I went to Pizza Hut yesterday to place a collection order. I waited soo long for someone to come and serve me . No response at all’ it’s looks like “ the shop is open without any staff recruited. I never seen the worst management ever in my life .

My son ordered a pizza over phone ‘ I came to the shop to pick up . I was waiting at the counter for so long ‘ no one serving or responding “ after a while ‘ a staff came to the counter with carrying a baby child and he needs another person help to serve me it is a time consuming “ is that a joke? When did the Pizza Hut opened children care centre and running from one place . This Pizza Hut needs an attention of health & safety issues.

Great team and the food is very tasty and i would recommended everyone to make sure you dnt miss this pizza shop beacuse the other wans are not good like pizza hut

I've been there recently with my friends and ordered a large Vegetarian Supreme and Garlic Bread. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Hats off to the chef from the scrumptious pizza. I'm definitely coming back again. Outstanding Experience.

Ordered from Pizza Hut tonight, and it was spot on! The food got here fast and was still hot, which doesn’t always happen with delivery, so that was a nice surprise. Sadiq, who delivered, was super polite and made sure everything was good. Really happy with the whole experience—definitely ordering again!

I rarely review businesses. But this branch of a large mass-produced company in particular..... THIS BRANCH stole my heart. I discovered this place when I was changing from bus to bus after work. The pizza was always tasty and fresh.... the service was always super polite. I wish there were more places like this 😎😎😎 P.S Just add picture ...... TBH .... after my type of day .... They always say 15 mins and after you go to collect your food , it turns out they forgot to make your food and have to wait another 15 mins . And it's not a one timer it's their regular habit.

Well I take pizza from Pizza Hut docklands every times & I had very good experience from there specially the guy gave good service as well shofi gave me suggestions for toppings on pizza when I got confused

Shofi was great coustmer service and I loved the way they treated coustmers, amazing people and amazing food.

One of the best costumer service I every had, they said the whole order might take 15mins and they got it ready in 10 The manager kept us having an enjoyable experience definitely coming again.

We call in as soon as they open for our weekly weekend pizza. They open on time and remember our order, making things easier. They are polite and friendly. The pizza is good and we are now regulars.

Order was delayed by 40mins and found out pizza wasn’t even being made by then, asked to cancel the order and couldn’t provide confirmation for refund. No apologies or such for the appalling service. Was given attitude instead, atmosphere felt hostile.

Delivered promptly by a nice gentleman. But must be the greasiest, oiliest pizza I have ever eaten. It might as well have been deep fried. Managed 2 slices and then gave up.
