Syston Sizzler Pizza & Grill in Charnwood

We ordered 2 x chicken sizzlers and 1 x mixed grill all the food apart from the chicken was spot on, the chicken was off, it really stunk. I demanded a refund, the owner asked me to drive back and give him the food from my black bin,DO NOT EAT THE CHICKEN FROM HERE.... for the service if the young girl could get off her phone would be a great help, I'm stood waiting to collect and she is watching Insta... we have used Sizzlers a few times, we won't again. Reported to Enviromental health!

Ordered delivery via Uber Eats, which was then cancelled by the store on my app as it said they were too busy. When I called to enquire, the nice lady I spoke to explained that she couldn’t check my order as their system was not loading and that I should call Uber ?? I tried ordering over the phone but the bill was coming out much more than the Uber price. First time I’ve tried this place, and definitely the last. Would only recommend if you enjoy banging your head against a brick wall.

Awesome food, the burgers are amazing, and the kebabs just fantastic.

Their grilled chicken and chips is the best thing in Leicestershire!

I used to rate this place 10 out of 10 but my last 2 visits have left me feeling very disappointed it used to have a personal touch but it’s lost its feel at home factor not sure why food good but the service mum dipped will struggle to go again

The best burger I have ever tasted, they come quite big so it’s quite filling it is 100% worth the price, I highly recommend this place especially the pizzas too they also come crispy and crunchy, Syston sizzler is my no1 go to takeaway food shop

Burger exspesive meat like rubber no flaver took one bite and could not swollow bland bun no dressing no love just lifeless in presertation or effort Gordon Ransey one of them burgers

Has always great food but the table service was awful no interaction and I will struggle to visit again if the gaffer isn’t there

Had takeaway burger looked really nice but was tastelessness the meat was rubbery, and not any flavour, chips were overcooked and dry

One of our 'go to' places for a takeaway delivery. Never had a single bad experience from this place, good service with high standards. We usually have a share platter, just over £20 delivered.. huge tray of rice, and meat, with 2 big naans, 2 salads and hummus. Fresh, tasty and clean food. I'll continue to use this establishment as the prices are fair and the satisfactory level is consistent. Top marks.

I love the rice and chicken and salad but the biggest let down is every time I order sauce they always miss this off the order. The premise are clean and well presented and the staff are friendly.

My Dad Ordered a evening meal. To be overcharged £23 for a meal that was added on at error of the staff. Stating he wanted a meal for one and getting charged £11 and then £23 for a meal for 2. This is awful customer service.

It took an hour and a half for our food to arrive and it was cold.

Only ordered from here twice and both times it was very good. I like the fact it opens earlier than other takeaways so available to order if you fancy having dinner a bit earlier than 5pm.

Best takeaway in Syston. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for our food. The staff are all lovely and provide a fantastic service when ordering, collecting and delivering food. The food is second to none and I would highly recommend to anyone who fancies a top quality takeaway.

First time time going here, the food was really good! Had to sit and wait for it to be made so you know it's all fresh not sat being kept hot! Didn't have to wait long either 👍🏻 went back last night, food is amazing as always 😋 ask for the hot chilli sauce, it's too good!

The best beef burger, chicken heaven burgers and wraps. Delicious houmous and the home made chilli sauce is great too. Highly recommended to take away.

Ordered take away, my partner loved his burger but I found mine average and too greaay. Chips were okay. What I will admit is the burger is a good size and the smoked cheddar was nice.

Waited over 20minutes for just chicken wings, guys cooking for too busy on their phones, They were snacking whilst cooking, mentioned to the lady but she became very defensive and said she only the driver but had N extremely rude attitude, seems like she is in a bad mood for being just a driver…

If you want a decent burger and food that's not swearing in polystyrene then this place is for you. The smoked cheese and bacon burger I had last night was utter perfection. Chips weren't soggy, mozzarella sticks were crispy and still had all the cheese still inside! Shock!. Ordered through uber eats so wasnt expecting much. Totally proved me wrong.

My partner said it was a good burger, and he's hard to impress on burgers. Delivery was really quick, 50 minutes earlier than we were told so that's a bonus.

Was ready to collect well before the estimated time which was good. All food was good, hot and fresh. Good value for money. Had pizza, chips, chicken skewers with rice and salad and chicken strips with rice and salad and naan bread.

I paid for a meal twice as I was told the first transaction did not go through however when I checked on my bank account it had gone through so therefore I had paid twice. They told me to come back and they would sort it out. I went back in several times with proof of both transactions and was just told to keep coming back and they were sorting it out. Called many times aswell and always an excuse. Lovely food but dreadful customer service. Problem still not resolved

Food is always great Love the flat breads, kebab meat is lovely. The mixed grill combo was spot on for 2. Also had the burgers in the past and can't fault them. I personally go for the chicken piri piri with BBQ sauce, hits the spot everytime. Would higy recommend this joint, never let's us down.

u have to wait an hour for delivery on a Wednesday night, it’s always a wrong order that gets delivered, so you end up waiting about 2 and half hrs for your food!! SERVICE FROM HERE IS TERRIBLE!!

