Just been to collect an order from dominos and bit into my pizza to find a finger nail, rang them 8 times no answer guessing they turned their phone off! I drove back up and took my pizza back asked for a refund and a new pizza as this was very unhygienic. Manager was rude and unhelpful told me that I couldn't get a refund due to him already making the pizza. Then had to wait another 20 minutes to receive my pizza. I won't be going here again

Absolutely terrible. Genuinely appalled at the level of service. I ordered from my local branch, through the app at 11am for collection at 9pm. All done, all paid. Arrive for collection after a long shift in the NHS, but no dough so no pizza. Two hours before closing on Father’s Day! So, despite having paid in full ten hours before, and knowing that I’d be coming for it, Domino’s left me with nothing. The manager turned a bad situation into a worse one. Simply not interested in trying to resolve, or take any responsibility, for what should have been an avoidable situation. No empathy, no culpability, and then starts accusations of aggression at the expressed frustration and incredulity at such poor service. I didn’t expect Gaslighting when I put in my Domino’s order. But I won’t be risking it again.

This chain just seems to get worse as time goes on Ordered 3 different pizzas all three of us became ill with food poisoning will not be ordering from here again

I rarely order Pizza but was just in the mood this evening, I ordered on the app which on all the deals had something not available so not worth choosing a large stuffed cruxt at £22 is expenisve can order a whole take away meal chinese of indian for that. I ordered delivery which said 20 mins... It took over an hour to arrive and was cold hardly any toppings and definatly no nice stringy cheese,,, never had a dry pizze before,, the cheese in the stuffed crust was almost invisible. possibly the worst pizza I have ever had..in future Ill order from the locak kebab shop tumbling with toppings and cheese and a large 16 ins for £14. avoid at all costs, when I phoned the staff were rude and not interested,,, They said they were busy... I said you gave me the 20 min delivery time nobody else and as they aave all my details they could have phoned and explained there would be a delay service is everything I will not use again or expect a respoince

Great pizzas ,but sent a non vegan dip with the vegan pizza . It was reported, and addressed the next day by a manager . They gave me free pizzas as compensation. Extremely impressed . Vegan pizza highly recommended.

I find Domino’s to be so overpriced. I honestly don’t know how they can charge what they do. Ok the takeaway in Worksop is clean, and the staff friendly, but you’ll get far better value by going to one of the independent pizza places.

Collected a pizza from the Celtic Point dominoes tonight. There were four young men making the pizzas. Not a single one of them was wearing any gloves, even after repeatedly looking at their phones, rubbing their hair etc. I’m no expert, but I’m pretty sure this isn’t the most hygienic way to make food for the public. You would think that management would be all over this, but given the attitude of the workers tonight, I doubt anyone cares! Personally I won’t be ordering from here again.

By far the tastiest in Worksop. Slightly higher price. But can you put a price on perfection Good friendly service. Thank you xx Delivered quickly too

Arrived really late but the staff on duty gave us exactly what we asked for and it was delicious. Not normally a great fan of Dominos, but this was better than most.

Today me and my partner had ordered two medium sized pizzas, cookies and garlic bread. We were upset to find both pizzas to be sized like the image attached, where it seems like the parts were stuck together from separate pizzas. Besides this, The margarita had not set into the pizza dough enough leading to the pizza to taste like eating blocks of cheese. Hoping that dominoes Worksop fix their food appearance as they are leading to very unhappy customers. Will not be visiting again in a hurry if it continues to this standard.

today my husband came home with a pizza from DOMINOS a meateor with extra cheese on. costing £10. well i thought to myself wheres the cheese. there were no stringy bits hanging as you pulled it away. i couldnt find any cheese, i have seen better looking pizzas in the supermarkets, where you put in the oven your self and i bet you could buy 2 or3 for the price of the DOMINOS one. lets just say we will not be going there again

Cant comment on the food but when i walked in i wasnt greeted i was just looked at and totally ignored i was stood another 3 minutes still being ignored so i then walked out and went else where

terrible incorrect food delivered unable to contact spoiled the takeaway night as too late to rectify the error without waiting for the right food to be delivered won't order again

As you would expect, typical dominos pizza. Expensive, only worth it if there's an offer on or two for Tuesday. For some reason this branch doesn't function as well as the others I've ordered from. They seem to be keen on giving away free pizzas or money off next order instead of solving the issue, which, seem to be a common complaint for most people over charging, rude staff and late delivery. I would probably order from another takeaway for a better value for money. probably not the same quality ingredients but it'll arrive hot and on time.

I popped in one Monday lunchtime as I had the offer from O2 to get a small pizza for £1, I ordered, I was told it would be about 10 mins which was fine as I popped into the shop next door. Once back in the pizza was ready for me, very hot, cut correctly into 4 pieces and was quite a tasty lunch before I headed back to work, couldn't ask for anything better really, bargain price, friendly staff and a hot lunch. Would go again I think!

ingredients is good quality most nights, They sometimes are very quick at delivering. They are not very good at finding your address so your pizza goes stone cold! Good offers on at the moment. Won't be ordering as much as gone down hill.

Comida llegó razonablemente rápido. Fuimos a conseguir una pieza fuera de la caja pero no era incluso cortados por lo que tuve que cortar. Tan pronto como me fui a recoger, cayó en pedazos. Base estaba pasada y parecía poco hecha, tres de nosotros comimos y ninguno de nosotros lo disfrutamos. Muy caro que no me importa si es buena comida pero no fue así, no será pidiendo desde allí de nuevo!

Pedí una pizza en 12:50 y un mensaje electrónico de confirmación para mi pedido. Sin embargo!!! No pudieron entregar porque mi teléfono había muerto y no pudo ponerse en contacto conmigo por teléfono. Así que me estaba esperando 30 minutos por una pizza que no estaba siendo preparado porque no pudieron ponerse en contacto conmigo por teléfono pero podría enviar un e-mail de confirmación. ¿Por qué no podían confirmar la orden a través del correo electrónico es más que crea que tengo acceso a un ordenador portátil. Completamente perdiendo de £30 meses pero más vale la pena de engañar a. Bastante gastar mi dinero en otro lado.

Very tasty food, prices can be high but often have special offers on to reduce them. Great quality. Would tell a friend.
