat as much pizza & salad as you want .

Very welcoming, visited here on a Friday night 8:30pm. Wasn't too busy, friendly atmosphere. Staff where very professional, polite and welcoming. Ordered via the App and food was served quickly with staff ensuring we were happy with everything and didn't take offence because we ordered via the App. We find ordering via the App quick and easy and allows staff to attend to other guests that might not be as tech savvy as ourselves.

Food nice. We had the self service buffet. Bit expensive for what you get, even with all you can eat. Gents toilet cubicle is very small. If you're much bigger than average, it's practically unusable.

We visited last night (June 14th 2024) and the service was fantastic. I'm sorry we didn't catch the servers name, but he was very attentive and even ran outside to bring my wife her glasses that she had left on the table. Please thank him, as he is a credit to your restaurant.

Absolutely love Pizza Hut. The food is great and staff are super friendly. Always full after eating there, but try and save some room for a cookie dough. They are delicious.

Shout out for Alyx!!!! who greeted and served us was so incredibly diligent and friendly. Constant smile on her face, engaged with our children even when bringing food smiling asking them "are you hungry and ready for this guys"....she went above and beyond for us it was so refreshing to have such an enthusiastic server especially later on in the evening when usually it becomes tiring, she kept her energy for every customer from what we could see. We will certainly visit more often. Absolutely superb! Thank you Alyx!

For a £75 food order I expected some nice food.... far from it. Meat Feast pizza absolutely tasteless and drier than Ghandis sandal. The garlic bread is so undercooked the garlic butter was still a paste on the cold dry bread. No full sugar option on drinks, I'm not diabetic, im not obese i just wanted a sweet drink, wheres the equality? Definitely not worth £75. The customer does not have a method of payment option, again equality? And customers receive 0% customer service as all orders are done by the customer on an app only and when paying the app asks to tip. 0% customer service but asks for a tip? Seriously? Quality of food - poor Quality of customer service - poor Would not recommend this restaurant

The food was alright but for the price definitely not worth it. My pizza was barely warm and they forgot the garlic bread, which I was really looking forward to. Very irritating! Overall not worth the extortionate cost, please review the prices!
