The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

Horrible food! I asked for a burger with a hash brown on and just mayo and they put spicy chilli on it my mouth is on fire! The pizza was cold when it came and also the chips were hard

I ordered via Uber Eats for my daughter's birthday, hour later, I checked on progress of my order as I had scheduled a timed delivery and found they have just cancelled my order. So 2 hours later, we are now ordering from Domino's who are more reliable than this place.

Parece que Basilico ha tenido momentos bastante difíciles en los últimos tiempos según las revisiones, por lo que quería agregar mi experiencia para la sucursal de Surbiton. No hay forma de evitar el hecho de que estas pizzas son caras. La mayoría de los lugares ofrecen pizza por la mitad o incluso la cuarta parte del precio. Sin embargo, debes recordar que estos lugares están tomando algo impregnado de tradición, arte y habilidad, y lo están convirtiendo en una experiencia insulsa, aburrida y francamente básica para los paladares británicos. Si califica a Dominos y a los horribles Papa Johns, entonces debe atenerse a ellos. Siempre es un poco lagrimeo cuando se calcula el precio de estos. . 40 por 2 pizzas? mental. Pero es MUY mucho mejor que en cualquier otro lugar después de comerlo, siempre sé que es la decisión correcta. Bases finas, masa de calidad, buena base de salsa de tomate, coberturas auténticas (¡sobre todo!). La entrega de anoche fue a tiempo, las pizzas estaban calientes, comimos más que llenos, muy bueno. Lo recomiendo de todo corazón. No me he sentado adentro a comer, solo me han entregado pizza, por lo que esta revisión es puramente para llevar / entrega.

Won't ever be ordering from here again. I used to order from here all the time however after my last ordeal with them I have no reason to stay loyal. I am highly allergic to sweetcorn and I ordered from them through Uber eats. I ordered the vegetarian sweet pizza, on Uber eats the description of the pizza says "mushroom, red onion, cherry tomato, peppers, pineapple." No where does it say sweetcorn! My allergies are so severe if I hadn't noticed the sweetcorn on the pizza I would have gone into anaphylactic shock from biting into it. Luckily I saw the sweetcorn, what is more terrifying is that I live on my own and if my airways were to close up I could have died! I called the shop and he kept insisting that the pizza mentions sweetcorn. I kept trying to read out to him what the description says on Uber eats and he just kept interrupting me and basically calling me out for lying. Don't get me wrong I started to shout however rightfully I couldn't get a word in edgeways due to their lack of care and ignorance. I told them I was ordering an Uber to return the pizza and to show them as proof what it says on Uber eats in the description to prove myself that I wasn't lying! I got to the shop and still he was not only blaming me for not knowing there was sweetcorn on the pizza but then blaming Uber eats even though you edit the description yourself at the restaurant (I should know as I work in the food industry myself and have dealt with the like of Uber eats, just eat and deliveroo.) yes they eventually remade my pizza after I stood there for 10-15 mins and gave my 2 free cans of Pepsi however his lack of care and lack of acknowledgement or taking any responsibility was horrendous. You'd think with a hygiene rating of 5 they would have done the same food and hygiene safety standards course as myself and many others in the food industry which goes into detail of the dangers of anaphylactic shock and how it's important to inform consumers the ingredients and list them clearly. To make matters worse as I'm leaving the shop he sarcastically shouts to me "are you happy now". Never again! I have been in touch with Uber eats and hopefully to avoid this from happening again to someone else and leading a serious life or death incident that the description is corrected immediately!

Once again ordered from this branch of Dominos, my last review complained about the lack of cheese back in 2019 here we are in 2024 and nothing has changed what is problem with this place we had extra cheese on our pizzas and you could barely see or taste it. Toppings were ok just no cheese. To the muppets who put these pizzas together PIZZAS HAVE CHEESE ON and lots of it. How hard can it be seems like there are a lot of bad reviews about this place never again for me

I always order from this Dominos and it's always quick and the delivery people are super polite. I've had deliveries before that have mixed things up, or not put on the requested items. This Dominos is also open at convenient times, so I can get late night pizza or lunch! (which I did yesterday)

I placed an order on Friday 01:35AM a 12-inch pepperoni deluxe with 6 BBQ wings. The pizza arrived stone cold not only that I was disgusted how could they deliver burnt BBQ wings? The burnt smell took over my pizza couldn’t manage to eat it, I only had two slices. I wrote to JUST EAT explaining the issue, the response I get back was I've checked the order details to see what I can do for you. Since you paid for the order in cash, and the payment was made directly to the [restaurant/store], it's not possible for me to process a refund. In this situation, the best thing to do is contact the restaurant to ask for a refund, as they hold the funds. I hope this helps. I then contacted the restaurant explaining what I’ve been told by JUST EAT spoke to the manager/Jay absolutely rude not even an apology for selling me a burnt bbq wings and a missing item from my order, no manners whatsoever zero professionalism. Refused to give me a refund or another order free of charge….

Good place, they forgot a milkshake so the next day I rang up and they sent 2 out, they didn't have to send 2 but they did, the guy on the phone was the 1 who sorted my order out last night aswell and knew I was a milkshake down because the drive said he 4got it and was going to drop it off later. it was late tho 11 maybe half 11, but the problem was resolved. I've had worse experiences at mc Donald's and that's a multimillion pound business

I ordered a delivery and originally spoke with the owner who was polite and courteous. Food was delivered within a reasonable standard delivery time but a slight mis communication over the size of the bottle of coke ordered had me ringing back to correct. Imagine my shock when the phone was then answered by a extremely rude woman who continually interrupted what I was trying to communicate and actually accused me of the person being rude. I will not ever order from here again due to this. A shame for the owner as the food was perfect and he was polite as can be. Unfortunately for him I am an online reviewer and I report honestly that I fear keeping this woman in his employment will lose him custom old or new.

Having tried a competitor, I was pleased to get the reliable Dominos service again and enjoyed this take away. Was good with an offer to bring the price down to something sensible - otherwise on the expensive side - had it delivered in good time and it came hot / can’t complain !

I am sick to the back teeth of these companies like Pizza Hut using Uber to deliver pizza that’s nearly cold. When you pay £28.52 you expect to receive it piping hot with plenty of toppings you paid. Plus the manager at christleton Pizza Hut was a bit rude and argumentative. If that’s how you treat your customers then I won’t be buying in future

Awful ordered pizza took hours, when arrived cold and honestly the worst pizza Ive ever eaten. I would avoid this store at all costs

AVOID.. I should have really looked at reviews before ordering here. Ordered a pizza and mixed pakora. It was supposed to be an hour long, ended up over an hour and a half. Phoned twice to get fobbed off. The delivery man arrived and laughed when I asked what took him so long. Pizza and pakora both stone cold. Pizza was burnt on top and soggy at the bottom, I can’t believe they served it and sent it out like that. Looking at reviews they don’t care about food or customer service. Chicken pakora was chewy and stringy. Never again.. I have attached the pizza so you can see! Needless to say it went in the bin and we won’t use there again. Worst Indian in the East End of Glasgow, if you would even call it that. Please AVOID!
