Went at lunch time, atmosphere was calm and pleasant , food was served on time and tasted delicious. Will definitely come back again

Service just acceptable. Pizza nothing great. Had stater which was just ok. Charge extra for mayonnaise and add eat in charge which not very clear on menu. Went after 20 years and nothing brilliant. Sadly still same. Go elsewhere.

The portions are tiny yet come with a hefty price tag. Definitely won't be making a return visit here.

First time visiting and really enjoyed the experience. Quite spacious, good customer service. Large selection on the menu. Food was pretty tasty and very fresh. Reasonable prices. Will visit again more regularly.

If you are looking for an only vegetarian pizza restaurant then this the one in Wembley on Ealing road . Our client has booked the table in advance so the service was very good less people inside restaurant. I saw many orders going on for delivery. We booked at 13:00 and we came out at 14:45. It's good time and a good food and good atmosphere at this times.

Taste and speed of starters is amazing. Mains took longer to arrive. Very pleased with the taste and quality of pizzas.

We went ate in pizza parlour after a long time. Food portions have vastly changed and was expensive for what we got. Also the dish that lasagne and mushroom were cooked in were very small and not impressive in look either. Lasagne was cooked in a correlle type cereal bowl and mushroom in a smaller correlle bowl that too not full. Prices too high for what we actually got. Therefor won’t go there again.

Went to the restaurant on Ealing road and have been refused service on 2 occasions because they close at 9pm. On both occasions I came with ample time and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Staff didn’t care that we had come from far upon recommendation from a friend. We will not be coming back

The vegetarian pizza and chilli fries is brilliant! Note the chilli fries is a bit on the spicy side, and not for the faint hearted.

This store is not good staff and food is no good and no hygiene staff.

Great pizzas with taste & quality no doubt. However, very expensive at a high price all pizzas from small, M, L are high end prices if they can work on a new pricing I'd be a regular instead of every 3months. A large costs £15 or so . If this could be say £12/13 it is dam good to buy every few weeks as I always enjoy there pizzas. Normally i got to pizza village sudbury extra village veg £12 serves 5 people big slice. Pizza parlour if you can take this feedback and lower your prices that would be appreciated.

Food is amazing but service in Pizza Parlour is terrible. Staff are rude, food always arrives cold, and they never compensate these issues or have never acted on feedback. I once went to collect a pizza being told it would be ready in 20 minutes, I arrived in 20 minutes and had to wait another whole hour and the pizza was stone cold.

This is by far the best pizza I have had in a long time. Delicious! The staff are very friendly and made for a great night.

Went many years back so thought to try. They were busy, lots of takeaway orders as well so seemed to be doing well. However my experience was not the best. The menu was sticky, so maybe the owners need to refresh or clean, same with the table. Food was tasty. We ordered a starter and then a pizza and side. But got the side 1st and then the starter and then the pizza with far too many olives on it. The staff was under staffed so running around. All staff were cleaning as well as serving and handling the till without washing hands in between as running around. Not end of world, but we did not order any more after noticing that. Just some positive feedback, as a shame the experience was not as good I had years back.

Need to close later. 9pm, with 8.30 last order on a Saturday is not ideal but 5 stars for the food.

Pricey for what you get, but tasty pizza with a good level of spice

Pizzas were quite disappointing not that great however the chilli garlic bread and masala chips were great.

It was very bad experience as one of young man tattoo Mark very rude in answering questions. As I complained that flies was a tr Oundle our table we're eating and we couldn't enjoy the food. And when we complained he replied with nasty smile that door was opened and now is closed so flies will be there and walk away. I said to him I am going to complain about to environmental Health officer and his reply was do it.which is I am going to do it. Young man needs learn to manners and respect towards customer.

Vegetarian pizzas. Its about nice veggie pizzas. I went there as tourist. Loved the food. Waiting time is good. Food quality is great. You get good value for money. Price is competitive and you can go there in 10+ group. I would recommend.

Bought a small Margherita. Stretchy cheese, flavourful sauce, and a crispy base. Worth every penny.

Used to be famous and different...but the taste is some what changed.

Really tasty Vegetarian only Pizza Joint...all I can say is Jalapeño Poppers Potato salad Coleslaw Wedges Cheese & Onion Garlic Bread Chunky Special Pizza Normally, fairly busy but staff are all ways warm and welcoming, even if rushed off their feet at times. Very fast service from order and an open style kitchen to the rear.

