Amazing pizza and amazing time keeping

The pizza is ok, but not the best. Updated review. I ordered 4 pizzas, and it stated that collection is available in 15 minutes. Well, 15 minutes later, I came to collect it, and the pizzas were not even made. The guy making pizzas said they are busy. When you are busy, I believe a place should make sure they have enough staff. This guy was the only one working and making the pizzas. Ridiculous, and I will not accept the being busy excuses. In total, it took 3 times as long for the pizzas to be ready, and no one did anything to compensate for the extra waiting time.

Don't recommend this Dominos Pizza on Preston Road. Did a delivery ordered on a buy one and get the other free. One of my pizza was the wrong order, so got that exchanged for a new one. Then a couple of hours later my mum and I decided to eat when my mum found a long strand of hair in the middle of her pizza slice, in between the sauce and toppings/cheese. I was on the phone to them telling them what happened but dominos just said that can't be right as we checked it and we have photos. I asked for the managers name and his person I was talking to but he wouldn't give me the name to the manager, saying it is personal details we are not allowed to give out. I then said, well then I want a refund or another pizza. They said we will give you a small pizza on your next order when we ordered a medium size. I then said, if this is not sorted then I will take it to trading standards, head quarters and to social media. Then only they said okay we will give you the pizza come and collect it. Was on the call for nearly 25mins appox. I went to collect it and with the hair pizza in. They checked it out and started blaming us that it's our fault because we put mayo on the pizza and it's come from there but it isn't as the hair is inside /in between the cheese/topping and sauce. They showed the checking photos to us. A few customers came in the store I asked them what they thought if it's the mayo or the pizza and they said its the pizza. However, the dominos wasn't having it and we didn't get our medium pizza either. Was in store for about 15-20mins. But yes I have recorded the whole incident/conversations, of the customer service and them not doing anything. This will be part of my evidence and it will now be going to trading standards, head quarters, social networks and may decide to go

It is a a nice spot , they cooking so good but on my experience the best there is Ionela , she does my favourite pizza and she does it well xxxx

All I can say is the pizza is always exceptional. I always go with extra sauce which makes it even tastier.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! - Ordered from them, and delivered to the wrong address when my address was very clear on their system. - On the tracker said 'delivered' when it wasn't delivered - Called them up to see what happened with the delivery and they were very rude, told me to go order elsewhere! Completely unprofessional and very disappointed.

They make very delicious pizzas. Fast, friendly service.

Veg pizza is the best, especially as you can customise. Tandoori chicken & pepperoni pizza could do with being less salty

This is the closest dominos to my house and it’s very convenient for me after a workday on Saturday. I go there around 1pm and Ionela is always there to greet me and give me so suggestions on what you get. Like last time where I was recommended some nachos which were the best. Will definitely be coming again.

The staff members Rudra was so helpful, he called back to confirm the order and to check the delivery information was correct so we would receive it on time. He even gave us a drink on the house. Would recommend

Rudra is very humble and very polite and he made our pizza in very time.

I walked in to order at 12:05pm and the guy said they’re closing and on the website it shows they close at 1:00am and he refused to take my order

If you order the 9.99 collection special they put no cheese or tomato on it. Basically bread with two toppings. I got one last week, thought a new employee doesn't know how to make them yet. Tonight I got the same - no cheese or tomato. Obviously their policy if you order a cheapo to skimp on the basics. Use another branch if you want a pizza that tastes like a pizza.

Dear store manager, please commend your team on making the large Veggie Supreme pizza. Today it was wonderful and delivered promptly. The driver was friendly and courteous too. Made my day after a long, busy day at work, I too work in hospitality and know how it all works. 5 stars!!

After long time I had a pizza from dominoes. I guess approximately after 2 years. They have 50% discount to download the application and get the offer for limited time. We buy 2 pizzas veg sizzler and veg supreme from gluten free pizza.

Ionela is the best pizza maker for this store however this Sunday I had a disappointing order as I ordered from my phone quite a large order spoken one of the drivers impersonating one of the managers and when I got to the store to find out my order was not made and had to re-order and wait another 45 minutes which was a disappointment as Julia I think her name was trying to explain why but me as a regular customer and an ex worker knowing the staff there and not have my order made. Just disappointing

I have been going to Dominos for a long while and have stopped going there till I went there today. I was welcomed by the same staff I saw from a year ago especially by Ionela who helped me order my usual order from a year ago. She still remembered the order which was super sweet and felt more like a reunion. After she took my order she had a small chat with me whilst making the pizza which made it feel very comforting for me to hear that the staff care about their customers and go above and beyond. Thank you for the margarita pizza and the chicken, olives, mushroom and pepper pizza. They were delicious and I will order from them once again when I feel like craving pizza.

Never ordering from this place again had hair and cardboard shavings . in my pizza and in the box. Got into an argument and now my refund hasn’t been put back over a week now . Never ordering from dominoes again

I’m a regular customer of this domino’s branch. Despite the high demand that they get, the staff are very nice and polite. Please appreciate your hardworking team.

Don’t order anything from them. I placed an order, the app was showing me it was delivered but it wasn’t. We went to the store, where a guy behind the till told me, he was the one who delivered it but he couldn’t as i didn’t picked up the phone. (No one called me!) When i asked to read my phone number from there system he said: oh it’s your mistake because you entered only 9 numbers. I asked him 3 times to call me just to see if really doesn’t ring, when he did surprise-surprise my phone was ringing. I m working in the hospitality with customers, i know it’s not easy, but at least don’t lie , be honest and respect them. It’s unbelievable that he was keep repeating that it was my mistake and we ended up he was lying all the time. If you don’t have a driver give a call for the customer and let them know maybe instead of waiting they will go to pick up the order. Disrespectful!!! Update: the Customer Service team contacted me, they are really nice people and trying to fix everything, thank you for that!

