The place was half empty but a very rude waiter told us we’d have to wait at least 35 minutes. Sounded like he didn’t even want us to wait and was trying to get rid of us! Really bad first impression and poor customer service. Would avoid

The quietness of the restaurant when we went, with two autistic children they loved that they could get their own drinks and sort their own ice creams. They even went and got the salad whilst I figured out the ordering on the app.

Plenty of parking outside. No waiting for a seat inside. Cleanliness of tables OK. Plenty of variety of pizzas and salad bar. Just a shame the price of the drinks is so high.

Great service with friendly and helpful staff. The food came out quite quickly and was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place and will go here again.

The girls chose to go here as they love it, especially making their own icecream. Don't like the having to order everything through your phone, was much better when they did it in person as it took ages. The thin pizza was ridiculous overcooked and like cardboard, so make sure you get deep pan. As for the garlic bread? I think it was shown the garlic butter but again, was so hard that neither my girls or us wanted to eat it. The salad bar is good but everything else on the menu is so expensive now.....£5.95 for a handful of fries that probably cost about 20p?? I'm not in a rush to go back.....rather have Dominos pizza

Busy with school holidays only 4 staff on so a long wait for pizza(buffet)

Jane was very welcoming and friendly, family friendly atmosphere and the buffet was well stocked.

Its a good deal up to 3pm £20 for adults eat as much pizza & salad as you want .

We were very well looked after by Donna… she was friendly, attentive and professional… pizzas were spot on as usual and the salad bar well stocked and fresh… We had a good evening.

Alyx was so helpful and Jane so welcoming. The food was amazing. We were just going to grab something quick but it was so nice we ended up staying for cookie dough and coffees!

Very welcoming, visited here on a Friday night 8:30pm. Wasn't too busy, friendly atmosphere. Staff where very professional, polite and welcoming. Ordered via the App and food was served quickly with staff ensuring we were happy with everything and didn't take offence because we ordered via the App. We find ordering via the App quick and easy and allows staff to attend to other guests that might not be as tech savvy as ourselves.

Food nice. We had the self service buffet. Bit expensive for what you get, even with all you can eat. Gents toilet cubicle is very small. If you're much bigger than average, it's practically unusable.

We visited last night (June 14th 2024) and the service was fantastic. I'm sorry we didn't catch the servers name, but he was very attentive and even ran outside to bring my wife her glasses that she had left on the table. Please thank him, as he is a credit to your restaurant.

Absolutely love Pizza Hut. The food is great and staff are super friendly. Always full after eating there, but try and save some room for a cookie dough. They are delicious.

Shout out for Alyx!!!! who greeted and served us was so incredibly diligent and friendly. Constant smile on her face, engaged with our children even when bringing food smiling asking them "are you hungry and ready for this guys"....she went above and beyond for us it was so refreshing to have such an enthusiastic server especially later on in the evening when usually it becomes tiring, she kept her energy for every customer from what we could see. We will certainly visit more often. Absolutely superb! Thank you Alyx!

For a £75 food order I expected some nice food.... far from it. Meat Feast pizza absolutely tasteless and drier than Ghandis sandal. The garlic bread is so undercooked the garlic butter was still a paste on the cold dry bread. No full sugar option on drinks, I'm not diabetic, im not obese i just wanted a sweet drink, wheres the equality? Definitely not worth £75. The customer does not have a method of payment option, again equality? And customers receive 0% customer service as all orders are done by the customer on an app only and when paying the app asks to tip. 0% customer service but asks for a tip? Seriously? Quality of food - poor Quality of customer service - poor Would not recommend this restaurant

The food was alright but for the price definitely not worth it. My pizza was barely warm and they forgot the garlic bread, which I was really looking forward to. Very irritating! Overall not worth the extortionate cost, please review the prices!

Had issues with there app. Pricey for pizza. Pizza was nice, salad bar was good, waiting staff helpful. But if the app had worked first time, there would have been no interaction.

Ability to choose whatever we wanted, salad, pizza, pasta, and go back as many times as we wished. Excellent fresh salad items, with lots of colourful choices.

