Pizza was disgusting looked nothing like the photos too much base and even the dog did not like it BBQ sauce was every where. Will stick too barons. The bacon on the pizza was gone of from 2 weeks ago all left overs. Will never return

It was our family first time to try this restaurant, we ordered the food from their website, quite it was surprisingly the delivery service was good and arrives quickly, took around 25mins once I submitted the order. The portion size was good, the taste was great, Doner Kebab has a surprise, will visit again!

As a hgv tramper I visit many takeaways, around the country. Quick delivery to my truck. As a Mackem I love my cheesy chips. From here they are poor. Onto the the Pizza. Banging. I got a 12" Four Seasons, thin crust. 10/10. Very good takeaway. Recommend

We have been purchasing from Pizza Mia for quite some time and never had reason to comment negatively, Pizzas are always hot and great quality but the staff can let the business down. A few weeks ago my partner asked me to call in for a couple of pizzas and garlic bread on my way home from work, I walked into Pizza Mia, one guy was I believe doing some paperwork and another guy completely ignored me, I waited for 5 minutes and no acknowledgement so I walked out and purchased from a nearby take away where I was acknowledged upon walking in. I decided to give Pizza Mia another chance and I visited at 18.55 on 10th April, when I walked in there was a guy preparing pizzas and a young female employee ( blond hair in a ponytail ) just looked at me and then stood in front of me , no acknowledgment whatsoever, I wasn’t sure if she was prepared to take my order so I said what I would like to purchase, she was not at all helpful and when I’d finished ordering she said £17.60 I handed her £20.00 and the change was dropped on counter, there was not so much as a thank you and she walked off and disappeared. There are 2 pizza take always within walking distance of Pizza Mia and it’s a pity you have staff who give an “ I don’t want to be hear impression “ A guy did come in at around 19.05 ( well built and friendly, not sure if he is the owner ) I was going to say something but he looked busy. The guy who made my pizzas was polite, he handed them to me and acknowledged me, you don’t have to welcome everyone with red carpet , just a hello and thank you would be fine , she needs a word or two of guidance 🙂 Pizza Mia is a customer facing establishment, not a fast food machine.

Delivery guy was very rude,we where told delivery would be an hour didn't here them knock the door or ring the bell at 20 mins after ordering,I informed him I was told it would be an hour so thought we had more time but he seemed to have a very bad attitude altogether

I was too hungry to complain after coming home from a 13 hour shift, but I have ordered mixed kebab that was supposed to be with chips, ended up with dry mixed kebab in a dry pitta bread and a small salad. I couldn't believe that I paid £8.50 for that. The small pizza had hair in it that we have noticed the next Day. It's a shame, it used to be our favourites take away in Shepshed. Not ordering anymore from here. Only food side, the delivery man was nice.

Not happy , sorry. 20 minutes late delivery , said 40 minutes but took 1 hour for 3pieces , 9" garlic bread and some chips! . Large portion of chips it's actually very small, cheesy garlic bread very, very salty☹️. and little cheese on . Bought garlic bread from you a few weeks back and it was amazing ...in day time, maybe another person cooking ... Anyway, not happy for £20.

Horrendous! Poor customer service, tried to cancel and was told we wouldn’t get our money back, took 3 hours to deliver and the food was cold!

Very disappointed…. Placed an order on line and when I got my confirmation email through noticed it had ordered an item twice, rang them up to cancel one of them (within seconds of placing the order I rang) and got told they were half way through cooking them, not sure how, so they wouldn’t cancel one. To top it off when I got this item they were tasteless so couldn’t even eat one lot let alone two! I have used pizza Mia for many years but now is time for a change after such poor customer service!

Pizza Mia were fantastic with sorting our Year 6 school disco. They opened on a Tuesday especially for us and delivered our pizzas free of charge. Thank you so much - we will definitely use you again!

