Got a wrong pizza which had pepperoni and some kind of meat in it

My order was delivered 25 minutes late then estimated time

The pizza was great and the staff was very friendly

Good pizza maker like as Masood, Israr and mecvwlse

Bilal and Masood are great ppl , and they served us with great hospitality, wish them good luck

Worst pizza in UK history I order other branch is nice but this branch is very bad and quality is very poor

My husband ordered vegetarian hot pizza without mushrooms but when we opened box at home it was not look like actual pizza we odered and it has mushrooms in it and it was tasteless. Thankfully we don't have any allergies of mushrooms but it was really unexpected.

Customer service is exceptional especially Ritika and Aena. Highly recommend.

so basically I ordered one pizza for delivery from your website. I waited one hr for my one pizza and afterthat I call the restaurant. Guess what they said… they said i just received your order now. Instead of sorry he was like you need to order through just eat. So my question is… they why you guys have your own website. Behaviour of your staff was very rude. So my only suggestion is.. that if you don’t need to do deliver from your website then do only just eat. Because I’m Fulltime worker I came home after my 12 hrs shift and I ordered pizza so I don’t have to cook. If I knew that it gonna took 2 hrs for my pizza. I never ordered from your restaurant. And also delivery guy was polite and said sorry without his mistake and this 1 star is only for that delivery boy.

Asked for 18" chilli paneer pizza but there wasn't enough paneer and the taste wasn't good.

Very good service and nice staff behaviour also the staff is very polite and the test of pizza is something that I would love to pay for.

I recently visited Farm Pizza in Sudbury and decided to try their Chicken Tikka Hot pizza — and it did not disappoint! The flavors were spot-on, with a perfect balance of spicy and savory. The staff (Israr) was friendly and the service was quick, even during a busy time. If you enjoy a little kick in your pizza, the Chicken Tikka Hot is definitely a winner. Guessing that the lady was named Anna top notch service from her, had really ease placing with her. And the pizza made by isaar superb very fresh well cooked. Never had better pizza in a while. Will drop by again while in the area.

I had visit this outlet for first time and Tables were untidy and I told to clean it but for 15 mins the table were not cleaned and I waited outside the outlet in cold but then too I had to remind them again to clean the table.

I have already called the restaurant twice and every time they are telling me the same thing , that is on the way 10min! It’s been 30min late now, and at this point I don’t want to eat a cold pizza. This is not the first time that I experienced this with the same restaurant! So unreliable service!! Every time the same excuse, that they are busy! They shouldn’t take orders if they are busy!

Really great pizzas - we had the chicken tikka spicy which wasn’t that spicy at all and the lightweights could pick off the jalapeños if they wanted. The deep pan isn’t too deep and was perfect. The thin base is ok. BBQ wings delicious

front Staff specially girl who answer the phone has to improve some good costumer service, she just hang up or put on hold for long time and forgot about that someone on phone.
