Domino's in Charnwood

We ordered a large tandoori hot pizza, it arrived very quickly and hot, but the base was uncooked and very doughy. We had added extra chicken but we only found a handful, the mushrooms were raw and the taste was awful. This place has gone down hill rapidly. Avoid.

absolutely disgraceful, they do not wash their hands before making another pizza or making any pizza. I went to collect my food last night and as i was waiting for my food the man made my dough and didn’t even bother to wash his hands before and after he made mine. He also made another 3 pizzas and still didn’t continue to wash his hands. The hygiene in that place is awful🤢🤢

Prices have increased so much recently which I know isn't the branches fault but really makes you question value for money compared to smaller pizza take aways. Pizza was good, garlic bread is still the best. Chocolate orange cookies were nice with melt in the middle.

We ordered via the app some pizzas and sides for my daughters party. The whole process was very simple and we didnt have to wait long before the door bell was being rang. All the food arrived as ordered and nice and hot. Would certainly use again

No changes, still great. Quick delivery. My partner added extra cheese to his which was a great idea. Now paying for delivery.

Took ages, when finally arrived it was wrong.. you can return it and get a refund rather than replacement, why keep food you don’t want

We order from here way too often. Got the standard margherita for a change and could have definitely been cheesier. Still love the veggie and BBQ chicken.

I keep seeing all of these bad reviews but the many experiences we had were good. The food was hot and tasted like described .👍

Beautiful pizza x2, cheesy garlic bread, wedges and cookies all delivered to our door for £20! All tasty and hot, delivery has a system that tells you when your pizza is being prepared, cooked, quality checked and delivered. Will make this our regular pizza delivery.

We love pizza. This place lets itself down as there are no toppings on the pizza. Let alone cheese! Also if you have a half and half the foot is scattered across both pizzas! Never great when you have young kids that won’t touch it. Strange for a chain to have such differences in its outlets but we will not be returning. Little or no care when making the pizzas. Scrimping on toppings too.

We have ordered Dominos pizza in Mountsorrel on a few occasions and never encountered any issues. To be honest we have never used the delivery service and only ever go and collect our food ourselves. The app has been pretty useful and the food has always been ready to collect when they say and the order has been correct and the food has been hot. Sorry to hear others have not had a positive experience.

Ordered a pizza using the app which told me it was delivered i had no pizza? Rang the store to be told my driver had rang my bell for my flat (which he hadnt 4 people are here) and told me i was to have my meal re delivered cold? This was £30 order or loose my order i demanded a refund and rudley told not a option i demanded to talk to the managwe and was eventually told not to ever use them again? And to get my door fixed even though it works fine as i have tested it straight away this was horific experience eventually i got a refund but will not recieve my money for 4-5 working days and then they hung up on me.

We ordered a deal as we had friends round , food came , just warm , my daughters pizza hadn’t even got cheese on!!!! They had also put spicy chicken on which she didn’t order, I phoned to complain only to speak to one of the most rudest, arrogant woman I have ever spoke to , she wasn’t bothered in the slightest, I asked to replace the pizza and send fresh sides as everything was cold by now , she informed me there wasn’t a manager to authorise this ,I was livid by her attitude, eventually she agreed to send out the correct order ,then slammed down the phone !!! The poor delivery man was so nice when he bought the new food 30 mins later ,when I explained he was so apologetic, I think maybe he should run mountsorrel Dominos not the despicable woman who answered the phone, never again !!!!

Having had really bad experiences before with Domino’s in Mountsorrel with food coming 1 & 1/2 hours late and stone cold, have used them again tonight and had the same problem with food arriving nearly 1 hour after being dispatched, and again, too cold to eat... am really annoyed with myself for giving them another chance. Waste of money i’m afraid as the food would be okay if it came straight away. What really annoyed me was the super rude man on the phone who clearly lied to me when I rang them to chase the order. If you are getting pizza delivered, AVOID!

Ordered a large pizza vege volcano. This comes with extra cheese. Seriously there was no extra helping of cheese, it was tight! Where's Bal? She and her crew where funny and better. Previously i ordered this pizza and it was loaded with cheese. Sad as i often sat here eating pizza and it really is a chilled place.

Kids party. 4 pizzas ordered on the phone to the rudest person I have ever spoken to, eventually after coming off hold for 4 minutes he took my order, he would not discuss the deals on line to begin with, as it wasnt in his script, so I ordered 4 pizza, a deal at £9.99 each. Is it me or is that expensive anyway. When I turned up to pick up the pizza nobody acknowledge me for about 3 minutes until the three od them finished off their conversation then a man came over asked my name and he picked out the 4 pizzas sitting on the side. I paid him £40 and he walked away, I then asked for my change (not that I wanted it particularly but he hadnt offerred and why should he keep my change!), he huffed and looked at me as if I didnt exist and walked off, gave the money to his colleague and looked at me and stated that I wanted my change! 5 minutes later he dropped the four pennies into my hand. I looked around while I was waiting and saw no till system, so do they keep all the change and just pocket it, Thats a great scan for Dominos profit for nothing! but also where did the cash go??? I got home opened the pizzas and the Texas BBQ pizza was stone cold. to end the delightful evening I had two slizes (I pinched from the party) and the result, a bout of severe food poisioning and 24 hours of hell. I did not eat anything before or after so it was the pizza. A disgrace to the brand and the worst service ever received. Do not go to this place, you have been warned.