Used to be my favourite takeaway in Shepshed until the last few times, Really is going down hill. Prices are going up and quality is going down. Dry mixed kebab like the meat has been sat. And the most pathetic chips and cheese I have ever seen, they charge £4.50 for this? Will not be ordering again can get a whole meal deal from the chippy for the same price as the chips.. also when I called to complain I just got told to ask for more cheese next time… there won’t be a next time

£4.50 for a large cheesy chips. Received a sprinkle of cheese in a small tray. If this is a large, I dread to think what a small is. Also asked to pay extra at the door for cheese on a doner meat & chips because there’s no option to add, didn’t come with cheese on. And a cheese burger I ordered didn’t have cheese slice on, it had runny cheese sauce which my 11 year old didn’t like. I’m a regular customer but the quality is getting worse. Update. Just ordered again 2 months later and still no change, in fact this time it was worse. £9 for two large chips and cheese with hardly any chips and a sprinkle of cheese. Called them to complain and they just said to call them next time we order and say we had no cheese on our previous order.. I won’t be ordering again so don’t worry. Just lost a loyal customer.

I cannot recommend Pizza Mia enough. Yesterday, our school in Shepshed hosted their Year 6 leavers' disco. Even though they do not open on Tuesdays, Pizza Mia told us not to worry! They took our order and opened especially to provide food for the children. They delivered 16 absolutely gorgeous pizzas, that were enjoyed by all - there wasn't a bite left! Lovely Pizza and fabulous service, I highly recommend you try Pizza Mia!

The pizza base was thick, stodgy and very undercooked. The pictures of the food on the app show thinner, stone fired pizzas but this is thick, greasy dough which you would associate with those cheap kebab shop pizzas. The toppings were also of a very cheap, poor quality. Definitely not worth the money, go elsewhere!

I've used these guys on and off for a while as they've been pretty good till now. Tonight's was a complete let down. Turns out the fries on the kebab meal is merely a sprinkling on top of the kebab similar to a garnish as opposed to an actual portion. The chicken shish was only tired little pieces of dry chicken and the doner was "OK" at best For £16 delivered, I think in future I have much better ways to spend my cash. Very disappointed..

Pizza tasted great but was sliced inconsistently. Slice size doesn’t sound like a big deal until you’re trying to share! The onion rings were a soggy, luke warm mess.

Then when discussing with them on the phone they were very unprofessional and very argumentative and at first refused to give us a refund unless we went down and fetched our money, need new staff for sure certainly don’t know how to run a kebab shop when the boss man is not there!

I used to love Pizza Mia but since prices have gone up it seems as though all they care about is profit. Sometimes there's no dips with pizza. Ordered a hot dog crust, paid £4.20 for it on Just Eat and it was a quater of a hot dog in it! Rip off. Won't be ordering again as I won't be ripped off. Lost a loyal customer.

Hi all. Ordered pizza from this place. When they asked us what kind of food we would choose, we chose the largest one, so that we would surely eat. Because being in other countries pizzas are very thin and with a small amount of toppings. But when we opened it and saw this masterpiece, we were very surprised. It was big, juicy, with lots of cheese which I love. My children said that I was full, but my hand reached for a new piece because it was impossible to break away. So I'm sorry I won't post a photo. Highly recommend Mia's pizza. We are the lucky guys to be in Shepshede. This pizza is the best in my opinion than in Italy and France. Many thanks to the pizzeria team for the quick preparation and the music of tastes.

Great kebab the best fresh&tasty

We have just finished our pizza's, would leave photos but there was nothing left!!!! Stopping at Jurys Inn at the airport, do decided to try Pizza Mia SO glad we did, quite honestly one of the tastiest pizza's I've ever eaten, my wife had the Mediterranean, was going try a slice......none left!!! Our two boys also had empty boxes, says it all Beautiful fresh tasty pizza's and dead friendly staff... See you next time! Mr Carpenter!!!

Ordered from here for the first time tonight Had the bbq chicken wings, pepperoni pizza with chicken and stuffed crust. Mexican cheese fries and a cheeseburger!! The food was amazing and tasted freshly cooked! Delivery was quick. Will definitely be ordering again 😊😊

Not one bad word for this place, very consistent with amazing food over the years, dare I say even phenomenal. Gaffa has great banter which also leads to a great 10 minutes in the takeaway while you wait!

Phenomenal establishment. Burgers are underrated and great deals all round. Staff are friendly and cant say I've ever been disappointed with the food and been giving my custom for years. A little wait at peak times sometimes but always worth it.