This was very expensive for very average food, not impressed at all. Not many in when we went. Areas were clean and spillages were cleaned up quickly

Last minute lunch with the Family, fast to be seated, shame no cash can be used. Tables were cleaned for us and had to use the qr code to order food through my phone. It was very easy to do. Plenty of salad bar items plenty of pizza and ice cream factory was great to finish off. Wasn't to busy when we visited hence atmosphere only getting 4 stars. Awesome place the food was great. I think Keith was the managers name, such a nice chap and we will be back soon. Had plain pizza but it was far from plain.

Food delivery time kept creeping up and it took over an hour for the food to be delivered,considering the restaurant is 10 minute drive away.When the food was delivered the hot food had gone cold and solid and the cold drinks was warm so not the best experience at all.

We were really taken care of by the staff here, particularly Charlie. Wonderful service, and of course great food.

It’s blown us out of the water as the one near us Hanley is filthy and we don’t go there anymore our whole extended family avoid it! It was spotless, the food was fresh and hot and the staff were fantastic

My daughter and I took my 12 year old grandson for a treat last Saturday. We havnt been for a long time and it was very busy but we had booked a table. The service was very quick, pizzas were lovely and we loved the salad bar which you can use as many times as you like. My grandson loved it and we got what we couldn't eat boxed and took it home. The only negative is the price - unfortunately I found it very expensive - almost £80 for 3 pizzas, salad, side order of fries and mozzarella sticks, glass of coke each and one dessert. But it's well worth a visit there once in a while for a complete change of dining out and a great treat for children.

The delivery was prompt and the guy was so lovely.

Don't bother I came here with my family one weekend and was very disappointed. There's a order at the table system, not everyone has qr readers, had to get up to ask for assistance, to which a member of staff came to take our orders. (Young lad, very polite & helpful) We got a mini meal with fruit shoot, mega monster meal, (pizza was burnt and the ice cream tasted sour) and the Refill Drinks tasted like they had been watered down I'm sure the menu shows pizza for an individual is 11" so I got one to share (it was barely 9") the smallest pizza from any takeaway is noticably bigger so had to order some chips to put with our meal. Also had some bbq chicken wings and 2 coffees. Other than the size being inaccurate, the pizza tastes no better than a cheap pizza I could have picked up from a shop. Salad bar is alright but the nachos were all battered so didn't bother with them! and I had a dodgy stomach the day after visiting. £58 down the pan!. never visiting a pizza hut again, any of them!

Food was cold not as hot as it should of been

Staff were pleasant but not on the ball. Pizza was good, but salad bar items were very ropey! The mayonnaise tasted off. Very expensive for the quality. Dominos pizza is much better.

Good place for fast pizza ;) like always is pricy but all pizza huts are ;) service was really helpful and friendly not to mention that the food was really good.

The Pizza Hut at Middlebrook was easy to book and we sat down immediately on entry. The staff were quick to place our orders and the food landed after about 20 mins. We had various pizzas, fries, mozzarella sticks and pasta dishes along with our drinks. Deserts came next followed shortly afterwards by the bill. All in all I was very happy with the food and the service. Excellent would recommend this place to anyone

Donna was absolutely fantastic even my 7 year old told me what a fantastic lady she was and how lovely she was. Definitely got a great colleague there. She made the experience for us with how helpful and polite she was. Unfortunately I did try and complete the survey on the receipt but that didn't work. So I came to write it here. Also food was delicious

The waitress was great. I didn't catch her name, but she had a beautiful arm tattoo. She was really polite and ensured we were comfortable without being pushy. The food was average, but the serene atmosphere and excellent service made up for it.

The food quality and taste was very good I can't complain about the food itself. The biggest problem is the prices. We paid over £30 for 1 pizza and 2 drinks. The value for money is very poor as the food is good but not worth the ridiculous price. Pizza hut need to take a very close look at their prices. The food is good but nothing special and the prices far outweigh the quality of food and service etc. You order your own food online, you make your own drinks, serve yourself ice-cream if you have it... I mean it's all very minimum effort at maximum spend. I really like pizza hut but the prices will prevent me returning on a regular basis.

Food as expected from a pizza chain. Service is non existent, once you're seated everything is done via the app. Prices are excessive. The restaurant is pretty run down and in desperate need of a refurbishment.