The best!!! I remember last week I take one pizza in fifth avenue pizza in wembley trader...I vomit everything... But this place is very nice very good fresh pizza

£4.99 for a sit-in fee! This fee is never made apparent and no staff tells you about it. The only way you would know about it is the text on the front of the menu (which no one will read because it has no menu items on it). And the text itself is very very blurry and one would never catch it! The food was also terrible and horribly expensive. Too cheesy and greasy and really a waste of time and money. Best to avoid!

As a consumer we were not made aware of the “Seat-in” charges as we should’ve at the reception. Guy with the earring at the checkout was simply rude and with attitude. Would highly NOT recommend! Edit: The menus were torn out for us to read from. The font is not visible not at all, if we could we would’ve not given one star rating! We still are expected as first time consumers to be made aware by the staff about the “SEAT-IN” charges. As consumers we are there to eat food and not read if there are additional charges.

Terrible service and attitude of staff at the counter. Even charged us a 5 quid "sit-in" fee without letting us know about it. The food was OK at best. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Edit: Even if the owner says it's visible on the menu, you won't see it easily and upfront. Specially since the font is very blurry. Because if it was easy to find, I would've known about it before paying.

Was charged more than £4 for dine-in services that too without prior information. There was no service provided. We had to serve the food ourselves. The food was good but the service was terrible. The waiter cautioned us regarding the table when we asked him for our preferred place. The receptionist with a tattoo on his neck was an arrogant one when we asked regarding the bill breakdown.

Sad to post but for their learns. Arrived at 820pm to be told I cannot be served. We were two of us and we knew what we wanted. Told so adamantly we close at 9pm and we cannot help. No sorry no courteousness. Sad. Business lost but I guess they didn't care. Sadly a put off forever.

Not eaten inside the restaurant as always ordered for takeaway but they make one of the best desi-style pizzas. Can’t fault the quality and taste. Pizzas are a tad bit pricey.

What a joke!! Tried to order a pizza half & half with mushrooms, was told that we cannot do it. I asked why, it’s our policy. Lol really where is this stated? Nothing on the website. However they can make a whole pizza with mushrooms. What a disappointment, the place is ran by incompetent staff, I’ve never had that happen with the previous management, apparently change of management 6 months ago. Clearly never going back.

I spent £75 for 3 large pizza and 1 medium. There was no taste to the food. The staff were not friendly, not one had a smile on thier face. I will never buy from here again

Pizza is good. Quite freshly made. Everything else on the rest of the menu is very very basic and is made almost with a child's palate in mind. It's not got a great vibe in there, always empty. I had to tell them to put music on. Felt fairly depressing. Food overall isn't great. It was also fairly pricey for a place that only does pizza and simple sides like chips. They do a spicy sauce pizza, there is art on the wall which says, try our spicy sauce on your pizza, when I asked for it they said they only do that sauce on one pizza and won't do it on any others. Just poor service, it's just sauce and can easily be swapped? Don't go here if you want a great meal.

One of the best place in Wembley/Alperton area where you can get pizza in Desi style. I have visited twice to this place in the last few months and the taste is always amazing. Staff is very friendly.

We had a lovely experience here at Pizza Parlour. Staff were helpful, the place was clean and spacious and a nice change of the pace on a very busy Ealing Road. The pizza we ordered was fresh and tasty and chilli cheese garlic bread. Will definitely be going again.

Rubbish and Rude Staff. Avoid.. After the reply received: it was not about outside drinks not allowed, but it was about how rudely your staff informed me. He would have been polite and courteous. It is for sure you lost one customer family forever. I don't pay to get insulted.

Pure vegetarian menu. But nice variety of options. Food all cooked to order for sure. Food quality has been consistently good over many years. Chilly chips taste fantastic.

We drove over 45miles to eat at Pizza Parlour Wembley, the best place for vegetarian starters and pizza. Staff are so friendly and very welcoming. Will be back soon.

Delicious food with so many different options to choose from and all vegetarian which is fantastic!! The staff are really lovely and accommodating, the service is very quick, and the prices are more than reasonable! So happy that this place is still going strong 😊

Possibly the worst customers service ever. Rude arrogant staff. Food is substandard. Over priced for small portions. Ordered garlic chilli mushrooms and they gave under cooked horrible mushrooms with oregano. Waiter bought out food and was banging it on our tables. Wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s not nice and the staff is very rude.

A variety of choice on the menu. Very accommodating in making changes to the dishes. Staff were friendly and great customer service. Overall a good experience and food was great too. Prices were normal.

