Pizza Hut - Thurmaston in Charnwood

Lovely buffet for our family of 3 and great service from Sarah at the Thurmaston branch. :)

We had Sarah as our server and she was really attentive, kind & informative. She’s a great asset to the team!

Sarah was Very kind, welcoming leading us too our table with a great smile as always.

KIMMY was brilliant from start to finish, accomodated us as a family of 4 on a busy Saturday lunchtime, no problem and was consistently checking that all was okay, kept our table clear and made sure she brought boxes over for our leftover, so helpful, friendly and happy 😊 I haven't been to this restaurant before and Kimmy is the reason i will be coming back 😀

Thank you to Kaz (or maybe Kath, sorry) pizza hut thurmaston. I ordered a delivery via uber eats which took forever because the uber drivers kept delivering and she called me to say she would give me a fresh pizza as she didnt want to give us a cold pizza (ubers fault!!) and she called me herself to keep me updated when the driver had come to collect and when he was on his way. Kath went above and beyond to do this thank you sooo much Kath! Such amazing service going above and beyond! Brilliant customer service from kas at pizza hut thurmaston!!!!!!

Staff are the main asset of this place, sadly a qr code menu ordering system is used to order your meal,.Management you have a great team, let them take the orders so we don’t have to spend the whole evening glued to our screens. We would have ordered more drinks prob puddings and your takings would have been substantially higher!

Went for lunch with my daughter (3) , we had a fabulous outing. Mini menu for her & the Vege buffet for me. There were 2 types of Vege pizza, garlic bread and 2 Vege varieties of pasta to choose from. We were served by Sarah who looked after us really well & made us feel welcome. I’m sure we will go back soon.

Pizza Hut Thurmaston was fantastic, went teatime today for our Granddaughter’s 16th birthday a large party of mixed ages friends & family. Holly took our order saving us the laborious task of ordering online, much preferable to trying to sort ourselves (Pizza Hut please take note not everyone wants to order via the app when dining in please don’t change this service) She was absolutely superb, sorted all the kids out & everyone got exactly what they ordered, food was delicious, beautifully cooked, hot & tasty, well done chefs, loved the salad bar & ice cream station. Parking was easy & we all had a great time. Thank you,

Haven't been to pizza hut since I was a kids, it was really good, staff were friendly, food was good, value for money was great. I liked that you could order from a qr code and head to the buffet straight away. We have Sarah taking care of us, she was great, came to check on us and laughed and joked with the kids. Would go again! Also very allergy conscious which is good to see.

Kimmy who served us was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much for her, she went above and beyond despite the restaurant been very busy.

Dropped in for the lunch time buffet, place was emasculate with the buffet fully stock unlike branches I’ve been to before. Also our waitress Sarah was super friendly and helpful with everything we needed!!

I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in many years and my duaghter wanted to go so we went. I can’t fault the service here - really friendly members of staff but the price for an absolutely bang average pizza was shocking! 26 pounds for a cheese and tomato pizza? One that is average at best? I remember pizza but doing good pizzas but I guess times have changed

Food was cold. Pizza was dry and without any taste. I don't understand how can they serve that kind of food so overpriced. I will never order from there again. Domino's a lot better.

From the start it was slow, was asked to order from app, very poor and lazy service, focused on other guests and we had been left alone, absolutely lacking any management, twice our pizza came uncooked, no apology or any empathy just ‘it’s how it comes!!’ Won’t be coming back as service and food I very poor. Had to advice how to deal with a complaint, be grudgingly bill was not charged for, that said we did not go in for a FREE MEAL!

Being able to have the buffet at weekends is brilliant ! Booking a table online is very helpful. Good variety of pizza, pasta and salad and drinks. Staff are so nice and friendly. Very clean.

A well managed Pizza Hut branch located in a busy retail park. Whilst I wouldn't say booking ahead is essential, I'd recommend it. We all know Pizza Hut buffet is the best, though you can find some good take-away deals online if you do not mind collecting.

Pizza hut has lost its quality especially after the COVID pandemic. The pizza quality has gone down the toillet so backwards infact it's seem the top management don't care any more, it's all about the bottom line. I also had the ice cream here they use the cheapest ingredients, for example the vanilla ice cream scoop seems like it's the cheapest ice cream worst than the soft scoop at the supermarket. Service also needs to improve from the manager especially the other workers seemed very polite. There are much better pizza places to eat now wildwood, Peter pizzeria, dominos, Papa John's to name a few which I would highly recommend.

We ordered 3 pizzas at thurmaston pizza hut, 2 of them was good, 1 of the was really dry and burnt in places salad wasn't fresh, we spend almost £100 for 3 people just for 3 pizzas and 2 Pepsi which i think is expensive for pizza

The service and pizza are very good. The drinks are limited and the salad bar is poor.

Table booking over the phone was quick and easy. The staff were brilliant. The seating area was clean and tidy . The children's colouring was a great distraction for the two children in the group.

Honestly it's the best pizza hut I've been too. It was warm in temperature and the service was brill. The moment I walked through the door I was approached by very nice staff. I will definitely be going back!

I recently had an unfortunate experience with a Meat Feast pizza from Pizza Hut in Thurmaston Leicester that led to immediate health issues, specifically stomach cramps and diarrhea. Concerned, I reached out to Pizza Hut's customer care, hoping for a simple resolution or a gesture of goodwill, such as a refund for the specific pizza that caused the distress. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter amicably, the response from Pizza Hut was disappointing. Their investigation, while thorough, concluded with no acknowledgment of my discomfort or any offer of compensation, not even for the modest amount of around ten pounds. This lack of empathy and customer care has left me deeply disappointed. The refusal to consider a small refund as a gesture of goodwill, despite the personal impact of this experience, has led me to decide not to eat from Pizza Hut in the future. This review is a reflection of my experience with Pizza Hut's customer service, which, in my opinion, fell short of addressing a customer's genuine distress following their meal. It's unfortunate, as I had hoped for a resolution that would allow me to remain a customer.

Very expensive to eat in Pizza Hut now. There are better pizza places than this and much cheaper too.