Rude staff, need A LOT of training in customer service. Chloe had a sour face and hardly spoke 2 words. Not sure how that’s supposed to work when taking peoples orders? Everything seemed like a major task, only asked for a CLEAN plate. Food had hardly seen an oven, salad bar was a mess, would give it 0 stars if I could. Unlimited tasty pizza and ice cream. Good scran but fairly pricey. 50 quid for two adults and a kid seems steep to me. But I am northern. I'm also fairly thrifty.

Glorified self serve restaurant. No service whatsoever from the staff - desserts took that long to come we left without them. Never again!

We were shown quickly to our table, helped to make an order and shown for future reference how the app worked. Drinks and great food arrived in good order and all the staff were very helpful. Haven’t been to PH for many years but will certainly come again

Overall pizza hut is what you expect, pizza and pasta. However have to say the manager and staff were awesome and helpful. Not been in 10 years as food went through a poor period, in my opinion. However I will make a point of making a regular visit with my grandkids going forward.

Dirty tables, dirty seats, Food not great, £30 for 2 pizzas, £14 for two of the smallest deserts I've ever seen, which should have been 2 for £10, which I had to point out, smallest £7, salad bowl I've ever seen, total bill, £62 for 2 children, good job I only had salad, nearly half my pension, on what one can only describe as worse meal ever.

Joke of a place and seriously understaffed - was seated straight away but after 20-25mins walked out after no-one came back to us to take orders for either drinks or food whereas others who were in after us were served. Lost out on a good £60-70 order there.....goes without saying we will not be returning ever again.

Quiet considering there was a match on. Server was lovely, really helpful and kept an eye on the table. Prices are standard pizza hut, ordering is done via qr code and website. Really quick to bring to the table. Wasn't left waiting for anything. Would definitely recommend.

Son's favourite pizza place. Good value for money pizza's. Had the fries this time, had a tasty coating which was good. Brownie was OK but the warm chocolate chip dough dessert was tastier.

The food was good, but the staff here would do well to consider that a meal out is about more than that. A waitress walked past us three times without acknowledging us as we waited at the "Wait here to be seated" sign, before caving in and showing us to a table. The focal point of our visit was the ordering process, as everyone was forced to order online by scanning a QR code. Naturally, the website isn't intuitive. Waitresses offered to help people, so why not just take everyone's order in the first place?!

We turned and waited 5 minutes to be seen as the same staff member kept walking past ignoring us then a male member of staff came out to see us. I asked for a table for 5. The male staff member then said he has nothing for the next 3 hours and was rather rude however the restaurant was practically empty. Out of curiosity we looked to book online and it was less than an hour later. We walked away extremely disappointed.

Nice pizza hut, pretty typical of any pizza hut, staff are very nice. Only negatives when I was there was the air temperature in the restaurant was very cold, toilets are very small and not entirely clean

Good quality pizza at a reasonable price

Rude staff, we were stood waiting for table for 5 minutes while multiple staff would walk past us and chit chat with each other. Baring in mind there were plenty of empty seats. Eventually someone asked ‘are you ok’

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing and really well prepared. The table was clean and well stocked with utensils and napkins. The salad bar was tidy and stocked. The ice cream machine was clean and toppings of plenty!

Average pizza hut, it wasn't too busy until a group of brownies came in and then we couldn't talk so we just left. Food definitely came on the slower side but not too bad.

£75 for three 11 inch Pizza's, 3 Colas and 3 ice Creams. And I thought Domino's was expensive! They now expect you to order from your phone with only 2 waiters for the whole restaurant. It really did not seem clean either. Compared to what it used to be this place probably isn't worth a visit considering the vast choice around it.

Awful manager with a bad attitude, poor quality buffet and salad bar that seemed to have been ransacked by locusts! Worst disabled toilet facilities I've had the misfortune to frequent...who thought it was a good idea to position the hand dryer next to the toilet so you set it off when reaching for the loo roll?? Also it's unreachable when in a wheelchair so suppose you just have to put up with wet hands?? Avoid!

The restaurant was quiet which is good as my partner has autism and finds busy places difficult. The staff left us alone and only came to us when we called them. That's exactly what we like!

Great spot with easy parking. I had melts with fries and a refillable Coke. Young lady that served me was excellent
