I go to this Pizza Hut every Friday. Their food is always delicious and the workers are always very nice and I’m able to do my order quickly and easily. It also takes very little time for the pizzas to be ready and I always love being able to get food from such a convenient place.

Ordered the Big New Yorker 10 minutes before they closed. Unironically the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life.

I intended to order 2 pizzas (50% off) but by mistake I only added one to the cart. When I realized it, I called them. One guy, Sharma, told me my pizza was on the way, but turned the delivery guy away while he made me another pizza at no extra charge. I was so impressed how Sharma handled this situation. Moreover, he apologized for any delays. p.s the pizza was delicious and quite warm and well cooked. Sharma, thanks for feeding us today.

Such discrepancies between promised and actual delivery times are unacceptable and disrupt plans. Adding to the frustration, their customer service has been equally disheartening. Attempts to seek clarity or updates over the phone result in being placed on hold for what feels like an eternity, typically around 5 minutes, without any subsequent assistance or meaningful update. This lack of responsiveness and accountability only exacerbates the inconvenience caused by the late deliveries. Moreover, the tracking system, which should serve as a reliable tool to gauge the arrival of one’s order, frequently malfunctions. This leaves me completely in the dark about the status of my delivery, unable to make informed decisions based on the anticipated delivery time. This pattern of service falls egregiously short of what is expected from a brand as renowned as Pizza Hut. The consistency in these issues suggests a systemic failure rather than sporadic mishaps. It is disheartening to witness such a decline in service quality and customer care. I urge Pizza Hut to urgently address these shortcomings. Improving your delivery times, ensuring the reliability of your tracking system, and enhancing the efficiency and helpfulness of your customer service should be of paramount importance. Dear Sirs, I placed a order from the Kingsbury branch on 27/01/2024 which consists of a Pizza, Wedges and Cookie Dough and I was appalled by the service I received. After placing the order at 18:04pm, my estimated time of delivery was between 18:35-18:45 and it didn't arrive at that time. I called the branch to chase my order and I was told that the driver was on my road only to wait a further 15 minutes and the food was delivered at 19:15pm. Furthermore, the order was missing the 2 dips which I purchased and paid for additionally. When we started to serve the food, it noticed that the food was cold and burnt. Our overall experience tonight has been poor and shocked by this service as Pizza Hut is highly respected. I therefore anticipate to receive compensation to this poor service.

Standing on counter from 10 mins no one came to take order, when we were calling bit loudly then they came and told us to wait 25 mins to get order Firstly no service then if we complaining then harassment. Worst service will never have pizza here again

Read the reviews before ordering. I wish I had! I will echo the same. When I called, the gentleman was super rude and almost as if I was a bother and he didn't want to help. I created my own pizza. I got a cold pizza (very tiny for medium), base was so hard I had to bite it as I couldn't cut it. Bland and something a child could make in school. This is not restaurant standard. The mixed leaf salad is a ready-made packet which was pretty average. The ice cream had melted by the time it arrived as the driver took too long. The price was so expensive! Joke. The only good thing was the drink. Don't waste your time!

I recently swung by Pizza Hut on Kingsbury Road, and let me tell you, The manager, who I gather is a South Asian middle aged old man, seems to have mastered the art of rudeness. When I asked for a menu, expecting a casual exchange, he casually suggested I check it out on my phone. but a little menu handoff wouldn't hurt, right? Anyway, I swallow my annoyance and decide to soldier on. I muster the courage to tell him my pizza preference, and what does he do? Nothing. Like, absolutely nothing. Ignored me as if I asked for some freebies. Feeling a bit perplexed, I ask him what's up with the rudeness. His response? he straight-up says he doesn't want to serve me. Customer service goals, right? So, Pizza Hut, if you're out there, could you maybe send a memo to Kingsbury Road? It's like the manager's doing a one-man show of "How to Drive Away Customers." Maybe a sprinkle of politeness would do wonders. For those who enjoy a side of attitude with their pizza, this might be your spot. As for me, I'll be hoping Pizza Hut takes notice and sorts things out. If anyone had similar experience as i did, i please request you to write a review, so pizza hut could get rid of such rude employee and no other customer would have to face such insults in the future.

Went to order a pizza Friday night along with my non Indian friend. The elderly man who was present there was so rude, his customers service was terrible. Most of the time he stood only in kitchen area even after calling out to him several times by my friend. Until when I had to call out to him in Hindi & speak to him in Hindi, he was responsive. This attitude is unacceptable I didn’t have an argument because we didnt want to spoil our evening ,more over the pizza was horrible too. Never ever again going to Kingsbury Pizza hut

Ordered a large pizza and a medium pizza. Large pizza was smashed up because they didn't package it properly and both pizzas didn't even come with a dip. When called them they said dips only come with starters and not with pizzas. When did this change doesn't say anything about it on the website whilst ordering. Disappointing service better off going to DOMINOS.

Terrible service, food was late, under cooked and cold once arrived. Management have no interest in resolving issues we were just told to bring food back and take it up with Pizza Hut customer services (who say take it up with the branch). Better off going to Dominoes !!!

Manager Masood extremely rude couldn’t operate the terminal to place the order. One of the worker has to show him how to do it. When I was collecting the pizza I asked him for a topping he said I have to pay for it. I have never met a rude manager like him before. Pizza was terrible please keep away from this place.

