Partner ordered from here but had to cancel it due to emergency. Tried to ring the restaurant and was told food was already out for delivery and driver would just leave it on then doorstep and would not cancel. When I rang up to speak to someone man was VERY RUDE and kept speaking over me! Then the line wend dead and when tried to call back kept going through to EE voicemail,, WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN!! Unacceptable!!

Delivery driver crying because I asked him to call when he arrived as my room was at the back of the house and wouldn't hear him knock on the front door yet the driver said if I come again I won't call fair enough if I didn't answer the phone but I picked up as soon as he called to collect my food bad service and I feel like this business is a poor example of looking after the customer I wont be ordering from here again what a joke 👍🤣

Excellent customer service, very friendly staffs which will cater to your needs they will provide you with recommendations. If you want food spicy they cater to your tolerance level.

We've been ordering from Pizza Master for a number of years now. The quality is always good and with the 2 for 1 deal it is great value for money.

Avoid completely. But got my refund. So we ordered a family deal 1 which should be 2 pizzas 2 fries garlic bread wedges and Pepsi. I received everything except for 2 portions of fries and wedges. Just eat wouldn't do anything as I paid cash and the restaurant wanted me to ring them. So I ordered 2 ice creams and refused payment till they had sorted my original order. Funny thing is they sorted this within minutes.

Just ordered donor kebab and chicken tikka kebab it was awful dry stale chicken donor full of grease waist of money do not reccomend and will be reporting monday to food n hygiene has we both feel unwell

The food turned up 40 mins late, so from the time of ordering it took 1hr 30mins to arrive. I had to call 13 times until I had anyone pick up the phone as it kept on going to voicemail, plus when they did pick up the phone, not only were they rude, they told me that the driver was nearby, which they were not! When I asked for a refund of the cost for delivery, they refused. They said they were very busy, so I will give them some slack, but this was completely inappropriate! I will NEVER be ordering from here again!

There are two brothers: one who delivers a good Customer service, always smiling, who care about quality of he's products and business; the other one is opposite. Once he delivered a wrong order and I called him just for make him to be careful with future orders but the guy was rude and even aggressive through the phone. So, your review will depend by whom attended you: the good and professional brother or the other one.

Top pizzas and great value-2 for 1! Delivery times can be a little slow, however we are in right in the sticks! The chilli sauce is delicious but not for the faint hearted!

Was I on answer phone. Absolutely abhorrent and abrupt behaviour what a bloody joke. Seriously are the workers getting payed or not because believe me I don’t think they own debit cards. Which boat were they brought from. Right no beating round the bush let’s just throw the cards on the table. I rang up this “establishment” and they asked me for the fifth time what’s your postcode so I said ... it was almost like he divorced us from Leicestershire he was perplexed as to what a postcode is. I honestly felt I might have to chant the alphabet on the phone the last time I remember W didn’t have two UU what a ludicrous man. It was almost like the man had caught the Eurostar and came straight to this fast food place without learning any fundamental principles of this country. Anyhoo enough of this Yiddish taking a order was like preparing a wedding wow I never felt so uncomfortable in my whole life. I’ve wrote reviews for a very long time and this time I felt truly insulted so I had to raise my tone because he kept passing the phone onto other members of staff who were floating in the same ocean as him. Let me turn my attention to the food I only asked for a chicken kebab not the actual chicken it self it was repugnant and it was marinated in herbs and spices that were mixed with 90% water which was vile. Did I ask for a chicken chow mein ? If so I would’ve gladly walked down to the basin without a struggle then to step foot in this office.

Rang for a delivery said would be an hour, waited for an hour and 10 minutes rang them back said driver was 2minutes away, 10 minutes later still not arrived so rang back and told them to cancel the order the guy on the phone was rude and abrupt told him I would give it 5 more minutes the driver came within a minute food was cold and chips soggy. Awful.

Really pleased with the super fast delivery and exceptional customer service attitude on top of already a nicely prepared, great tasting pizza. Definitely deserves 5 stars

Called in here after leaving the pub on a Friday night; usually do when we come to Loughborough and stay at the Travelodge nearby. Food is a decent standard and not too badly priced. Staff friendly too.

Ordered a takeaway after the menu landed on our old's doormat. We were so astounded by the sheer volume of food for the price it had to be dobe. 40 minuted later the delivery guy arrived with a mountain of tasty fayre that can only be described as awesome! Highly recommended, thanks

Descubrí Pizza Masters gracias a una compañera holandesa que me lo recomendó y sólo tengo buenas palabras para este sitio. Las pizzas están muy buenas, infinitamente mejores que las demás alternativas (Pizza Hut, Dominos, etc.), eso sí, es comida rápida, ten claro que no vas a comer pizza auténtica de Italia. Las cheese fries están de muerte y las Pizzas con borde relleno no son el mazacote que te dan en otros sitios, sobre todo si la recoges tú en el local. Creo que Pizza Masters es el sitio del que menos me esperaba en Loughborough y que más gratamente me sorprendió.
