Ordered via Just eat and guy he cancelled my order but no refund on Justeat and no pizza. Avoid, avoid, avoid

ordered tonight for the first time, food was delicious and brilliant portions. Value for money you cannot go wrong and the food is lovely so spot on. Delivery was fast only taking 19 minutes and driver was friendly. Quality and quantity of food is exceptional will definitely be a returning customer.

Terrible. If living in England, make an effort to learn to read English. Food was missing items and tasted vile, won't be bothering again. Avoid.

Delicious food and good service for sensible money

I Ordered a Donna & Shish kebab with garlic mayo & chilli sauce. I asked for meat to be well done it wasn't! I didnt get garlic sauce either got 2 pots of chilli!! And was charged £6 delivery. I asked the driver why Id been charged £6 when i only live 5 mins from the shop he said minimum order charge £3 & Delivery charge £3 ??? No where on the website or menu does it say a minimum fee charge! Ive just looked again. Won't be going back there. Rip off. Prices high enough without extra charges!!! 😡😡😡 No wonder people are stopping going out to eat!!!!

First time we've been. Great food, and a couple of tables so we could sit and eat in the warm.

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered food for delivery, told it would be 30 to 45mins. No food after an hour, phoned back to be told the driver was on his way (which is less than 5 mins away)..After 15 minutes rang again to be told the driver was outside my house ...clearly wasn't anywhere to be seen. Then was told he was on his way...pure lies.. Terrible manners on the phone and consistently lie.

Food always spot on. Love the variety of pizza flavours. Delivery drivers are always friendly. Not a bad thing to say about this place. It’s our go to on a Friday night

Ordered a lasagna it arrived with pepperoni in it. Never known of lasagna having having pepperoni in it as I do not eat pork. New owner of business trying to say this is their meat lasgana and should have checked their menu. Extremely rude won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered a chicken burger and chips, the chicken burger was obviously not cooked properly or had been contaminated as it gave me food poisoning (confirmed by the hospital) I was in after not being able to keep anything down including water!! Never eating there again!

Usually spend easily 40 odd pounds but ordered as a single person and it was a disgusting and burnt order NEVER AGAIN!

I am so happy to see so many new pasta dishes in the menu… and will be working my way through them I had the different cheese pasta, was delicious and such a good portion I will be having the rest for lunch tomorrow, my only fault was that dried herbs were added, and with such a quick dish to cook they don’t add any flavour and remain quite firm in the mouth, so omit or use fresh My husband is allergic to cheese, ordered a burger meal, no cheese, burger came with no cheese, but chips that came in same box had cheese on, he called to inform of this, was apologised too and told another meal would be on the way which arrived in 10 minutes Fantastic customer service- we all make mistakes Looking forward to trying more of the new menu

Very light on toppings. Large Double pepperoni had a single pepperoni on each slice. Similar with chicken plus. Otherwise pizzas would've been tasty.

Provided a plain margarita and added extra toppings to free pizza, rather than adding toppings to plain pizza, rather than apologise and admit there must be a mix up. It was completely us at fault, not the way the website creates the order or sends it, but the customer. Then with it evening a very busy Monday school night informs us if we want another margarita we will have to wait an hour! Yeah ok mate👍🏼👍🏼 Won’t be using you again… Wait there’s more… just received a phone call saying if I want the pizza come and get it!!! Very professional!!

After reading good reviews me and my partner thought we would order from here. We ordered on just eat and the order was sent for confirmation. After waiting 30 minutes for the order to be confirmed they cancelled it.

First time we ordered, nice , hot & fresh wen it came.... defo order again 👍. Not sure if they do thin crust, wud of preferred it but happy with wot we had.

One of the worst pizza's ive ever had and 3 other friends on the same order agreed how bad there pizza's were to. Hardly any cheese, toppings were cheap and had no flavour.. overall CRAP!! Oh and the delivery taken 1 hour and 35 minutes. Avoid.. awful food and service

Had a beautiful take away from this ideal over the road Pizza place, offering wraps, kebabs, desserts, jacket potatoes, pizzas and even pasta dishes. The doner kebab was hot, fresh and very tasty, my wife had a jacket spud with coleslaw and it was amazing. We even had a warm welcome after saying we had just moved into the area. Could not fault the service and staff.See you soon guys.Steve and Jacki at number 28.

Came here after we were trying to find something to eat in Shepshed. The pizzas are very nice and fresh and the Service is good. They also sell different things apart from pizza such as chicken and chips.

A brilliant place. Always friendly and so reasonably priced. The food though, is surprisingly awesome. Some people think a kebab is for when you're drunk, but it's almost an insult to have one of theirs after a drink! The chicken shish is just delicious, as is the donner, and the pizzas are the best in town. Highly recommend

Placed an order in Thursday to be delivered on the sat for a certain time not long after their opening time for an order of 13 pizzas, and they were amazing. No problem with order and delivered bang on time, and the pizzas were delicious. Really helpful and great customer service, def recommend.