Service was not the greatest wanted 2 topping swapping out there woukd only do one.... one of the toppings being olives and we ended up with a olive pizza.... mushrooms weren't great over all woukd nit be going in a rush can definitely get better pizzas else where.....sorry

This place is the worst restaurant experience in London. The staff are unfriendly and rude. Food is terrible. We were served canned beans with soggy chips which they called “chilli chip chat”. Any inexperienced first year Univeristy student could provide a better meal with no effort. They even had a “compulsory” service charge that they didn’t want to remove off the bill. Please do not eat there, spare your wallet and stomach and go to Mumbai local, just across the street!

Ordered a takeaway pizza with no cheese as kods have allergies. This picture I have attached is what arrived. How appalling is this?!! Where are the toppings? Basically I have received dough and sauce. Does sweetcorn and peppers cost that much that this restaurant have held back on how many they have put on my pizza? Ridiculous. I wasnt going to write a negative review as I dont think it's a nice thing to do, but this isn't the first time I have ordered from here and this has happened. And just as some other reviews have said, I have also received rude customer service on the phone. IF I ever, and that's a big IF, order from here again, I hope that they read this review and really dont ever do this again. I have never seen anything like it. Chains like dominos and pizza hut provide a full topped pizza when I order from there with no cheese so goodness knows why this place cant. It's a shame really as my kids love their pizzas and if they were have decent I would hope I could order from there in the future. But lets see

Very good pizza. One of the best places I've had pizza. Good range of food available. Available without onion and garlic. Fresh and tasty.

We were frequent customers to pizza parlour. On this occasion we were disgusted to be put off over our meal as one of the starters had a hair in the food. We politely brought it to the attention of the waiter. He was dismissive of our concerns and very offish about the fact. we were all put off from continuing with our meal. Disappointed that the manager did not intervene at this stage as there was clearly a problem with our meal.With the bad attitude from all at pizza parlour we decided not to continue with our meal. Most of the starters had not been eaten and we asked to see the manager.No apologies or acceptance of the incident from him. We were horrified when he asked us to pay for the starters, and the pizzas, which were not even at our table. It was a family celebration and so as not to upset the family any further we paid up and left. A restaurant relies on its hygiene standards to be of a highest quality otherwise it will not survive and I am disgusted at the way the manager ignored and dismissed such an incident as having HAIR in the food.As it is the only vegetarian pizza eatery in the area I think the manager takes liberties and takes customers for granted . He had the cheek to ask for service charge ,we paid for the starters and left

This place makes me sick to know they are still trading. Never any offers, very small size pizzas, anyhow after having eaten here next day felt extremely sick pizza was also very salty. Worse thing is now nothing can be done about it. Not even worth a star.

Pizza Parlour has a nice selection of all-veggie pizzas, but their unique selling point is their selection of South Asian pizzas - of which we had the Eastern Delight and the Spinach Delight, both living up to their namesakes. The food was very nice and the pricing was reasonable. The waitress who served us was very pleasant, and the food was served promptly. Overall we had a nice evening, up until we had to pay. The chap at the counter was rather difficult when we tried to pay, telling us that their policy was to only accept two card payments from our party of six (one could only guess why). When we decided to pay in cash, he made a faff of it and became quite rude and abrupt. He eventually managed to give everyone their correct change but, by that point, we weren't in the same jolly mood as when we finished our meals. I would have given Pizza Parlour a 3/5: nice food, a good service from the waitress but poor customer service from the cashier - so they lose a star.

Tried to order pizza on the telephone and the guy answering cut me off four times. I phoned again and he said, I am busy and to order online. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he is very busy also and cut me off again. I have been a customer of this establishment for 25 years plus and will not be going there again. Terrible phone manner and the owners should be wary of who they hire to answer their phones and take orders. This was for a collection order and not to eat in the restaurant.

Very good place to go and eat. I went there with my friend to eat and the food was soo delicious. I loved they spice pasta and masala chip chat. I'm not big fan with pizza but I loved the pizza aswell

The pizza's they were selling before such as the Pilli Pilli used to be so tasty, now it tastes like utter rubbish.. can't eat it at all, even my family members agree to this. Very disappointing, the new owners,cooks aren't doing a very good job.

Ordered the paneer pizza; while the paneer pieces were very flavourful, I wished they were more generous with the toppings, especially given the price (£12.99 for a medium) Also, while staff is quite attentive, the service is a bit slow, presumably because they're understaffed. I'd still consider going again and trying something different.

