Pizza Hut - Thurmaston in Charnwood

We had a very good evening celebrating our niece's 16th birthday. Staff members were attentive and friendly. the pizza was average and expensive. average

This branch never lets us down. The pizzas are always cooked really well. For vegan pizzas, they have a couple of options which are also a delight. Today we were served by the loneliest lady, Sarah and she was extremely helpful. We would like to thank her for providing amazing service.

We was greeted by the lovely Sarah, she had a big smile and wasn’t pushy at all. She clearly stated how to order and what was on offer. The food was amazing and the service one better. Will be coming again in the near future thanks to the wonderful Sarah!

Hi i had a very horrible experience at pizzahut, me and my daughter drink water from their water dispencer and we both got food bug , i have to rush urgent care center to take my daughter in middle of night bcoz she was throwing up continusly. My daughter is on antibiotics , i am just wondering how many months after you guys clean your water dispencer??. Its really serious breach of health and safety concern.i dont know if anyone had that kind of experience before , but i will not go again to eat there at all. I hope pizza hut take this thing seriously. Thanks

KIMMY was brilliant from start to finish, accomodated us as a family of 4 on a busy Saturday lunchtime, no problem and was consistently checking that all was okay, kept our table clear and made sure she brought boxes over for our leftover, so helpful, friendly and happy 😊 I haven't been to this restaurant before and Kimmy is the reason i will be coming back 😀

Thank you to Kaz (or maybe Kath, sorry) pizza hut thurmaston. I ordered a delivery via uber eats which took forever because the uber drivers kept delivering and she called me to say she would give me a fresh pizza as she didnt want to give us a cold pizza (ubers fault!!) and she called me herself to keep me updated when the driver had come to collect and when he was on his way. Kath went above and beyond to do this thank you sooo much Kath! Such amazing service going above and beyond! Brilliant customer service from kas at pizza hut thurmaston!!!!!!

Staff are the main asset of this place, sadly a qr code menu ordering system is used to order your meal,.Management you have a great team, let them take the orders so we don’t have to spend the whole evening glued to our screens. We would have ordered more drinks prob puddings and your takings would have been substantially higher!

Went for lunch with my daughter (3) , we had a fabulous outing. Mini menu for her & the Vege buffet for me. There were 2 types of Vege pizza, garlic bread and 2 Vege varieties of pasta to choose from. We were served by Sarah who looked after us really well & made us feel welcome. I’m sure we will go back soon.

Pizza Hut Thurmaston was fantastic, went teatime today for our Granddaughter’s 16th birthday a large party of mixed ages friends & family. Holly took our order saving us the laborious task of ordering online, much preferable to trying to sort ourselves (Pizza Hut please take note not everyone wants to order via the app when dining in please don’t change this service) She was absolutely superb, sorted all the kids out & everyone got exactly what they ordered, food was delicious, beautifully cooked, hot & tasty, well done chefs, loved the salad bar & ice cream station. Parking was easy & we all had a great time. Thank you,

Haven't been to pizza hut since I was a kids, it was really good, staff were friendly, food was good, value for money was great. I liked that you could order from a qr code and head to the buffet straight away. We have Sarah taking care of us, she was great, came to check on us and laughed and joked with the kids. Would go again! Also very allergy conscious which is good to see.

It's ok not much atmosphere but the foods nice, husband and daughter had never been maybe go back for a treat at somepoint.

I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in many years and my duaghter wanted to go so we went. I can’t fault the service here - really friendly members of staff but the price for an absolutely bang average pizza was shocking! 26 pounds for a cheese and tomato pizza? One that is average at best? I remember pizza but doing good pizzas but I guess times have changed

Food was cold. Pizza was dry and without any taste. I don't understand how can they serve that kind of food so overpriced. I will never order from there again. Domino's a lot better.

Desde el principio fue lento, se pidió pedir desde la aplicación, el servicio muy pobre y perezoso, se centró en otros huéspedes y nos habían dejado solos, absolutamente sin ninguna gestión, dos veces nuestra pizza vino sin cocinar, sin disculpas o cualquier empatía solo ‘es como viene! ’ No voy a volver como servicio y comida muy pobre. Tuve que aconsejar cómo tratar con una queja, ser a regañadientes factura no se cobraba por, que dijo que no entramos para una COMIDA GRATIS!

A well managed Pizza Hut branch located in a busy retail park. Whilst I wouldn't say booking ahead is essential, I'd recommend it. We all know Pizza Hut buffet is the best, though you can find some good take-away deals online if you do not mind collecting.
