Bella Pizza in Brent

I’m a very picky eater and have extremely high standards. This is local to me so thought I’d try it out and I’m so pleasantly suprised and glad gave it a go. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, the shop was very clean and the pizza was beyond all my expectations. Absolutely divine. This is my new go to and I will recommend to all family and friends. They have so many options. The fact that the thin crust wasn’t undercooked it was cooked to perfection and the tomato base they use is so full of flavour it left me wanting more.

Not even worth 1 star review due to very bad customer service. Very bad experience as I had allergy with sweetcorn and requested to remove that and add olive instead they didn't follow the notes mentioned while ordering on Deliveroo order also they talk with me rudely when I called as soon as I placed order to make sure the note is followed for sweetcorn.. very bad behaviour by staff.

The pizza I ordered was a culinary disaster – it looked like a charred relic from a forgotten oven. The taste resembled a blend of cardboard and regret. Definitely not a slice of heaven, more like a burnt nightmare.

Wanted to leave a review due to seeing so many bad reviews after already ordering and receiving my food from Uber eats. Normally I am extremely fussy where I eat from, so I took a chance with ordering from somewhere new, but I was so pleasantly surprised - the food was delicious. I then search up the shop here on google to find where the shop was located exactly ect and saw the awful awful reviews - which left me so confused as my food was completely the opposite as to what most of the bad reviews were saying. It was cooked perfectly and I really like the base - no raw dough or burnt pizza ? It arrived hot considering the distance. Smelt nice, tasted nice, looked nice. I really cannot complain about anything and will most definitely be ordering again. I can’t comment on the customer service or the employees however as I haven’t had any contact due to ordering through a third party app. I was very suspicious in the fact that a lot of people were saying “this is not a fake review” and such and I wonder if this is the malicious intent of someone with a vendetta or maybe competitors? so I felt obligated to leave a good review as this was my experience. Thank you from our very happy and satisfied family of 3 :).

Anything about three stars is fake. The pizza taste like oil. I do not recommend. All the high star reviews are most likely friends and family.

You can never go wrong if you order from them. I have ordered from them many times on Uber and they never disappoint me. They always follow instructions and make one of the best pizzas. I can never choose any other place for a pizza, it has to be Bella pizza and Bella pizza only. Their prices are also reasonable and they have great offers on Uber.

Really poor they were late with my order. When it came it was wrong but I did not realise this until the person who delivered had left. I then tried for nearly an hour to ring though to Bella pizza my calls were not answered.

Imagine the simpsons but in real life in this store, you got homer on the phones and Barny making the pizza. Just picture that before you place an order. The guy makes a deep man but gives me a pizza thin as paper. I should of stuck with Alex.

The manager was not available and then I tried again and spoke to the manager, he said he will contact me that evening but still did not receive a phone call. I called the church Lane branch and asked to speak to the manager instead a delivery guy spoke to me claiming he was the manager and then told me after the conversation that he wasn’t and put the phone down on me. I called again and asked for the manager the person put the phone down and so i went to the Stanmore branch to speak to the manager. He was very rude and unprofessional saying he didn’t have time to deal with this enquiry and because of the bad review he is not willing to help. As a loyal customer I will not be purchasing any goods from this branch or the Church Lane branch due to the lack of respect and professionalism. The manager needs a reality check if he thinks it’s acceptable to speak to customers in this manner. + 4 THIS IS NOT A FAKE ACCOUNT I HAVE PROOF OF MY ORDER YOU ARE JUST BEING RUDE AND GIVING FALSE HOPE AND INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS AS YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE BUSINESS!!

Do not buy. The pizza is just a thing, nothing in common with a pizza. The cheese was very bad as well. They forgot to send me the fizzy drink as well. If you are ordering from an app you'll have to be a small detective to find the real location and phone number to contact them (on mobile apps they use a mobile phone).

You can't go wrong with take away pizza's. And you can definitely not go wrong with Bella Pizza. We have ordered from Bella many times and they have not disappointed. Our lovely cheesy pizzas, arrived hot and on time. In fact 15 minutes earlier then what they said on the phone. They have a range of pizzas and crust types. Thin crust being our favourite as its crispy and not overly filling so you can eat more slices. Along with various dipping sauces. The price is also reasonable with on going offers all the time. It would be great if they could introduce a vegan cheese pizza.

