Belting kebab mild sauce is fire

I got a mixed kebab and the chicken was very chunky and not cooked properly, very unwell after eating

regular customer but abit disappointed tonight due to only 3 pieces of meat on shish kebab everything else spot on as usual

Never had a bad takeaway from here. Can choose how you want your pizza base (I went stuffed crust, amazing), mrs went for a cheeseburger. She stated “that’s no takeaway burger it’s too fresh. Fresh bun and salad”. If I have to critique in some way…..but too much tomato on the tomato garlic bread…that just down to personal taste though. 5 star! Absolutely Beltin! As always!

Could not eat the Hawaiian pizza.one child enjoyed there margarita and one didn’t eat there’s .chicken and kebab meat was ok.one child really enjoyed his burger so mixed reviews from my household.

Cold food items missing when phoned they hung up 3 times when they spoke to us said it would 45 minutes before they wold bring missing items so food will be ice cold used these lots of times but never again

We received the wrong order but didn’t realise until we handed the money over. Phoned the restaurant and they said they’d send correct order to us and to give the food we received back to the delivery driver which was absolutely fine. Our correct order arrives and they try to charge us again, delivery driver then comes knocking at 10:30pm saying manager said we haven’t paid even though our ring door bell picked it up, tried to accuse us of lying when they really wanna look at their drivers.

My order said it would be here by 7.25 and I am still waiting I’ve called the restaurant who said there running late but I’ve got a message saying enjoy your food when it’s not been delivered it’s now 7.45 and I am still waiting I've

Will definitely order from here again! The food could have been hotter, especially the garlic bread with tomato which was stone cold when it arrived. But the taste was lovely and definitely generous with the amount of tomato sauce on the garlic bread, it was exactly what I wanted!! Thank you!

Gravy was a sausage shaped mess thicker than thick and looked like something u use a bag for to clean up whilst walking it and consistency

I ordered Donna pizza which I order mostly from other pizza places , there was about 5 bits of Donna meat on this pizza some pieces didn’t have any on , Donna meat with other pizza shops is usually plentiful , pizza was cooked ok but just not great.

This is the second consecutive restaurant, on Just-Eat, to serve processed-chicken instead of a fillet burger. The rest was pretty decent though.

If only we hadn't waited over an hour and had stone cold soggy pizza turn up and not for the first time been customers for years and seems like because you order regular you can be left to wait all gone in the bin crap

ordered 35.00 meals worth, 2 burgers where they bun was soggy and wet, very thin patte. the kebab was laced with mayo, where it was too saucy to eat. literally just mayo. wasn't very warn and the chips were hard, cutting my daughters mouth. very poor, won't be ordering again as new in the area.

first time of ordering from here. I requested salad and sauce on my food order this was not complied with. They obviously don't read their notes when ordering through the app. THe Donner meat is absolutely abysmal. The order came early just seemed a bit of a rush when preparing. will not be ordering from here again

The pizza wasn’t cooked properly. The donner meat was black like charcoal and the chips was soggy and had no red salt on like I requested in the notes. Not happy at all. I had to bin all the food it was that rubbish.

Food was slightly late but definitely worth waiting for, so it didn’t matter to me. Superb pizza and garlic break. Very tasty indeed! Highly recommended. 👍

I ordered a garlic bread with cheese with dinner meat and garlic mayo. The pizza come with no donner meat on and only had garlic mayo on top of the pizza I’m disappointed beacuse I order from this place all the time and I love it

Unfortunately food was cold. When we’ve ordered before we’ve really enjoyed it but not this time.

food was fine..but the nann on the kebab was sloppy and slimy and couldn't eat it as it had turned to slop..maybe in future don't put sauce on the on first. 👎🏾

Oh my life that was the best calzone pizza EVER, it was hot and loaded with ingredients, thank you, the cheese burger was tight on meat and was short on salad and cheese.. delivery changes were better than anywhere .. next time I’ll give the burger money to the delivery person and focus on calzone 😃

It said delivered, it wasn’t. Driver admitted he was lost.. if I’m paying for delivery I expect a decent service… my kebab was cold and had congealed, my burger was barely a burger although the chopped up salad from whatever five year old was commendable..ribs were a small as the five year old cutting the salad… I want a refund, I rarely get takeout but non of this was worth my hard earned money

When I place my order, it said that it was an hours delivery and after an hour it said that it was out for delivery 15 minutes later it still hadn’t come so I phoned the restaurant. They said that it was on its way and then another 15 minutes late, making it half an hour late. The food came, and it was freezing cold. I put a complaint into just eat and they said they won’t refund me. I tried phoning the restaurant and they didn’t answer the phone.

Chosen breads for kebabs were wrong. Salad was wrong, chips were cold and soggy. Everything has been poor quality for the past few weeks.

Reported issue with food - was advised by understanding lady that I would rec a full refund for the issue. Never issued. Still waiting for this to be issued before reporting to T/S

Food is always delicious and hot. I always order from them. Delivery is fast . No complaints at all. Highly recommend.

The food is lovely, however there is regularly too much cheese on the pizzas which makes it a bit sloppy and sickly. But overall a good takeaway! The chips are probably the best I’ve had from this type of takeaway.

my food got delivered to next door and i didn’t get a refund i am appalled with the customer service

Delivery driver was shocking asked me for directions but wouldn’t listen when I was telling him where to go started shouting so put the phone down and phoned the the place up to see if they could sort my order out! Order finally arrived 20 mins later cold and soggy without an apology! I understand it was New Year’s Eve and they was busy but atleast bring fresh food out that’s been sat in a car for the last half an hour!!! Not happy at all

Ordered from here last few times I’ve had a takeaway. Was good years ago and still is now. Not had a bad one yet, always hot, tasty and usually early too.