Nothing special place looks and smells amazing, good customer service, but the chicken and lamb shish was average not much taste flat breads very nice but it's bread so not too hard to get right

Rang for a delivery for a family of 5. Was told that delivery will be delivered approximately 1hr 15minutes. 2hrs & 15 minutes later after ringing a further 2 times to see where it is. Finally arrived but unfortunately the food was cold except the rice. And to be honest the price we paid for it we could of went out for a meal, very disappointed with the portion sizes considering the price. Except the rice there was plentiful of that. So won’t be ordering from there again. In the end we took the food straight back which is only 2 minute drive & we received our money back. They was hesitant at first to give the money back that evening over the phone but suppose didn’t have much choice with us turning up with the food & considering the 2 further phone calls after being told “its leaving in 10minutes” then 30 minutes later still not arrived. Poor Service.

Very clean restaurant and staff

By far the best burger take away in the Midlands. I have eaten from here more than 20 times and never once had a bad meal. I have just traveled from Mandfield to Syston with excitement knowing I was going to eat from Sizzler again for the first time in nearly a year. I have dined on burgers all over Europe and this restaurant is in my top 3 for a quality burger. Five Guys isnt even in my top 10 for comparison.

Had a delicious meal after a comedy night, round about 11pm. As we were waiting for a taxi, 4 of us, the owner offered to take us home due to Storm Dennis. Excellent customer service. Will not be forgotten.

Absolutely gorgeous food so tasty not like your Norm takeaway rubbish and the junior pizza was just right for both kids very highly recommend you won't be disappointed

Me and the mrs ate from here yesterday for the first time was good other than in my chicken and ham pizza was enjoying so much then last slice I got a vile piece of gristle typical last slice aswell so sad as before this it was going so well we also had the burgers there not to bad better than your standard burger but nothing on five guys. The reason I say five guys because if you charge 5 guy prices you must be able to compete with these but I'd give them a 5 or 6 out of 10 for burger but all in all worth a visit was not the best was not the worse. Deffo best place in syston because all the other places in syston are rank.

Order arrived late, but only because the poor driver got lost! Good quality pizza.Very friendly service throughout.The ezme (chilli sauce) and yogurt&mint dip were really tasty.The lamb was a bit tough and chewy, and it would be much nicer if they used a different grain of rice with the skewers dishes, but the chicken was charred and flavourful.Overall, it made my belly happy

Personally the pizza was not to my taste, however my partner really enjoyed his vegetarian pizza. Food was hot and fresh and made on time. The wedges were good for me.

syston sizzler has online food ordering facility and is very easy to use. food is fantastic. l have ordered burger and pizzas was delicious l will definitely order food again.

This is the most delicious restaurant ever. The burgers, pizza and salads are amazing and fresh. I travel over half an hour away from home to come to this place because the food is so nice and full of flavour. The staff our so lovely and helpful. Would recommend this to everyone: family, friends or alone. The atmosphere is so relaxed and the interiors is lovely.

Best restaurant in Leicestershire that does burgers, pizzas and more. I come here often to get fast delivered food. The staff are lovely, food is amazing (especially the burgers, so fresh) and the atmosphere is always bubbly. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better restaurant in Leicestershire. 10/10 would recommend.

Ordered a blue cheese burger, chips and cheesy garlic bread. portions are very generous and the food delicious. A proper burger. Ordered in the shop as a takeaway, freshly cooked to order. A 15 minute walk to get it home and everything still piping hot. Will definately be back.

This is my second time using Syston sizzler, though I enjoyed it last time, this time they surpassed the previous experience! The rice was cooked perfectly, tender meat, and the cheesy garlic bread was very good again! Fast delivery (its only Tuesday, yet to test weekend rushour) by a pleasant driver. Thoroughly recommend and shall be returning sooner than last time. 👌

This place is amazing. It's a hybrid between restaurant/takeaway with great burgers, kebabs and pizzas. The interior is lovely with seating and drinks if you'd like to eat in.

Happy enough to serve you food and alcohol. Happy enough to chat about life but wont let you use the toilet. It's not for customers. An absolute insult to a customer who uses this place every week. More than willing to travel to eat elsewhere from now on. Plus chefs are cooking food with huge beards and no nets on. Pretty shocking all round

Having previously visited the premises and been extremely impressed with the food, service and level of cleanliness, we ordered a takeaway combo grill for two. The website is excellent. Our food was delivered hot and in less than the anticipated hour. Wonderful hummus,flatbread, fresh salad , rice and assortment of grilled meats with a chilli sauce. At around £20 including delivery, we were extremely impressed with the quality and quantity of food.

This takeaway has opened fairly recently in the syston area, we now use about once a week, grill meat is good, pizza good and burgers also good

First time tried Syston Sizzler burgers and pizza it was very fresh and tasty. Also online food order and food delivery is avalible, very frendly and beautifull place our favorite take away in Syston ❤️

I never have any doubts about the quality and value of the food when eating in this restaurant. The food is handmade and the quality is obvious. I had the lamb skewers special which cost £7.99, but would easily fetch £12 in other mainstream restaurants for meal of the same quality. Hurry up and order from these guys before they figure out just how much their food is worth.

Come try. Great selection. Have been several times, always having something different and always great. Reasonably priced and friendly staff. You can have beer with your burger too! Haven't tried the grills or pizza yet but they look great too!