We ordered 3 pizzas from them via the normal website. 2 large and 1 small. We received 3 large pizzas. I called to complain to them and after having speaking to the manager he blamed me for having the wrong order, saying it's my responsibility to check the order on the email! Ordered a pizza for a few friends. We ordered and collected instore. Pizza wasn’t tasty and felt like it wasn’t cooked. We stood in store to eat the pizza as it was freezing and we were hungry. The man at the counter did the pizza was fine and cooked as per their standards. The next day we all fell ill with vomiting. Needless to say never visited again.

I ordered from here for my mum on Mother’s Day made and it was the biggest mistake as the quality of the food was not good at all the pizza was cold seemed like it wasn’t cooked as it was very chewy and the garlic bread just tasted like bread it has no taste what’s so ever along with that they don’t give you any dips even with a big order however when I went into store last time to collect a pizza they gave me 3 dips for free so I don’t know how that works. I would want a refund for the quality of the food and service to add to that the food also arrived 30 min late. Would not recommend spending money on this.

We enjoy every time we come to order at Pizza Hut in Kingsbury, Mahmoudd, the manager has a very good personality, welcoming and serving very high quality pizza which is hot, delicious and taste perfect!

My family and I like to try new flavors and visit different types of restaurants, so every weekend we liked to ate out. However, due to the pandemic we have been making our own food, which is great because you eat healthier and save a lot of money. So, when we were eating out we sometimes had some issues with the service because some waiters were rude. Also, sometimes the amount of food was less than what we expected for the total amount of money we paid.

I USED MOBILE Pay. But they run out of till roll and said it didn't go through. I show them pending transactions on mobile banking as they don't know how to check. It took around 20 min to sort out and food became cold.

I recently ordered from here. And suffered with food poisoning. An investigation happened but I feel that this hut is covering something up. I’ve definitely will make a complaint through the food standard agency, watchdog and trading standards. I what A full refund on compensation.

This is a poor review. Ordered food. Came cold/ not warm but cold. ‘Alan’ told me food leaves the restaurant hot then later said it leaves Pizza Hut warm. Spoke to manager who told me it was Just Eats problem and that I was wasting my time complaining that the food was cold. Sadly manager didn’t show his best…. Not sure if he is fully trained as a manger or if he’s in training…. Long way to do… All Just Eats fault apparently…. Back to Dominos Pizza…

Refused to deal with my order when I came in person to place one at 19:30. Asked me to go online. I don’t want to go online if the shop is right next to me? What would be the point in that. Pretty easy to take an order and they were taking orders over the phone. So I just ordered dominos instead.

We used to order pizza From This take away from Kinsbury.....last night we ordered a pizza firstly the taste wasn't good like something was off and them me and my wife were sick during the night.....last time we order from there.

WASTE OF MONEY! Sent me the wrong order 1st time round, then guy lied to me saying that their system is giving them wrong orders. In actual fact, they sent me a pizza that had been cancelled 2hrs earlier (stone cold) as per details on the receipt! Knowing that deliveroo would pay for another order, they waited to be paid for a 2nd time. 2nd pizza arrived, all the toppings had slid to one side of the pizza. Honestly believe this was intentional (most likely the guy who answered the phone), as delivery man arrived by car and took great care bringing the pizza to my door. The pizza was also undercooked. Guy I spoke to at Pizza Hut was rude and arrogant. Didn't care that they sent me the wrong order and didn't care that I nearly ate a pizza with toppings that I'm allergic to. Owner needs to replace the whole team. These guys don't care and they're ruining your business. You can't retrain people who aren't bothered. Manager clearly isn't being held accountable. This has become the norm from this store, shame as this used to be one of the best pizza huts around. Where is your quality control? Your one of the largest franchises! Shocking to see how many 1 star reviews this store has, why are you still operating if your not going to address the problems?! People have been complaining about quality control for over 5 years!

Ordered (through Deliveroo) for my sons birthday a large margherita pizza and sides it came after 45 minutes. We received a pizza full of peppers and onions which he does not like. I called up and spoke to a lady who may I say was not apologetic at all and was quite rude. I said I have my order number and I can see I have ordered a margherita and she said it is not her problem call deliveroo. If she would of got her staff to re make a pizza I would of happily drove to collect it as my son was so upset but no. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE can’t believe the way I was spoken to terrible customer service.

Second time I’ve ordered and found hair on my pizza.

Wrong order delivered to me. They didn't show me the pizza before closing them. I was issued with two closed pizza boxes. Out of them one is right and the other is wrong. I think the person got the order is new to the job.

I was about to order only two large pizzas but I spent bit more and I receive two extra sides and big bottle of drinks, Meghraj was very good in explaining the best deals. I got hot and fresh pizza in very reasonable price. I am happy with Meghraj’s service. And Kingsbury is best I am so happy.

I ordered the food at 6.30 and at 8.04 called them and was told the guy had been and left my food in front of my door, went out and food was left downstairs not my door and it was cold, icecream melted and they lied saying he called and knocked on my door, no answer, meanwhile manager is trying to tell me the guy was right instead of appologising. Pizzahut just lost a customer.