Worst service ever for the first time, been ordering for many years strictly from Bella Pizza only. Best pizza’s out there but today was ridiculous, waited one hour and still didn’t receive the food, I called the restaurant, they mentioned they have one driver, then the guy said the driver had a accident, when I complained about cancelling the order, he mentioned he has already made the food and is waiting for a driver, I said the food will be really cold, he then mentioned the food is on the side and not cooked yet, I was still insisting on cancelling and the staff said we can deliver to you in 30 mins, I didn’t agree then he mentioned 15minutes for delivery. We were only offered £2-£3 discount on the bill, by this time it would have been almost 2 hours since ordering, all other pizza places offer the order for free if they exceed more than the 45minute - 1 hour delivery time, especially if the customer is not informed that delivery will be late. In this case whilst ordering, I was not told they have one driver and was not told that it will take more than an hour and half. I am very disappointed as I don’t like ordering from other pizza places but unfortunately this is what I have to do today! To be spending £40 and above and waiting 2 hours for delivery is not acceptable at all especially when we have been regular customers for a very very long time which they can see on their system, yet they still offered £2-£3 discount which is very disrespectful towards customers. I asked for £10-£15 off and they said it is too much, waiting 2 hours and not being told when ordering that the delivery will be late is not too much? The management need to do better to keep their customers happy otherwise people will go elsewhere.

Looking forward to having some pizza after work on a Friday was a disaster, ordered from Bella yesterday, only to receive a pizza that was cold, and the pizza was burnt, how does a pizza shop gets that wrong when they make pizzas every day.

Ordered medium pizzas and got small pizzas, not buying from there again.

I am a picky pizza eater, but theirs is on the button every time. Well cooked, well topped and very tasty. On the rare occasions I order a pizza for delivery, this is always my choice.

So, ordered two pizzas. Ate a slice, went for the second - took a bite and could taste blood in my mouth, spat the pizza out, and out came a piece of plastic. Called them up, informed them - the young guy said he’d send a replacement. Said that was fine. Looked at the pizza again and found another piece of plastic. Called back up and said we wanted a refund - refused to give us a refund and said we asked for a replacement when they offered. Basically a young uneducated guy, who has no future and thinks he has the power of telling us no and that he’s banning us from ordering pizza (in my opinion, laughable) - don’t worry chap, we’re not losing any sleep. Ps, learn how to talk English. No one understand what’s “why you moving long” means. Also, we know you’re not the manager. But we also know that you clearly don’t know how to do business and you thrive off stuff like this - have fun! Lots of love! Ps, see evidence below - will be complaining to health and safety - clearly your hygiene standards aren’t so hygienic.

I've been ordering here for 10+years and service has declined greatly. Shocking customer service, learn how to speak to unsatisfied customers. Can't believe they failed to rectify their mistake of pieces of plastic in the base! The 'manager' not knowing how to deal with the situation which should of been a simple refund has banned my address from ordering here.

Ordered first time staturday night. Price was unbelievably cheap. Quality was shockingly🤯 good. Please raise your prices because people think you're not good when you're cheap. Dough was perfectly baked. Ingredients fresh and yummy. Wings were Peng! Garlic bread on point. If I wasn't with family I'd eat your food nonstop!

I just ordered a pizza like always but then the problems started come, they called me to change a product or to cancel it because they didn’t had what I ordered I was agree for the bbq wings but instead of now I receive the hoooot wings which I cannot eat, they are doing the pizza how they want, even if I leave a notice at the order they are not respecting it, they don’t put the sos, they are changing the drink how they want, they forgot to put things that you ordered already, they have a terrible customer service and I’m not leaving the review because this is the first time when I order from them just because it’s the 8th time in the past 2months when I order from them and they are doing something wrong I didn’t had a complete and without mistake order since I’m eating from Bella Pizza. I hope they will do something about this!

Used to be a good place, now I think different management. The guy delivered my food with the pizza looking like it came out of a rollercoaster, and then when I called to mention there was no sauces inside even though I always get it, the employee shrugged it off and said well u didn’t tell me. For saving 50p off sauces, you guys are willing to do anything . Good luck and don’t order from these cowboys. The person who handled my order according to the receipt was Osman Alamyar.