Extreamily poor and shocking customer service.Would not allow me to add an extra topping to a pizza. Was served by the waitress to take our order. We wanted to order a vegetarian hot however with paneer as an extra topping and was told she could not do that as it was not on their tablet system...was recommended to order their paneer pizza however I explained that the toppings are different and would like the veg hot with the extra topping. Asked for another person who may understand and was given the same answer that it's not on their menue so cannot be made... Tried to understand why they could not add paneer as a topping even though they use it on their paneer pizzas explaining that id pay whatever the additional cost. Was finally served by the owner who then said that they make their paneer pizzas ready made. Then changed his mind and said that they can not add the paneer topping as he has not priced for it. So I explained that he can charge whatever the amount for the topping, however was talking to a brick wall and said they can not make a custom pizza. Walked out to say the least!

Went to celebrate a kids birthday. Was a nice place food was great. Can not fault it. But couldve done with a little more man power out front. Most of the time there was only one person serving all the tables about 15 or so ,cleaning up, taking orders. Seating customers etc. (Seamed to have a lot of his plate) never mind the pun. It was my first time so not sure if it's usually like this. But overall a good experience. Food was great that was the main thing.

Tasty pizza but communication can be an issue. Card machine more often than not is always broken and never communicated prior to take away pick up. Parking can be an issue but not much can be done about that. Food is good and staff friends. Tables can be a little sticky and dirty but otherwise tasty food.

Notting to do with the Italian pizza, probably they never tried the Italian one, over priced the real value of their “pizzas” is less than 0.80p and you can pay up to 15£ ridiculous

Wow I thought I was the only one that felt that way, Portions are small, 4 Jalapeno poppers 5pcs for 5.99. chip chat portions has changed to a smaller, if you are a group of 4 have to order 2 for each of you to have some of it. earlier portion was decent hence dint have to order 2 portions Portions n price u can live with, but the attitude of the staff is beyond me, u find they think we don't need customers who complain, I go there as I am pure veg however whenever you leave after dinner you feel sad. manager is arrogant I don't know if he has been advised to do this by the owners or not they cash in pure veg customers hence can get away with this rude behaviour, wish the owner would accept there is an issue with staff and portions, people will spend the same, smaller portions will not get customer order two portions they will skip it. I just read recent view I agree with gentlemen, no flexibility is provided by them. not sure now before they would only have deep pan pizza on offer and not thin base, no commercial logic in that, I could be dumb to get that could do with enlightenment. deep pan means more dough hence costlier. don't make ignore customers before customers start ignoring you.

We have been going to this place for a number of years, owners are just too arrogant. considering it is the only pure vegetarian place, I cannot understand that it cannot show any flexibility, You ask them to take away sweetcorn and replace with green peppers they will refuse. Staff is rude and not welcoming, Shame owners feel that they cannot be affected by bad service. I know many friends who go as it is vegetarian but not they way to treat and misuse the dominance it has. food portions are not what you expect yet customers don't mind coming down, but the attitude for the staff is that of I don't care if you don't like don't come, including the manager who has been there for years. nothing is for life, hope doesn't come to an end

Great Italian food with india twist and taste. We had panner pizza which was good also, margarita pizza which was lovely

Excellent succulent pizzas and lasagnes

We have been going this place for number of years. However during our last visit we all went in as a family in a group of TEN people, on this day I was happened to be fasting and was supposed to eat one meal during the course of the day, I explained and requested if I could bring in a small portion of food from the vegetarian take away few doors away, to my surprise I was outright refused. I spoke with the so called owner, whom I have seen before he wasn’t even bothered to come out and listen to my request, nor did he have a courtesy to come out and properly explain his position. I found this to be extremely rude and unfriendly, after a few minutes we saw the person who we know personally come to us, he explained their policy which was fine, however I felt that they could have considered the situation in a sympathetic way, and should have made an exception. Just because I didn’t want to spoil everyone else’s mood, so I kept calm and joined the family and finished the meal by eating whatever that was available. I strongly feel that the management could have handled the more favourably, and felt let down having been their customer for so many years.

The food and flavour was just brilliant for us. We all enjoyed the pizzas, garlic bread and garlic mushrooms. The place was very clean and had a very new feel to it.

Its local and convenient great food. Pizza is good and so are the other dishes that we tried which included masala moto and chilli chips. The taste is delicious and it's a great place for a last minute dinner or lunch.
