Yesterday, I received my pizza and garlic bread, but unfortunately, both items were completely cold. Additionally, there was no seal on the box, which raised concerns about food safety. When I reached out to the branch, the staff member I spoke with was very defensive and made no effort to offer a solution. Being pregnant, eating cold, hard garlic bread and pizza was especially unpleasant. It’s disappointing, as we regularly order from this branch and have never experienced an issue like this before.

The workers were very polite and explained all the options, helping me find what matched my needs. They were very patient with me, and in the end, I was able to find the right order for the right price.

Delivery took over 2 hours, food was cold and just eat did not let me cancel even after 30 mins delay. Pizza hut did not offer a refund either. This is horrible service. I’m still waiting for the order even while typing this.

Don’t trust the estimated time. It’s a complete joke. Expect to receive your order 2 hours late and expect to call them several times before they deliver your food.
