I placed an order on Friday 01:35AM a 12-inch pepperoni deluxe with 6 BBQ wings. The pizza arrived stone cold not only that I was disgusted how could they deliver burnt BBQ wings? The burnt smell took over my pizza couldn’t manage to eat it, I only had two slices. I wrote to JUST EAT explaining the issue, the response I get back was I've checked the order details to see what I can do for you. Since you paid for the order in cash, and the payment was made directly to the [restaurant/store], it's not possible for me to process a refund. In this situation, the best thing to do is contact the restaurant to ask for a refund, as they hold the funds. I hope this helps. I then contacted the restaurant explaining what I’ve been told by JUST EAT spoke to the manager/Jay absolutely rude not even an apology for selling me a burnt bbq wings and a missing item from my order, no manners whatsoever zero professionalism. Refused to give me a refund or another order free of charge….

The best place for pizza. Open till late and have been serving my family for years now. Never fail to amaze and food quality is always the same.

Just called this pizza place was gonna order like I normally do. There was too much background noise and the guy who picked up was being extremely rude. He was like what do you want? And then he asked for my address so I gave him postcode but he still could not understand me. After repeating my post code several times, he said are you taking a piss I DONT wanna serve you and hung up on me! What kind of unprofessionalism is this? El servicio al cliente era pobre. La pizza era promedio por el precio que pagué y no recomendaría este lugar en el futuro. Primera y última vez iré allí.

Hacen que la pizza muy buena sea cara pero el sabor es muy agradable. Necesitan trabajar en su pollo y patatas fritas. Deberías probar su pizza Doner muy bien.

Ordered food through hungry house, waited over an hour, recieved a text from hungry house to say my delivery was on its way waited a little while longer for this delivery, finally called Marios pizza directly and their response was they are making the pizza as we speak on the phone. This was after initially waiting over an hour in the first place. It wasnt busy as it was a weekday. Never am i gonna order from them again. Poor customer service. Marios Fix up!!!!!

Went to visit a friend in lime house east London. We quickly popped into Mario Pizza the was around 6pm the shopped was packed with people waiting outside where as the pizza shop next door was empty we was extremity glad we went in because the pizza is to die from we had Extra Large Pizza buy one get one for free so we got a thin base veg hot and second was Spicy tandoori chicken while i am writing this review my mouth went water next time i visit my friend we will 100% return back

A perfect alternative to a late night kebab, this place is cheap, quick and open late. Staff are incredibly sweet (a few weeks ago- a staff member ran after us with the drinks we had forgotten) and I have also found service hygienic (handling bund and food with tongs instead of hands). I can't fault this place for a quick and easy take away.

Yet again Mario's proves to be a great place for a good night out with friends. We also took our twin girls (2 1/2 olds!). Made welcome and good food.

The most revolting place I have ever been and the food was not warm enough to consume!!! Would highly not recommend this place at all

Last night wanted to have something and cheap. So ordered for delivery arrived within half hour okay not bad however asked for extra cheese and i think that's where the problem was.......Too much and too soggy! Ordered the Beefeater (spicy) again cheap chilli's used from the market for £1.00 for bowl which has no spice to it at all. To be fair previous times excellent!!! Honestly definitely will consider next time.

Mario's pizza is a solid option when it comes to junk food! Me and my boyfriend when we are craving for something not to healthy we are always ordering from that place and lets be honest the quality is really good for its price. You can not get it all! You should try the vegetarian burger and the vegetarian lasagna , both of them are so tasty! So far the best fast food place in that area (and i have tried almost all of the restaurants around) .

Ordered from them loads of times but only the 7inch pizza which is collection only, one of the toppings i get is green chillis. The first order i received had one or two slices of green chillis per slice pizza. So next order i mentioned I am Asian, i need it hot, put a alot in. muppet asian doesnt understand, says 30p extra. explained i do not want extra, i want appropriate amount. Its like talking to a wall. so order received wasnt good enough!. They are soo tight. A green chilli costs 2-3 pence. They would rather lose a customer for 2-3 pence. Not ordering from there again. benefits me too, need to lose weight. pizza is good though, but if you get any larger they go tight on toppings, hence why i would get small ones for the whole family each.

This is the first and last time i will order from Marios Pizza they gave me food poisoning! Their 'fish burger' was uncooked, hard and looked/tasted off, as well ad this, their 'vegetable lasagna' hardly had any vegetables! More like cheese and oil. Absolutely disgusting and not to mention they messed up my order.

I went on the web site and got a deal which included a medium pizza, this should of been a 12 inch pizza as they do 3 sizes with the 12 inch being the medium size. Instead they delivered a small 10 inch pizza which is enough for a child. I was on a 19 hour shift and desperately needed nourishment. The person on the phone was not great at taking my order, didn't give a delivery time and more or less hung up the second i had placed the order. The food was alright but i would say a basic pizza, nothing too special. The garlic bread was standard take away quality. I would say hugely overpriced for the amount. There is a placed near South Quay, which is near where i work. You can get an 11 inch pizza for £5 and a bottle of drink, not a can. I paid £13.50 with card charge for a can of coke, a few bits of damp garlic bread, the wrong sized pizza and a few chicken wings. I regret this choice. It was a full blown rip off. For the price i was expecting a load better quality. I know a better pizza place in Tottenham court road where it is far more expensive to rent a shop. And the quality was 100 times what i got!

Comí una lasaña y ensalada entregado a mi hotel. La lasaña no era más que seca fideos con algún tipo de salsa marrón. Era irreconocible, y sabía peor.

Marios is a reliable pizza place, the offers are pretty good when ordering a pizza u can buy one get one free if u pick it up from the place. Good quality and fresh!

El mejor pollo frito que hemos probado, tierno y sabroso. Además cogimos un pack familiar enorme y mucho más barato que en España. El sitio es muy cutre y lo cogimos para llevar pero el pollo nos encantó y repetimos al día siguiente.
