Pizza Inn in Brent

I ordered via Uber Eats for my daughter's birthday, hour later, I checked on progress of my order as I had scheduled a timed delivery and found they have just cancelled my order. So 2 hours later, we are now ordering from Domino's who are more reliable than this place.

Pizza Inn Sudbury contaminated my vegetarian pizza with pepperoni and refused to accept the fact that this can happen. They also didn't follow the order instructions of replacing mushrooms with pineapple. Onions missing from the pizza. Well here you are Pizza Inn, the attached photo shows pepperoni. As a Hindu I am shocked to bite into a piece of pepperoni.

This was one the best pizza shop in the local area. It was great for at least 5 years. But now the pizza is mediocre to say the least. The quality has really gone downhill. The pizza are so thin and the taste is like eating cardboard. I'm going to put this down to compromising on quality due to increase business costs from delivery companies such as Ubereats, Just eat and Deliveroo. They have decided on compromising the quality rather than put the prices up. This is the last time we will ever buy from this pizza shop. The 10 year loyalty ends today.

Very unpleasant and unhygienic. I found hair in the pizza and in one slice it came in my mouth. When you can found hair in the pizza so you can imagine what hygiene measure they take.

I've been ordering from this o since its opened. The pizza is consistently good. Always delivered piping hot. Recently I've started using just eat and uber eats as it works out cheaper than ordering direct for delivery. All through the lockdown we ordered from this pizza shop and all drivers maintained social distancing. I would recommend this pizza shop to anyone looking for tasty pizza

Order pizza for delivery (@14:30) but didn’t receive for an hour call the store(15:40), food came after another hour(16:30). delivery guy was very very very rude my order confirmation states delivery charges including (that means my food was ordered for delivery) and the delivery guy was totally rude not even ready to listen or look at my order confirmation. Food was already cold the box Was also soggy n wet Was a terrible experience.

Awful service placed a large order for the family with young kids. The full order didn’t turn up and the delivery was very late! The delivery guy got lost we had to go and find him so our food was cold. We called and complained but the guy on the phone was rude and unapologetic and didn’t even offer to deliver the missing food or refund the awful cold food. There is so much competition out there you seriously need to work on your service and customer skills. Not coming back here again.

Not only was the food 2 hours late, the delivery driver failed to find our house and then proceeded to shout and swear at us because we asked him why he couldn't find our house. We then proceeded to call the resteraunt and the person on the phone said we shouldn't have ordered direct on their website and then hung up on us. AVOID THID ESTABLISHMENT.

I ordered two large vegetarian pizzas, they deliver over an hour later, and one of the pizzas was cheese and tomato, so I call them up to let them know they sent a wrong one and was told they will send as soon as possible. an hour passes and no pizza, I call back only to be told that it will take another 20 to 25 mins, no apology but was told they were quiet busy, I got angry, told them I didn't want the pizza any more and asked for my money back, the guy says okay and cuts the phone, ten mins later the driver turns up with a pizza and truck load of attitude. I refused to take the pizza because who knows what could be in it and he refused to give me my money back.

First time I ordered pizza from this fast food restaurant. It was good deal pay for one pizza get one free so I did. Plus I purchase 3 extra garlic dips for my pizzas. When i received my order I received only pizzas, so I called to the restaurant explained what happened and that i cant enjoy pizza withour a garlic sauce they apologised and said they don't have garlic sauce because delivery were running late. So I asked to have refund for dips and pizza but he refused to give me refund for pizzas :(

Here we have no nonsense pizza shop with a few halal kebab type alternatives in an area where there is plenty of good competition on the main road. But the food is as you would expect, prices are decent, and service is prompt if not a bit chaotic. Don't expect Gordon Ramsay at the back but great fast food and reasonable prices.

Pizza Inn pizza is always good quality and always super tasty. Great service today afternoon. The pizza prices are very affordable. When you see 4 mopeds outside it means they are good and busy for a reason.

Exceptionally rude staff with the poorest attitude of customer service. Never use them again. On numerous occasions the staff have taken to yelling when placing an order. I read the same elsewhere but didnt believe it previously....now we know.

The pizza at pizza inn is quality no matter which franchise you visit. We used to visit Hay Lane in Colindale previously, however they have increased their prices. We now go to the Sudbury franchise, the price is cheaper and it's closer to my house. Pizza dough is top quality, but better than pizza hut takeaway. The toppings are also very generous. This is now my local pizza place. I hope they maintain their standard.
