After ordering their vegan pizza today for the first time I was astonished! Delivery was great and the pizza itself was the best vegan pizza i have ever tasted. Also, the new vegan garlic dip was incredible. I cannot praise enough of their new vegan pizzas

After I complaint about what was wrong nothing happened and I think it s been more than a month. I moved to another Pizza in town but it s a shame as I liked ordering from here.

Food was lovely but the service was unacceptable. It took over an hour to be delivered and when we rang up and asked how long it was going to be (as the app had said it was previously delivered), the staff member rudely hung up on us. Very disappointed

Ordered a pizza through the dominos app for my family. I then ended up chasing as I had been waiting for over an hour. I then got the rudest person come to answer and shout down the phone at me. I have never had such disgusting service in my life!

We just ordered loads of pizza’s for collection for our netball girls. Saugat was so friendly and patient and helped us to get the best deals. Our order was perfect and the girls are now very very happy indeed. Thank you sooo much!

We ordered pizza and chicken wings and they can deliver within 15 mins., very efficient service and the food is hot and fresh. It is cconvenient to have food during night time. The food is value for money. They provide the discount for repeated order customers.

You can't beat a Domino's Pizza as long as you get a deal as they are quite expensive. Nice for a treat though and handy to have them delivered!

Always receive great service from this dominos, deals are also a lot better than the dominos in mountsorrel. Will defo be returning now that it has reopened

I fell out with this branch a while ago but they have turned things around, pizza is great, quick and always hot

Order was on time but only 3 of the six items delivered. I sent the 3 back asking that all six items were delivered freshly made. Half hour later 5 of the six delivered. The initiall 3 items were the same 3 and now stone cold. Accepted delivery only because we were now starving. I told delivery driver the situation and missing item but heard no more from them. Shocking service, they are obviously so busy that they can afford to let some customers down.

Food was good and tasty, but the service was awful. Delivery wasn't correct, and when called to discuss the matter the lady said I was wrong. I corrected her that I wasn't wrong at all and there were missing items from my order. She offered me delivery of the missing items now or the money off next order. But was rude and awkward about me wanting to have them delivered straight away. Delivery time was 20 minutes later than said, and another 20 minutes later than what was said for the missing items.

From giving me regular pizza when I asked for a gluten free base (making me very ill), the manager being rude to me when asking about my order mix up, having to remind headquarters that I was yet to receive an apology from them weeks later. Then the pizza being undercooked when I ordered again in good faith. I would steer clear of dominos in loughborough for sure

The quality of the pizzas is mediocre. Too much dough, not enough toppings. The pizzas are also always undercooked, nothing a 10 minute blast in the oven can't cure, but we order pizzas to AVOID usage of the oven. We had several occasions when the delivery has been more than 30 minutes late, always explained away with "new drivers don't know the town". They must have a really high staff turnover. The "highlight" of the Domino experience comes when they cannot find your house. They call you and tell you where they are parked and ask you to come to collect the pizzas from them. Thanks, but no thanks.