The Chef Review: I am a regular. I have order 4 times, different times of the day and different days to be as objective as possible, my conclusion is: I don't understand why Domino's doesn't close this branch down. The food was always cold, no cheese in the middle, dry, oily and purely disgusting.

Domino's Pizza has been my go-to pizzeria for a long time. They have always had great service and I've never got a bad meal from them. The only thing is that they could probably do with a few more staff during peak times. Street parking outside.

Hi everyone I have bought pizza today lunch and before many times.every time when I go there.i was things today will be ok.but today they wasted my money and time. Ordered a pizza. It’s already out from oven.i have told that person to give me my order.but he said wait.make me wait 30 minutes.also pizza was like rock,and the bad customer service.we ordered from tooting dominos it was ok.but Preston Road very very bad.bad staff.they didn’t know what they doing Simply waste

I am a frequent customer and i had a good impression about them until today, i received cold food, my order was wrong and when I called, the gentleman on the other end was quite aggressive. Yes my good sir i do remember that some months ago I complained for receiving some cold, horrid, mango tasting wings, yes I believe you guys are tired and tested, i worked in a Domino’s myself but I addressed the situation nicely and calmly, i don’t think I deserved the phone to be slammed in my ear. Paid £20 for a medium meaty pizza with very tiny portion of meats! Don't order here!! Don't wasted your money for a very expensive and tiny pizza, poor service! This happened twice, the lady on their phone was very rude and hung up!! Beware!

This place is worth a try. They serve big portions for affordable rates. Always neat and with good ambience. Will come visit again.

Professional approach, the food is always good and fresh from there.Once they have made a mistake , straight away they have send a correction in the delivery.No fuss I didn't even have to look for my order number , they all ready know who I was and sorted it out without any problems.

I am a loyal costumer of Dominos and enjoy each time I eat their pizzas but this restaurant has a bad management. I do not recommend to order anything because their costumer service needs a lot of training. My pizza was bad made, there was not sauce, and I claimed by phone call. Basically they hanged up on me 5 times. Very disapointed and for sure I won’t order anything of this restaurant anymore.

Ordered by phone and they had my last order on the system; I wanted the same again so that made it easy. Pizza was ready for me when I collected and the staff were friendly and helpful. As always from this branch the pizza was delicious.

Not a good experiance at all..service was very bad..not botherd about the line of customers waiting to order and also when pizza ready it took around 5 mins just to give it to us..

Amazing service with great food

The quality of food is not of the standard expected from a multi national pizza franchise. Having ordered so many times for collection and always complaining to my wife why do we keep giving them another chance. The dough is not very tasty, and the classic crust is more like a thin pizza. The toppings are not very generous and the overall taste of the pizza is pretty awful. My recommendation is to try Pizza Inn in North Wembley. I definitely won't be buying any more pizza from Dominis. The service is hit and miss too, very often the staff see you waiting and choose to ignore you when collecting the order.

One day i was starving as a sailor lost on a island but after passing on the door front of Domino's i instantly ordered a pizza and ate it like a child

Delicious food, prepared by a great team.

Order , And arrived within 20mins. Sometimes on event days like football it may take while but always hot.

Worst ever service I have received here from branch Manager called THAMAD, very rude and doesn't know how to deal with customers. I have ordered few pizza online when I went to collect they gave me less than what I have ordered when I spoke with manager THAMAD she said speak with IT help desk for missing pizza as she can't do anything at branch. So rather to collect ready pizza I have to call and wait to speak with IT. Looks like staff need some training how to deal with customers.

If I see another delivery bike crossing the footbridge between the Ridgeway and Northwick Avenue I will push him off! It’s a public footpath where children and adults use, I have called you a number of times but you just hang up on me.

This is my local Dominos. i have never had a problem with them as the service is good. However i called up one day and a lady picked up the call. She literally mumbled through the phone. i literally did not understand a word she was saying, was very hard to communicate with her and she seemed very uninterested. However my issue was sorted after all. Needed me some onions on my pizza didnt i.

Their service is really hit and miss. Sometimes you get the order correct and deliver it swiftly, other times, it is late and then recently it has been incorrect. Our last order you got wrong twice and had to wait for you to get it right. Also it's quite expensive for non aunthentic Italian pizza especially if you don't have deals/vouchers

Much politer than pizza Hut, still long wait when put on hold. The phone line was a bit weak then speaking to the man and he was making the situation worse by getting angry about it like it was my fault. Much better competence than Kingsbury pizza Hut when taking orders. I just hope the food comes spot on

I've ordered last week two pizza's and supposed to be ready in 45 minutes, after one hour i've called back and they toold me :"I forget that order!".. Today I've called again and they hold the call until the line dropped. Disgusting

As fare as food goes it's ok, on the same note if you don't spend what they expect you to, then they do not put what they are meant to on your pizza. For example the bbq sauce in your stuffed crust or the beef that come with the pizza; that equates to loosing a customer.

This Branch is good. I just wish they sold Halal food, so you could order anything on the menu, but their vegetarian choices are great tasting. I especially recommend the veg-a-roma, just great!
