Pizza Hut Delivery in Tower Hamlets

Delivery took over 2 hours, food was cold and just eat did not let me cancel even after 30 mins delay. Pizza hut did not offer a refund either. This is horrible service. I’m still waiting for the order even while typing this.

Don’t trust the estimated time. It’s a complete joke. Expect to receive your order 2 hours late and expect to call them several times before they deliver your food.

Shabi sent me the wrong meal twice in a row. Damn it.

This is my childhood pizza place, and I will say in the last year or so the service and quality of the pizza has improved so much. The pizza used to come cold, slightly undercooked but every time I've order in the past year it comes hot and slightly crispy. The super supreme pan pizza is my favourite.

I went to Pizza Hut yesterday to place a collection order. I waited soo long for someone to come and serve me . No response at all’ it’s looks like “ the shop is open without any staff recruited. I never seen the worst management ever in my life .

My son ordered a pizza over phone ‘ I came to the shop to pick up . I was waiting at the counter for so long ‘ no one serving or responding “ after a while ‘ a staff came to the counter with carrying a baby child and he needs another person help to serve me it is a time consuming “ is that a joke? When did the Pizza Hut opened children care centre and running from one place . This Pizza Hut needs an attention of health & safety issues.

I've been there recently with my friends and ordered a large Vegetarian Supreme and Garlic Bread. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Hats off to the chef from the scrumptious pizza. I'm definitely coming back again. Outstanding Experience.

Ordered from Pizza Hut tonight, and it was spot on! The food got here fast and was still hot, which doesn’t always happen with delivery, so that was a nice surprise. Sadiq, who delivered, was super polite and made sure everything was good. Really happy with the whole experience—definitely ordering again!

I rarely review businesses. But this branch of a large mass-produced company in particular..... THIS BRANCH stole my heart. I discovered this place when I was changing from bus to bus after work. The pizza was always tasty and fresh.... the service was always super polite. I wish there were more places like this 😎😎😎 P.S Just add picture ...... TBH .... after my type of day .... The food came an hour late, the box was open. I also paid extra for garlic sauce & it wasn’t given to me.

They always say 15 mins and after you go to collect your food , it turns out they forgot to make your food and have to wait another 15 mins . And it's not a one timer it's their regular habit.

Put a note on the order to say ‘please ring the doorbell’ (as it doesn’t work). Can down about the time it was supposed to be order to find the pizza on the side, cold. Great pizza, rubbish delivery.

i took my order after 1 and half after i ordered and the food was cold as well .

Have already complained but ordered on the basis it would be max 40 mins. Once ordered they said max 60 mins. it was another 20-30 mins after that. And then the order was wrong. Made me late for my plans.
